So we just found this place with their "all you can eat sushi" and boi let me tell you. It's Absolutely amazing. For 20.00 all you can eat. The food was freshly made and quickly served. The service was a half full kind of day. Drinks were refilled swiftly. The place was calm with the noise. This place is truly a gem. If you need a new place to try with great sushi with great service then you have to try this place out!!!!

I have gone to this place before and liked it, I like that they have specials and lower prices and now I know why, they added a $15 service fee to our bill and it was just my boyfriend and I since when do restaurants add a service fee that large for TWO people. When I asked the waitress why the fee she didn't even know what to say. Ridiculous!! The food was not that great this time around either. Wasabi is the BEST for Hibachi style yes it's more expensive but WORTH it!
I've had a great time with my family on a few occasions.
The chef is fun and accommodating , the food is fantastic and the price alright. Worth every penny. The portions are pretty big as well.

We got two lunch hibachi and one roll. Food was good and the chef was entertaining but the overall service was decent. We noticed that they added a service charge to the bill even though it was only a party of two and it wasn't mentioned anywhere on the menu. Thought that was kinda shady since we already tipped the chef $20 for the show. We still paid and ended up tipping about half of what our lunch was worth which left a bad taste in my mouth. Just make sure yall looking at your receipts

Such a FUN first-time experience! The customer service was on point, they were very welcoming! Our Chef was so entertaining, from the Big Fire to warm up the stove-top to catching Broccoli in our mouth! It was a VIBE! We had a party of 12 and, even my three year old son was enjoying it! We will definitely be returning in the future! I highly recommend! 10/10 on service and Food! The food was Delicious!!!

I don't want to say high "maintenance" but they're a bit demanding. The chef as well as the service was impeccable. As I'm sure they were biting their touches getting through it. And all I could do was make sure they were tipped well. Keep it up. So nice to have hibachi in town!

*HORRIBLE experience* *late post, didn't realize it went to drafts* new year's eve, i wanted a nice diner, i was super excited to dine here, i have had hibachi many times, but my partner has never been to hibachi before, so this was her first experience. recently my influencer friend made a video here and made it out to be an amazing place to dine. upon arrival we were sat pretty quickly, unfortunately my party of 4 was sat with 2 other parties that seemed to be really unhappy to be there. our server came pretty quick and was immediately ready to take orders, a drink and appetizer order was placed right away. it took about 20 minutes before our soup and salads hit the table, drinks came still minutes after that.. our chef eventually came out, started our food. everything was great, we tried to enjoy our experience even though the people around us had nothing but stale faces. rice and shrimp was passed out as he started everyone's stakes and other entrees. here's the KICKER. i ordered a filet mignon, cooked medium. he started our parties steaks and passed out all until it came to mine, he skipped me and gave my steak to the man beside me (in a separate party of 2). mind you he ordered a different steak, well done, and wanted nothing to do with the wrong stake that was placed on his plate. once the cook realized his mistake he had to wait for the sever to come back to then ask her for a new steak for me. by the time the steak came he was almost done cooking, then i am waiting for my steak to be done, by this time everyone was almost done eating. finally my steak was placed on my plate, WELL done. by this time they are passing out boxes and ready to get everyone out of there. we were given our check, i didn't think it was right that i got my steak once everyone was done eating + it was completely over cooked. our server was chatting at the bar area so i walked over to discuss the check & see if there was anything they can do about my steak. she instantly was defensive & stated that if i had gotten the steak, then i need to pay for it. that the least they could do was maybe 10% off of the steak and they seemed even iffy about that. i go on to express my frustrations that it was the cooks mistake & i would be happy to pay for it if i had gotten it before the end of the meal and if it was cooked to the temperature that i ordered. she continues to say that they can't do anything about it, unless i didn't want the steak they would take it back and take it off the bill. by this time food has been boxed up, plates cleared & checks in hand. i told her it was already boxed up & that's not the way it should work. (i've been in the restaurant industry 10 years) you make a mistake, you fix it and comp the stake, right? we are understanding each other clearly but she seems to think i don't understand her due to a language barrier, so she says she's going to get the "owner". a couple minuets later, a young man comes over to us who we instantly recognized as the bartender who helped us out with a drink before we were sat. he continues to tell us that unfortunately there's nothing they can do and if i want them to take the steak off my bill i needed to physically open to togo box & take it out. i couldn't believe how we were being treated- yet the man next to me who received not only MY STEAK, but his steak as well, boxed up both and was able to leave with only paying for his original steak. that's where the problem lied for us. not only did my steak go to the man next to me, i had to wait till the end of the meal as togo boxes were coming out, plus and over cooked steak, yet i am the one who needs to give my steak back to have it taken off? i understand sending something back if it's not to your liking or not what you ordered, but if that was the case, then as soon as my steak was placed on the wrong plate it should have been scooped right off & tossed.. his steak was coming up just a couple minutes after mine anyways. they could have immediately solved the problem by taking it from him, serving his correct steak, more promptly getting another started for me, and vigilantly watching mine to make sure it at least came out the right temperature since it was so late. overall, they wouldn't budge. to the point where i had to get my box that had been bagged up, open it and fish out the cubed steak pieces from my food! i couldn't believe it, NEVER have i been treated that way in a restaurant! disgusting. these people are money HUNGRY. just know that if you come here and are dissatisfied, they will NOT comp anything off of your bill and will make you feel so uncomfortable. the worst part is, until the steak issue which wasn't until closer to the end- we had a GREAT time. our cook was super fun & the rest of the food was delicious, but considering the outcome, as much as we wanted to, we could never come back here again due to how we were treated by these people.

We had a great time for lunch on Sunday for my son's 10th birthday. His hunger was larger than his stomach and he ordered the adult sized Teriyaki Beef hibachi plate instead of the children's plate since they didn't offer beef teriyaki on the children's menu. He had left overs for DAYS. He loved his meal. He had the shrimp hibachi, and my husband got the Kobe trio (steak, chicken, and shrimp.) We all loved our food, the only complaint is that my husband felt like his Kobe trio was very heavy on the chicken and had less shrimp and beef than he would have liked. He did enjoy his food though. Watching the chef cook our food was fun, he was kind and did the usual tricks. The portions were large, our type of place! There was nothing that was extra special or stood out to us for the 5th star unfortunately, but we did have a nice time. Although we had a nice lunch experience, we may start sticking to this restaurant for the AYCE sushi during the week. It is fresh, delicious, and the better value.

The sashimi was beautifully assembled and tasty. Service fee was too much. Overall was a new experience.

BEWARE!!!! SNEAKY service fee charged!! In the smallest print at the bottom of my bill was a $38 charge THIRTY EIGHT DOLLARS !!! The owner pointed at a disclaimer at the check in counter.... AGAIN, so TINY, who would ever see it? He offered a discount for a future visit. I declined, stating that I would NEVER be back. Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate
Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
