Do yourself a favor and head to Jones for the pizza(/whole menu), drinks, unique, funky and effortlessly cool old school atmosphere and fun! Been going here for years -- one piece of advice, make a reservation well in advance or be prepared to sit at the (still awesome) bar!
I've been obsessed with Jones for like 20 years.
It's so Hollywood without being obnoxious, the service is amazing, the food is delicious (our faves are the pasta with red sauce, pepperoni pizza and short ribs!) and they are open late for dinner service! I believe the kitchen is open until the bar closes.

I used to go there a lot 9 years ago and after all that time with everything that has changed in Hollywood, and that's almost everything, I went to Jones this Saturday and was extremely happy to see this place hasn't changed a bit!! Same great dark vibe, great music, good regular people mostly locals. Diana was our perfect bartender (another face I haven't seen since before COVID), and as usual the best margarita pizza ever!!
Never have I been disappointed with Jones.
As a a former New Yorker, i appreciate good Italian food with the grungy vibe. Everyone I have brought here has asked me for the deets so they could pop back in and bring more peers too. I frequently get the Ahi Tuna in the Farro salad and it's literally the most tasty ahi tuna. Also their spinach pesto ravioli is something to write about. AND the complimentary bread hits every time. I just love this place!

Always a staple after theater. But was thoroughly disappointed by the service. It has simply gone down hill. Bartenders especially. Waitstaff was good, but man the attitude from the bar. One bartender even commented on other groups on earshot, and they were just handing drinks over. Seriously, long for the days of good hospitality. Do better Jones.

The ambiance and service here is good, but expect it to be very packed and competitive to grab a seat at the bar. I recommend coming here for drinks but absolutely not for the food. We ordered the prosciutto pizza and the spaghetti with meatballs. The pizza was dry and lacking condiments on it, absolutely tasteless. Even the prosciutto wasn't good. The pasta was soggy and the meatballs were tasteless. My date and I both got food poisoning from eating here and it ruined our night. This place is good for a drink, but avoid the food!
David is incredible.
He made my best friend's birthday feel so special last night and he is also a fantastic bartender! Even when it's slammed he makes everyone feel taken care of. Thank you!!

Amazing ! Always busy opens till 2 am and the food is pretty delicious ! I recommend starting with their calamari for appetizer and Cesar salad it's lighty tossed but perfect ! Ask for more sauce if you need but I like it light ! Not salty and I usually get their meatball pasta which is the best with burrata cheese added and they serve Italian wine which is amazing too ! Definitely recommend for late night places! Never disappointed me yet !

Impeccable, kind, friendly service.
From door man, host, to bartenders. We went on a Wednesday after a show and found parking in front right away. Was absolutely shocked at how many people were inside. Super cool vibe of decor and great chats with friendly patrons. Thankful they were still serving food at 11pm when we showed up. Prosciutto Pizza was really good and hit the spot. Donovan gave amazing service at the bar. Absolutely worth the drive up from OC, I need to go back there asap to try more of the menu!!! Will def spread the word: that it's a must to stop by when in LA.

The owner must be a cheap ass because it's over due for a remodel!! You can't even sit down and relax because it smells like a piss bar! Can't even enjoy your food! This place needs to go out of business! The only reason they have customers is because it's in a Main Street! Do yourself a favor and go to a different bar that's better right across the street! Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
