“Splendid”!
Splendido can only be the perfect name for this hotel: meticulously cared for and surrounded by nature with a view of the Portofino inlet. The restaurant inside "La Terrazza" is impeccable in every aspect. Our compliments go to all the staff who work excellently: we were pleasantly impressed by the courtesy and professionalism found. Let's come to the cuisine: equally delicious; we both chose the veal with tuna sauce as a starter, continuing with the trofie with pesto and the octopus... what can I say: everything was delicious! I went crazy tasting my boyfriend's trofie pesto (I would have stolen them all from him!!!) trofie cooked to perfection and the pesto light and creamy. The wine list, also exceptional, offers several gems to choose from; we opted for a 2014 Perrier-Jouet. It was hands down the best place to celebrate our one year anniversary! I highly recommend it to everyone ✨
Hotel Splendido Lunch
Amazing place, we stayed in Santa Margherita The Imperial, which is less congested than Portofino. We took a water taxi and then took the hotel shuttle up to Hotel La Splendido. The whole experience is 5 star plus. Food and wine was excellent.
Stunning views & stellar service!
Amazing dining experience! The view is breathtaking and the service was spectacular. Everyone was so attentive and friendly. The drink menu was quite extensive. I ordered the Hugo Spritz and it was by far the best I’ve had in Italy. The salad and grilled branzino was delicious and I enjoyed every bite! If you are in Portofino I would definitely recommend
Beautiful surroundings - Disappointing experience
We return to Italy every year and always include lunch at La Terrazza. We’ve stayed at the hotel twice. Always a spectacular experience…until this visit. We brought a dear friend because we wanted her to have a great experience, too. Our lunch was mediocre at best. My risotto was undercooked and the octopus was tough and tasteless. Our guest was unimpressed. As usual the presentation was beautiful but the taste was lacking. The waitstaff were attentive at first and then became busy and distracted. A woman at a nearby table had to be disciplined by the staff for moving around the restaurant loudly talking/videoing with a friend. Our €350 (for 3) lunch was very disappointing. Maybe next year…

Wonderful we went to La Terazza for Lunch and it was magnificent. The staff was so helpful. And the service amazing. Highly recommend this wonderful place .. the driver who picked us up from portofino… was so helpful with my sister who is unwell .. he helped her in and out of the car . Christine Roberts London
Amazing
This view was incredible! Onde of the best views of Portofino! The staff was amazing and the nicest. The mozzarella(starter) was excellent(great quality), and the pastas were great. The only thing I didn’t like that much was the high prices, don’t get me wrong, the food was amazing, but I think the prices are a little to overpriced for what the quantity(not the quality) we ate. But we left the restaurant super satisfied so it didn’t cost me paying that much! Recommend
Unforgettable Experience!!
Amazing views, spectacular service, perfect for a special occasion! We were staying in Portofino, although at a different hotel than the Belmond, but I have always heard about the Belmond so we made reservations for my birthday dinner. I knew it was going to be expensive, and I thought that they might not offer the same level of service for non-hotel guests but I could not have been more wrong. The first host gave me a kiss on the hand as he greeted us, and seated us at a table in the bar area (outside overlooking the harbor) to have a drink before dinner. Our table had the most incredible view--right on the edge overlooking the harbor. When it was time for our reservation, they gave us the option to be seated right away, or we could wait for a table with the best view. I really appreciated this attention to detail and level of service. The waiters were lively and fun, but they were 100% on point with every little detail. The food was incredible, and they even remembered it was my birthday (which I had noted in the reservation over a month earlier). We will DEFINITELY go back, and we will probably stay at the hotel because our experience there was just amazing.
Lunch at the “La Terrazza” restaurant
I went to this restaurant to celebrate my sister's birthday with my family, the view is wonderful, the dishes are excellent and the service exceptional. This restaurant is really very beautiful, I recommend it with my eyes closed and the staff is very kind and attentive to all the details. I will go back without a doubt!

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

I see with my user status I can only cashout $1,500 a week. However is my monthly linit also that same $1,500? That doesnt make sense. Why even have caps, the sales went thru and its 2 days after by the time you release the hold to me. The monthly cap of $1500 (if thats what it is) really limits your good sellers profit potential as of that $1500 only a fraction is profit as the reservations cost a lot to reserve anyways at Carbone and Torissi.
Hoping the weekly is $1500 and the monthly is a glitch you can fix for me.

Idk if this is related to the unsold listing % rule but I have listed 6 reservations and sold 5 of them and my unsold listing percentage is ~45%. Forget trying to snipe reservations online by waking up early and booking top restaurants at Carbone or Tatiana or Cote or 4Charles. After 2.5 months of booking reservations by setting up alarms, waking up early to sell appointments. It’s very hard to cash out on this app. During cash out, you have to pay $5 fee +3% transactions fee and max payout per day is $150.
Advice to new users:
- do not mass book reservations
- fill bids only
- don’t try to book reservations online, you need connections and call the restaurant
After putting in about 40 hours of work, I’ve made about $750 sale on this platform but gotten paid $0. Take this with a grain of salt.
