Amazing food, fantastic service, and great ambiance.
Wayne was an incredible server. I came here with my whole company during a conference and Wayne took great care of us. He helped us to order for 15 people and everyone enjoyed every dish. No complaints whatsoever. Planning to come back again before we leave. Highly recommend!!

This was an authentic Spanish culinary experience in the heart of Las Vegas. Having lived in Spain, I can attest to the quality of the paella and the tortilla we ate. The seven of us shared (2) paella, a couple of tortillas, and an order of croquettes. We shared the squid ink paella and the mixto. We enjoyed the mixto the best, but both were fantastic! We were treated with warm churros with a warm chocolate sauce for dessert. Yum.
Be the first to ReplyFirstly the restaurant has one too many managers.
In particular, one tall fellow stands about in precarious locations ogling patrons and distracting staff. The service is slow. Understandably good quality Paella takes time however the dish delivered was mush no distinguishable meat or seafood. The rice was the wrong type typically used for Paella and not even a hint of saffron. All in the name of food costs I'd imagine and short changing customers. There are better choices in Las Vegas, bad on you Aria.
Be the first to ReplyWelllll the ambience needs work.
You can barely hear the music that they do play... it's too bright and too much a part of the hotel lobby. The service was great. Rumen made great effort to assure that our needs were tended to! All of our food was nothing short of amazing. Chef Alex even came out to speak to us. I've only ever had the most mediocre paella in Las Vegas and theirs really exceeded my expectations (we had the Valencia paella! YUM). Also to note; I definitely recommend the albondigas!! So tender and flavorful)

Wow! What an amazing selection of small plates and a fantastic experience. The amazing Ernest assisted my wife and I navigating the menu offerings and we settled on the baby spinach (wonderful), chicken croquettes with an aioli (delicious) and an amazing surf and turf (magnificent). Ernest was a super professional and engaging personality. And the over the top seasonal white sangria was the absolute most delicious sangria I have ever experienced outside of Miami! It was a wonderful evening and we loved the experience!! Five stars seems undervaluing for the night we had with Ernest! It was a great time!

Came for a quick stop at the bar for some drinks in between gambling sessions and it was so satisfying! The cocktails are so picture perfect, unique, and delicious! The Aqua de Serrano is by far the #1 drink they have, the habanero simple syrup had the right amount of sweet to spice ratio. I'm usually not the biggest fan of "spicy" drinks because I always feel that no one could ever get that perfect ratio, but Julian Serrano has it right on par! Service was also quick and friendly so it was a great way to recharge our energy.
Be the first to ReplyI been coming to this restaurant for at least four years.
Loved the service and food. However, the last meal we had was a little disappointing because they didn't have baca frita, and their patatas bravas were lacking flavor. Overall, I'd like their food but it wasn't the same. The ambience still there and our waitress was amazing.
Be the first to ReplyService was great, but the food was ok.
Had the bacon wrapped dates, which I was not a fan of. Tried the chicken croquettes, those were ok. And had the crostini with the cheese and tomato( not sure what it was called) but that was the best thing we had, even over the paella!
Be the first to ReplyIt's a solid option on the strip.
The tapas were generally tasty. The service was attentive - the server noted our group size and brought us the exact pieces of our tapas. My favorites were the scallops, chorizo, and pan tomate.
Be the first to ReplyThe ambience is very nice.
Service is bad. Our waiter never came back. I had to walk to the counter to get a lemon wedge for the fish. Portions are tiny. We left hungry! I ordered the fish. Waiter relayed its grilled. It was sautéed! It came with nothing, no potatoes nor veggies. My friend ordered the sardines, it came in a tin can. Poor service and disappointing cuisine.
Be the first to ReplyAnthony, our waiter, was amazing.
We actually went there two nights in a row while we stayed in Las Vegas for the weekend. Both nights, we had an amazing meal, and wouldn't hesitate to go there again if ever back in Las Vegas. Right next to Catch in the Aria resort, avoid the hassle and hype of Catch and go right to this place.

paella takes about 45 mins so order before or as soon as you sit down. Magnificent! We enjoyed the attentive service and tapas. The front dining area is a bit loud so ask for the seating in the back of the restaurant if you want a less noisy atmosphere. True spanish tapas and actually our favorite was the crispy thin toast with fresh tomatoes and the iberico ham. We ordered the chorizo, stuffed figs, shrimp, beef, calamari. fun place if you want variety and of course, their specialty drink, Sangria!!!
Be the first to ReplyCame here with Lip Smacking Foodie Tours.
The ambience was fancy, although it seemed rather casual, as it is more modern and out in open space. We were with a tour group, so the service was quick and accommodating. The sangria was delicious. raspberries and blueberries. To start we had croquetas, pan manchego, and bacon wrapped dates. Out of these three, the pan manchego was my favorite. After visiting Spain, I am not too sure if manchego is supposed to go on pan con tomate? I am biased in the sense that I don't like croquetas very much, and I make my own bacon wrapped dates which aren't as sweet because of the apple. After the starters we had paella. This was a Valencian version of paella. It was good, not the best I've had, then again I have been to Valencia, Spain and it is slightly different. Everybody makes their food in their own way. It was satisfying, however I wouldn't come back. More food to try elsewhere.

Our service was good but I never had tapas before and only the lamb chops were really good. We waited for the paella, which is why I picked this restaurant. The only paella in Vegas. But it was disappointing being dry, no saffron taste and lobster cooked too long to be tasty. Anyway, my wine was good and I always have a good timewith Bret for a foodie night out!!
Be the first to ReplyThis was a find; think typical Spanish food from Spain.
So paella, small dishes called tapas, along with regular size dishes. Our server, Pedro, was on it; he recommended the special of little neck clams, done with chorizo & beans, bread & bruschetta; we also ordered the mushroom risotto & stuffed piquillo with goat's cheese. What a meal. My hubby ordered wine, Pedro brought the bottle over, so he could taste the wine first before pouring the glass, very nice service. Ended up with a glass of wine myself. Pedro brought over dessert menus; we ordered the orange crème brûlée, needed a little more caramelizing on top, yet tasty as was. This place is loud, louder when music is playing, yet enjoyable. It was a lovely meal, met new folks, great service; will need to make a return trip to try the paella.

Great service. Ambiance is excellent! Will definitely come back.Love it overall

Came here with a bunch of co-workers and not being overly familiar with what we should order, we relied on the staff to guide us. They were helpful and overall their choices were good! We started off with a cheese/nut plate and the shrimp and white fish ceviches and they were all good! For our main course, we ordered 3 of the paellas- Iberico, Valencia, and Mixta. All were tasty and left us full. All in all, a nice experience!

We always visit this place whenever we're in Vegas but this time the food Somewhat became mediocre. I understand everything has gone up, Price to eat here is not cheap. Portions are smaller than usual. Server made a mistake and instead of Is bringing us the right Gamba's dish he brought us a potato dish bombas. No offer to make amends. Probably our last time to come over here and have tapas.
Be the first to ReplyDelicious dinner, great service, and yummy drinks.
The live music was wonderful as well! I could have sat there and listened to him play all night!
Be the first to ReplyBest paella in my life so far.
The restaurant is beautiful. Always something to look at. The food, every dish was delicious but the paella was the best. We finished it (group of 4). Service was great. Yes I would eat here again.

Let me just say this food was phenomenal! The plates are small but definitely carry a lot of flavor. If I ever come to visit Vegas again I'm coming back to eat here! Also our waiter was the nicest guy so the staff and environment gave the experience a 10/10.
Be the first to ReplyThis is by far one off my favorites while in Vegas.
For those that don't know the wonders of good tapas are missing out. The location in the heart of Aria is beautiful and lively. It is well lit unlike many dark Vegas eateries. Everyone from the service staff to the bartenders and heart of the house are proud of their product with good reason. Never ever miss the chance to experience this gem.

Had a great company dinner with 10 people on a busy week because of a convention and we felt taken care of and accommodated! It's very much tapas style and pro tip: you have to order the paella early in since it takes long -- BUT IT IS WORTH THE WAIT!My friends drank wine and other drinks but since I don't drink alcohol, our server Grace went out of her way to check of there was a non alcoholic watermelon drink I could enjoy. She was amazing! Especially after a long day of work, you just want to enjoy a delicious dinner with good vibes and she gave us just that. I recommend the mushroom soup as well! So good and the steak sliced were PERFECT.It's conveniently located in Aria!
Be the first to ReplyI have been wanting to try this place for awhile.
I was staying at Aria and had some resort credit so decided to go with a friend after a long day at the pool. We tried a variety of dishes and both had the watermelon sangria which was so refreshing. We got the spanish tortilla which I loved. The paprika aioli just brought all the flavors together. We tried the pan con tomato which was so fresh and tasty. We also had the shishito peppers which were delicious. Had about 3 spicy ones in the mix. We also got the stuffed dates, delicious! The chorizo, which was good but I wasn't a huge fan of the honey on top. And finally the seared scallops which were absolutely delicious! The service was on point. It was pretty expensive for tapas, but, I knew that going in and wouldn't expect less from a restaurant at Aria. I would go back if I was staying on the strip and in the mood for tapas. There are some other things I'd like to try.
Be the first to ReplyGrace was amazing at brunch today.
Her recommendations were on point - stuffed dates, etc. went above and beyond with extras! We walked away with sangria to go and a fantastic experience! Thanks grace
