Best Endless Hibachi in the Area
I started coming here when they first opened the Brandon location, the change in management had no effect on the service. I came with my partner and two toddlers; they both ate free which was great. The sushi was phenomenal and fresh, as well as the hibachi. The server was very attentive and helpful when asked about alterations to specific rolls on the menu.

Never again will I visit this crap hole had terrible service waited so long for the waitress to come back when we needed something she only came when we got our food she had a irritated attitude when she didn’t get her way of over charging us and so did the manager both were way out of line they charged us for 2 dinners when my fiancé was the only one who had a dinner I just had a small bowl of noodles which came out to $55.09 they won’t let people SHARE!! And the whole table has to be either endless dinner or A la Carte they won’t let you do both it’s definitely not worth the visit nor the money especially your hard earned cash then they also have a forced mandatory 18% tip for 5 people or more when we only had 4 adults at the table and 2 children under 3 if I could give 0 stars I would honestly in a general scope nothing but money hungry thieves!

Business service changes at the last hour before the restaurant closes & that's not part of there business operation based on what's stated on the menu but according to the mangers emotional perspective he will let you into the buffet/restaurant to than restrict you from proper buffet services by making you order everything you desire at once and than making a last call for food shortly after you order which doesn't allow you to measure how much your in the mood to eat and it leads you to eating cold food as you aim to eat what you ordered unlike any kozis buffet services I've been to or experienced and than he will up charge you without a doubt if it seems convenient to him regardless of the lack of proper buffet services like the menu states . Be mindful of the un written restrictions it's in his benefit to up charge you on top of the buffet charges . I understand paying for food left over if your given proper service but they restrict you to up charge you that's unprofessional, more of a emotional business management in the Brandon location. Blessed day to all & stand up for proper services as a community where we pay to let a business operate .

Hibachi they cook in front of you or you can sit at a regular table. You can order up to four items at a time to be sure you eat the food since it is all you can eat and they don't want you to waste if you do they charge you for what you did not eat. I got their onion soup which is a tasty broth with green onions, then had the chicken and steak with rice first time , chicken and steak with lo mein the second time. if you love sushi rolls they have alot to choose from.
Be the first to Reply10 to 15 minute wait, was 30
Will never go back to restaurant, walked in and was told 10 to 15 minute wait. Wait 30 minutes, watch 4 ours groups come in after us and was seat before. Got up and left. Not worth the time or money to go there. Don’t recommend

Don’t go please! The food is not fresh at all, very greasy, after taste is horrible! The worst place I’ve been in the last couple of years!

Hibachi they cook in front of you or you can sit at a regular table. It is $18.95 per person. You get up to four items at one time on your plate when you are finished you order more it is all you can eat if you leave food on your plate you will be charged. Kids menu available. My picture is their chicken and steak with lomein. Very good. They are well liked for their sushi rolls.
Be the first to ReplyIt's Not All You Can Eat, It's All They Can Serve
Positives: The food was tasty and good, the servers were friendly and pleasant, the ambiance was nice. Negatives: Our servers took so long bringing food out it really was not an all you can eat deal. It was more all they could bring out after quite a wait. When the food finally came out, the servers were all mixed up, taking dishes to the wrong tables. Our drinks sat unfilled for quite a while. They were trying hard but really struggled to get it right. Be aware that if you come in a group they are very strict on their policies. You can only order the all you can eat option which is bad news for light eaters. You may well enjoy a meal here but for me, it was a negative experience.

Not wasting food was awesome plans, pay for what you eat and Order as you can eat. Sushi and Hibachi was very Average and did not taste that great.May be We are spoiled by good Sushi from other places. I tried it and may be they can do a better job on the quality of meat products.
Be the first to ReplyDiscrimination against children
We went to Koizi tonight like we have hundreds of times over the past few years. Upon going to pay we were told our 11 year old would be charged as an adult due to his size. When I questioned this because he’s always been “big kid” price (up to age 12 as listed on their menu) the manager made my son go stand up against a wall with fake measurements and then said “he’s a little bit over” so they gave him the price he was entitled to. However on the way out he made a comment to us that next time he’s being charged as an adult. We will not go there again so our child can be made to feel uncomfortable for being larger and taller. This is entirely discriminatory and repulsive.
