Crappy food and tiny pancakes, compared to how they used to be. Poor presentation. Will never go back. IHOP has gone down hill.
Arrived 6am, total of 7 customers seated 6 at one table and
Arrived 6am, total of 7 customers seated 6 at one table and 1 solo. Took 10 minutes to be seated, Ordered coffee no utensils, ordered food over 40 minutes to receive our breakfast. Service really bad. Better off at other locations will never be back to this location even though its down the street from our house.
Horrible service
Horrible service! Food was okay, crapes came with a cinnamon sauce that was way too nasty had to scrape it off. Server Eymi had a horrible attitude, didn't seem happy she had to attend to us. Didn't feel welcoming. She walked away while we gave her our drink order. Couldn't even ask for anything. Extra because it was a bother for her.

It has been a while since we ate at this IHOP location because of their staffing issues and during our last visit, we didn't have a very positive experience. When we walked into the restaurant this time around, there were a few patrons already seated and waiting for their food. Our server, Brandon, was friendly and polite but still seemed a little green. He tried his best to take our order without writing anything down but got a few things wrong; although, we give him kudos for trying his efforts. It seems like all the staff is new because even the cook was a bit slow; three people in our party got their food in a timely manner but the two other people had to wait a while, we couldn't start eating until everyone got their food. When we all finally received our food, it was all pretty good, the toast was a little dry, but other than that the food was good. Our server checked in on us a couple of times and appreciated that we stacked the empty plates for him which made it easy for him to clear the table. Despite the little snafus, overall, we had a positive dining experience this time.

The service was amazing when it came to our server Kenyon he was beyond amazing and definitely made our terrible food experience a bit better! Definitely not coming back here!!!

Worst service I had have, order came in pauses, I got my omelet, then went I was almost done I got my pancakes, order also a small cup of fruit, my water and my iced tea, needed to be refilled, I put the glasses on the edge of my table, waitress "Lorena" came over with the check and I had my fruit charge in the ticket, she asked me if I wanted the fruit, "of course not" I wanted it with my pancakes. Also I overheard that she run out to chase a customer that did not pay. Wow!!!

We came in at around 8:30 pm on 2/22. He didn't even need to write down our order for the 2 eggs breakfast, and that tells me he has a lot of experience as a server. Brandon took my dairy allergy very seriously, and communicated it with the cook. He informed me the cook told him the hash-browns have dairy, so I got fries with my two eggs breakfast instead of hash-browns to accommodate my dairy allergy. Brandon even double checked to make sure I do not have a gluten allergy. Another plus side to this server is he is bilingual. I saw him carrying 4 plates on one arm. Whata guy! The fries were delicious, and the bacon was delicious. Ambiance: Smallest IHOP I've been to, but this makes the whole experience feel like you're at a small restaurant (because the restaurant and dining room is pretty small). My partner and me paid $13 for 2 two egg breakfasts because of their HOPPY hour prices. Anyways, thank you Brandon for the wonderful service today!

This IHOP location has had so much trouble finding good help in the past and during this most recent visit, it seemed they are finally fully staffed again with a hostess/cashier, two cooks, a bus-person/porter and a server, which is why I've procrastinated giving this less than stellar review. Everything about this visit was pretty standard: we were seated in a timely manner, we received our drinks and food quickly, and all the food was well prepared and tasted great. Unfortunately, one person in our party received an incorrect entree which the waitress probably incorrectly heard and we fixed the error by my nephew and I switching entrees. It wouldn't have been so disappointing had the server bothered to check back with our party to see how everything was going but we never got the opportunity to fix the mistake (strike 1) and didn't bother to refill our drinks (strike 2), plus. I had to personally stand up and approach her to ask for a to-go box because she was too busy A. Ignoring our party and b. Joking around with the cooks (strike 3). The restaurant wasn't overly busy, a big party had just left by the time we placed our order and two other couples arrived after us. Needless to say, we didn't leave a very good tip for the poor service and will probably be some time before we return; maybe after the inevitable staffing change.

Lots of workers yet sooo slow. Place was dirty all around, our waitress Jenny G handed our bill before we finished our food and still got mad after we told her we were given less fries.

The wonka burger was delicious so was the cowboy burger definitely recommend getting a burger here they smack. The Nashville chicken looks hot but it was a disappointment it was just salty no heat at all. Service was good it didn't take long to get our food.

It took our waitress about 20 minutes to even greet us or take our drink order and there were only two other tables in the restaurant I could understand if they were busy but that was not the case. My mom got her food and it was cold and my food was never brought out I work in the industry and usually you bring the tables food out all at once. When we told the waitress about the cold food she rolled her eyes and walked away we then stated we would pay for our drinks and leave. Our waitress seemed to be the manager but she was very rude to the other employees and customers I didn't get a name she has brown hair and glasses. I would not recommend this restaurant it is awful.

My visit to IHOP at 10:00am started off with a slightly crowded parking lot, hinting at a potential wait. Luckily, we were promptly seated and received our drinks. However, our experience took a turn for the worse when we waited an hour and a half for our food. It seemed like others who arrived after us were served ahead. At around 11:30am, we lost patience and informed our waiter that we were leaving. Surprisingly, the supervisor brought our food a few minutes later, but the presentation was subpar, and my eggs Benedict looked rushed and perhaps undercooked. When we declined the food, the supervisor made a loud comment at the counter, which was embarrassing. We paid for our drinks and left. Overall, the service was slow, the food unappetizing, and our experience disappointing. We opted to visit the Black Bear Diner, where we were seated promptly and served in just 10 minutes. I wouldn't recommend IHOP based on this experience.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate
Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
