Very authentic pizzas - our Italian friend actually chose to come here so it says a lot. It's not the cheapest pizza but it's huge so it'll be enough for two people if you're both not having the biggest appetite. The seafood pizza was not that great tho - just a bunch of seafood slap on a pizza so don't bother because it's not cheap. The tiramisu was so-so. Service was nice as we are a big party and it gets our orders right.
Be the first to ReplyGood flavor, but like another review stated, super runny.
I waited for the pizza to "settle" but it never happened. It was runny and gooey the entire time. Could have been better but was nice to have an affordable meal after a long flight from LA.Beware that lemonade is not fresh, it's lemon soda. This is typical of what you'll find in Europe.

I love the ambience of the place and the toilet was good too. Got a fireplace for the neapolitan pizza as well so it can be trusted. The pizza wasnt overcooked and tasted great but just not as great as 50 kalo they made it not that thin crunchy and perfectly cooked. The pasta was good too i love it but its just not worth it for the size because i wasnt full. Couldnt give a 4 star but it reached a 3 for me. Recommended to try if you are around soho though.

After discovering this was a celebrity favorite spot and that my best friends flat was right above it, we decided to stop in and try it. A pretty basic menu (a few starters other than pizza and some desserts) but you obviously come for the star of the show: the za!The pizza is EXTREMELY thin crust and the best way to eat it is to roll it. Super authentic, but being from Chicago, not my favorite style (why I gave 4 stars instead of 5). I ordered extra cheese on mine which I am glad I did. If you're super hungry, you could finish one on your own, or split one with a date! Also had a tiramisu which was delicious. Overall, definitely a very specific style of pizza but delicious nonetheless! I think there are multiple locations but I went to the Baker Street location .
Be the first to ReplyPizza was quite soggy and totally falling apart.
The entire bottom was quite "wet". Also got the wrong order which they did not correct but things happen so we didn't mind that as much.
Be the first to ReplyDon't get me wrong, the pizza is good.
...but not THAT good for the price tied to it. The reason for the low rating is how expensive it was and the amount of waiters standing around (around 8-9 on a weekday afternoon) talking to each other instead of realizing different customers wanted their checks or refills, etc. bad service.

Known by many as the worlds best pizza- but is it? They certainly have their process down. Bins of prepared pizza dough shaped balls are ready to go. Once an order is put in, a team of 3-4 prep each pizza in an assembly line. One to form and stretch out the dough, one to top, another to put it in their wood fire oven, and one to bring it out. The whole process takes about 5 mins start to end - so they can definitely turn out a lot of pizza quickly. And the pizza? The crust is good, nice crunch and has a better taste than most. Ordered the Margherita pizza. Sauce seasoned well but not enough cheese, and the basil- only given two pieces for the whole pizza. A little too sparse in my opinion. And the pizza is thin crust, the middle especially - So thin that it doesn't hold shape when folded to eat. Most everyone was eating with a fork and knife. Such atrocity. Perhaps I prefer more of the New York thin crust pizza that can hold a good fold. Perhaps across the pond that's how a proper pizza is made and eaten?
Be the first to ReplyPizza was mediocre.
Truffle mushroom pizza (their award winning pizza) was very soggy and wet. Crust is thin like a tortilla, Truffles on top make for a nice flavor, but the texture of the whole thing is off-putting.Service was flat out bad. Slow, inattentive, very long time to get a drink, and they didn't take dirty plates away after the appetizer. Restaurant is very loud. We were sitting directly across from one another and couldn't hear each other over the tables next to us.It's affordable pizza after a long days walk. Therefore 2-stars.
Be the first to ReplyReally great pizza in a busy area.
I had to make it sure it was the same restaurant as I went to because I couldn't believe people had such a bad experience and gave it such a bad review. Made reservations for a large party and got seated promptly. Our waiter was really personable and made great recommendations. All three pizzas we got were tasty, the beer and wine he recommended were excellent, the desserts were the bomb! What more do people want?
Be the first to ReplyReallllllly good homemade pizza.
We were greeted, sat and had our drinks so fast and right by the window. The waiter was really patient with me and answered my million questions and made a few suggestions. My boyfriend had the calzone pizza (regular open face style) and I had the award winning mushroom truffle pizza. OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious! I would come back here next time in London. The gentleman at the table next to us had the margerhita pizza and that looked delicious as well. Big pizza, but very thin. Good for two of you aren't super hungry or good for one and you will take home a few slices.
Be the first to ReplyGreat service.
Old world pizza! If you don't understand true pizza from Naples, you won't like.
Be the first to ReplyDisgusting uncooked pizza--dough was raw on the bottom.
Our choices were limited as it was 10 pm on a Sunday evening. Just order from Dominos.
