What a great experience - the employees made it!
What a fabulous place for lunch or dinner! The venue was perfect, the food outstanding, but the service and people made the entire experience for myself and my auntie! The employees couldn’t have been more helpful, attentive and all round great company! We will be back!

Exceptional food and service! Left my purse behind, but a staff member went out of their way to return it to me promptly. Highly recommend!

Had a fabulous lunch at Kitty Fisher's two weeks ago. From start to finish one of the best lunch experiences I've had in London. The food is incredible, we had Cod's Roe on Toast, Curried Parnsip Soup, Soused Mackerel, & Chicken Liver Parfair for the starters - all delicious! Main course was even better with the Hake and crab butter to DIE for, and genuinely the very best Pork Chop we have ever ever had. Faultless experience, thank you to the team you have gained two new customers for life!!!

Having read Giles Coren’s review of this restaurant I felt very fortunate to get a table on a Friday evening at such short notice, although it was an early booking. What a special place. Small, very friendly and really welcoming. Not an extensive menu, which I love, but I still had difficulty in deciding, the choices were all very tempting. I started with a mushroom and celeriac carpaccio with Parmesan and truffle. Subtle and very moreish! Next was the Hake with crab, superb. Crispy skin, perfectly seasoned and cooked. The crispy potatoes are a must. Thank you to everyone there for a very special food experience. Fiona

Absolutely wonderful dinner! I went with my partner and we had the most delicious meal - everything tasted fantastic. We were downstairs and could see the chefs hard at work, everything so freshly made. The chips are amazing! We had the wing rib to share. We are quite fussy with how we like our steak and this meal did not disappoint. It was cooked to perfection. Yummy! The staff were all consistently friendly and really attentive. They look after their guests very well. This is the first time I have been here, but we will definitely be back!

Be the first to ReplyTHE Spot for Dinner in Mayfair at Shepherd's Market
Kitty Fisher's remains our ABSOLUTE FAVORITE in Mayfair--above all...it is singularly our favorite spot to dine. We had a lovely meal outside starting with the Bad Kitty Cocktail...unreal! Please go with a healthy appetite and enjoy the steak for 2--we'll be back!

Anniversary dinner, staff were so accommodating and what a romantic little restaurant. Food was divine. Will be back.
Be the first to ReplyShort menu and overpriced
High prices and small choice of dishes on the a la carte menu detract from what otherwise would be a good experience.
Be the first to ReplyYES YES YES! Brilliant food and service
Amazing food, brilliant wine selection, incredible service and great vibe. Can’t recommend this place enough, perfect for a cozy date night!

This is our second time at Kitty’s! Edward is absolutely amazing! You can’t beat the service! In terms of the food! We had the same as last time! The beef rib was superb! We will be returning!!
Be the first to ReplyA must try
A great location , we went for diner and we greeted by an enthusiastic Edward who is the GM. This greeting in its self put you in a very positive mood. The food was excellent coupled with exemplary service , which resulted a fantastic evening. The wine list is easy going and cocktails worth a try.

We come here regularly and love it. The team front of house and cooking are wonderful. Our food - wing of beef in particular was so good. Starters and dessert amazing. You will need to book as the restaurant is small but worth planning ahead!

What a great meal and wonderful service , just as always here. Probably my favourite restaurant in London , certainly Mayfair . Thank you as always to Edward and now Bertie too abd all the great chefs and team here. Anyone gives this restaurant less than 5 stars ….. should just leave it us to dine here as often as we can . Thank you Kitties .
Be the first to ReplyLOUD, BUSY, RUSHED, EXPENSIVE
We were sitting downstairs and it was very busy, noisy and crowded especially as we were close to the kitchen and stairs. It was a bit off-putting to be told that we had to leave at 915 when we arrived at 730 and we did feel a bit rushed but in the event there were plenty of empty tables at 930 and in fact they did not serve our dessert until 930 pm and we were able to stay on until closing but unfortunately by then we had rushed our meal. The food was good - the artichoke starter was an unusual dish and the lamb was very soft with amazing roast potatoes. Quite old fashioned food as befits a Dickensian type of restaurant but very expensive for what we got - mains around £35/£40 and we paid over £200 for two people - two starters, two mains and one dessert, two carafes of wine and a coffee. Food was good but not amazing - fairly ordinary but well cooked.

Fabulous food and wine in an atmospheric Dickensian dining room. Wonderful service from very friendly knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

£100 per head for dinner seems a lot for people living in the provinces; however this is Mayfair and these prices seem more normal. Meeting another couple from the Shires, Kitty Fishers was an ideal choice for a special treat. Good food, good service and a cosy ambience all contributed to a very happy evening with old friends.
Be the first to Replywouldn't mind eating the celeriac soup once a week for the rest of my life!
The ambience, service and incredible menu turned a lunch into a magical, memorable experience I highly recommend Kitty Fisher's in Shepherd Market
Be the first to ReplySuperb food and service
From initial greeting and throughout our meal, everything about our dinner at Kitty Fisher's in Mayfair's Shepherd Market was exceptional. It has been several years since we have been able to travel to London, for obvious reasons. We decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary at a restaurant we had enjoyed on a prior trip and we were not disappointed. The maitre d could not have been more welcoming and he continued to attend to us during our dinner. Food must be the prime criterion for any restaurant and our meal was delicious. We complimented it with an excellent wine that we could order in a carafe size since a full bottle would have been too much. The bill was high but worth every Pound. Kitty Fisher's is small so reservations are essential.

Family meal with our two boys - 11 and 9. Exceptional service and food. waiting staff great with kids too. A really cool little place, worthy of its Michelin Guide mention.

Great Japanese food with an amazing service , cocktails alcoholic and non alcoholic both great, try the avacado tacos and avacado salad!!!!!
Be the first to ReplyTerrific food and very gluten free friendly!
Lunch for four was a fantastic experience, superb food and great atmosphere. We all had the wing rib signature dish, which was sensational - as were the crispy potatoes that came with it. Very attentive and accommodating around my gluten intolerance, which was much appreciated. Good wine selection and the Bad Kitty cocktails are a must. Not cheap, for sure, but you get what you pay for and Kitty Fisher’s comes highly recommended.
Be the first to ReplyLovely restaurant in Shepherds Market
Lovely restaurant in Shelherds market. It was great to explore and find somewhere different to eat. Warm welcome and excellent service levels. Menu doesn't have alot of options and could be difficult for anyone with specific dietary requirements. Food was very good without being being exceptional. Well-preserved on plate.

I can see why this place regularly gets described as a hidden gem, it’s a tiny, charming restaurant you would easily miss. The place has an intimate, calm atmosphere and the staff are all really friendly and attentive.
The food is well presented and creative, but I wouldn’t go so far as calling it exceptional or worth the relatively premium price. The menu is very limited, so fussy eaters may struggle. It’s also one of those places where asking for meat well done is disregarded - while I get some chefs may be professionally offended by the request, the person paying them £30 for it should probably have the final say
Overall, I’d still say this place is worth a visit simply as it’s full of character and the food is still well above average.
