Highly recommended
The hotel is located just beside the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, and the metro station George V is within 1 min walk. The staff is friendly and they are always willing to help, they remember my name after having a conversation with me, and whenever they see you, they care about you. I would like to thank Ms.Zelin a receptionist who comes from China, she is lovely, from check-in to my room, she was helpful and amicable. However, breakfast is quite normal for a luxury hotel, not many things to choose and the staff did not explain the menu, he just came and asked me what I would like to order. Also from the beginning, I spoke French to him, but he avoided speaking it to me instead of speaking English which I did not understand why, I won't say I speak perfectly, but at least I can communicate without any difficulties. The room is perfect, from the minibar to the toiletries, I love it so much, you could buy it from the stores (just have to google it).

Ladies and gentlemen, this is France as we like it. The real class, the distinguished! Everything is ideal and seems for a moment to sprinkle hearts with stars! It is not for nothing that legends have passed there. You bring honor to the nation.
Be the first to ReplyTourist Trap
Tourist Trap, Americans beware. Not a 5 star hotel, perhaps as good as a 4 star if you exclude their namesake restaurant which is a Tourist Trap in its purest definition. Paris is a wonderful city, exceptional in fact, but hotels (and restaurants) like this are a stain on the reputation of the ”city of light”.
Be the first to ReplyHôtel Barrière Fouquet's Paris: A must stay!
Our entire family (12 people) booked a stay at this hotel for six days. The warm hospitality of the whole "Team" extended to us was exemplary. This is a credit to Julien Gardin's (general manager) leadership for assembling such a top-shelf staff. Julien personally greeted our family and offered his assistance during our stay. I am referring to the top-shelf staff, including Geoffrey, Ian, Assia, Moise, Hermance, Pierre, Dimitri, and all the concierge and front desk staff. Housekeeping was timely, discreet, and thorough. Accommodating our request to have meals "family style" in the dining room portion of our suite was incredibly helpful. It promoted bonding and ease of child care for 3 children under 6. The food was fresh, perfectly prepared, warm, and always delivered by room service staff with a smile and cheerful spirit. Chauffeur service was timely and ready on demand. The staff was there to problem-solve if we ever had any issues or requests. Again, it was a remarkable experience for Patricia, me, and every family member. Finally, I have already begun to spread the word to my physician colleagues, many of whom travel to Paris for medical conferences. This hotel should be on the list of anyone who prefers a 5-star luxury stay in Paris!
Be the first to ReplyAmazing experience!
Our family traveled to Paris and London for spring break (8 & 14 yr old) and I can’t say enough about how fabulous our experience was at Fouquet’s!! The staff was fantastic - very helpful and always friendly with a smile on their faces! We ate at the two Hôtel restaurants for dinner which were great, and breakfast every morning was lovely as well. We opted for two interconnected deluxe rooms (recently refurbished) and they were beautiful! Finally, the location is perfect - we will definitely be back!!

Certainly one of the best experiences ever, even within the 5 star category; the hotel is incredibly well run, the staff are very attentive and you can tell the personal attention is genuine; Spa and restaurants are an absolute must; Of the restaurants, Le Joy is more modern, Fouquets is the traditional brasserie that is a must-see. The location can't be beat.
Be the first to ReplyWe Can't Wait To Return
We stayed here for our last night in Europe/Paris and we're SO glad we did! We celebrated our 8th anniversary here and the staff went above and beyond to spoil us. Zeling at the front desk warmly welcomed us and orchestrated the final, beautiful touches to our room. She also made some wonderful recommendations for the area, and ensured our every need was met. Because of the stellar experience we had when we arrived and how much effort the staff put in to surprising us, we called the airline and switched flights to leave at a later time so that we could enjoy breakfast the next morning without rushing off. Alizee and Zeling were there to see us off, which made us both feel so special. We truly hope to return very soon. This may be our new favorite hotel in all of Paris!
Be the first to ReplyAn alternative iconic hotel in the heart of Paris’ Golden Triangle
Located on the corner of Champs Elysées and Avenue George V, most iconic part of Paris. Around the hotel is filled with tourists, world’s top luxury brand shops and sidewalk cafes. The hotel has successfully redesigned by Jacques Garcia in 2017, becoming an alternative to Plazza Athenee and Four Seasons, prefer the new Rooms and Signature Suites overlooking the Champs-Élysées. You can feel the essence of Parisian elegance with tones of beige and gold, lofty ceilings, fresh bouquets, marble bathrooms. Unfourtunately we could’ nt get the room until 15:00, but beside that all the staff was quite friendly and helpfull. Of course there’s the legendary Brasserie Fouquet’s but can also enjoy the breakfast (could be better) at the cozy setting of Le Joy restaurant, in the heart of a hidden courtyard garden. Cocktail bar L'Escadrille is cosy with its wood panelling and portraits on the walls, there was live music on St Valentines’. Nightclub Le Marta bar looks like a jewellery box, with floral velvet panels on the walls and the bar dressed of same pattern, house music was ok but quite small, I guess the rooftop designed as Barbiecore is better.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing Paris Hotel with Great Service
Amazing hotel, location, service! We stayed at Fouquets for 5 days as a couple and loved every moment. Location is perfect, moments away from Av Montaigne and located on Champs Elysees / George V. Buffet breakfast was amazing and recommend taking the deluxe room and asking for a renovated room with new style bathroom, which we paid extra for but worth every penny. The old style bathrooms don’t look great. Special thanks to Dimitri & Emmanuel & Melina who sorted all my bookings for me and gave amazing recommendations and truly made our trip special. We will be coming back to Fouquets only. Highly recommend.
Be the first to ReplyIt makes people sincerely feel the hotel's service and attentiveness. Such attentiveness makes me definitely want to come back and stay here again.
A very perfect experience. From the moment you check in, the service is impeccable and very considerate. The hotel staff, whether it is the front desk, doorman or restaurant service staff, can call you by name. All staff are happy and sincere. The smiles, breakfast restaurant staff, and energetic service will start your day well, and they will always pay attention to your needs, whether it is blankets, changing tableware, etc., they all noticed it without you having to ask. The room itself is not big but has everything it needs, but its attentiveness cannot be felt in other hotels. At night, there are soft cushions under the carpet next to the bed. These details are the most important soul of the hotel, leading guests to stay again. Want to come back and stay. There is a card welcoming you when you check in, and there is also a Good-bye card the night before you leave. This is the first experience I have experienced in so many years of staying in various hotels.

Beautiful Hotel! Staff is very friendly. Very delicious breakfast and stunning SPA. Hotel is located right next to the Champs Elysees. Great location for shopping and sightseeing. Also part of The Leading Hotels of the World, perfect for Leaders Club members.

The staff the service the location and the spa is unbelievable. The rooms are very large for Paris. They have a great breakfast and bar area in the hotel. The concierge team is just amazing. They work from 800am to 1000pm. The downstairs spa has a pool a steamroom and sauna. They also have a really cool jet pool.

We stayed in a luxury room and through the valet reception, the reception, the catering service, the spa and massages, everyone went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible and we enjoyed ourselves and especially thank the young woman at reception for doing everything she could to help me get a place at Crazy Horse that I had forgotten to reserve!!! So to summarize, we really recommend this Hotel and thank those who run it to make your stay unforgettable.
Be the first to ReplyAbove and Beyond!
Hôtel Barrièr Fouquet's went above and beyond our expectations of anything we had ever imagined possible. From the very beginning, before I had even made a reservation, Soléne, (our host(?)), was always quick to respond to my many questions. Soléne had an integral part in our choosing to go with this hotel. Soléne also had an integral part in making sure our visit and stay was perfection, 'bar none'. We used the hotels chauffer service to and from the airport, which I would highly(!) recommend. Extremely professional. When we had arrived at the hotel, Soléne, along with other staff were awaiting our arrival to welcome us to Hôtel Barrièr Fouquet's. Such a lovely act to help us feel truly welcomed to their hotel. We decided to stay in the Champs Elysées room, which was definitely worth the extra money paid. We happened to arrive on the day of the World Cup's Final game between France and Argentina. I can't describe the joy it brought us to be able to see the fan's excitement while running down the middle of the (shut down) Champs Elysées with each score that was made. The other days it was wonderful to be able to look down on the bustling Champs Elysées filled with holiday shoppers enjoying the festive shops and beautiful lights throughout the iconic thoroughfare. The mini bar was wonderful! Yummy treats, and a great selection of n/a drinks. Our 'breakfast included' made our jaws drop the first morning it was brought into our room. The cart, with a heated container below, would be wheeled into our room, and everything would be set out meticulously on the bright white tablecloth. My favorite, yummiest dish was the pain par deu with chocolate sauce and strawberry jam. (Craving!!). Soléne made our stay that much more special by taking the time to write us thoughtful, personal notes here and there. These notes would be awaiting us after returning back to our room from a long day. Soléne was very perceptive as to how I was feeling health-wise. She had noticed that I had not left the room for an entire day, and had asked the next day if I was doing okay, and if she could set a massage up for me. I told her that I was okay, and that I think I'll skip the massage. The next time we had returned to our room, there was a card awaiting us, tied with red Fouquet's ribbon, and a note inside saying I have 2 complimentary hydro-massages that I can use at their spa anytime. The spa is exceptionally beautiful btw! I I could keep going on and on about the wonderfulness of this hotel, and it's 'entire' staff. They were all exceptional! Thank you Barrièr Fouquet's, and Soléne, for making the celebration of our 40th Anniversary magical.

Everything was top notch from start to finish. Hotel is both cozy and elegant. Rooms are equipped with the most modern and best furniture, beds, fixtures etc. The speakeasy off the lobby was a source of a lot of fun. But … the staff absolutely made our stay a once in a lifetime experience. The concierge arranged for tough to get dinner reservations, car transportation during a particularly difficult time (New Years) and the doormen went above and beyond the call of duty assisting our children in bypassing barricades set up by the Paris police for the New Years celebration. Heart felt gratitude to Geoffrey (Director of Rooms) for making the stay an experience of a lifetime. We’ll likely see you next year!

Fouquet Barriere was amazing from the moment we stepped into the hotel. Our room was spectacular. The service was top notch. The breakfast was delicious and was held in a room in the hotel that was old fashioned and beautiful. The location (on the Champs de Elysee) made for easy access to everything. It was close to several metro stops. But the best part was the kind and generous care I received when I fell ill. They ran to get me a thermometer. They made me soup and they asked repeatedly if I needed a doctor. We are counting the days to return. Truly one of the best and most personal hotel stays ever. Special thanks to Geoffrey, Solene and the concierge staff.
Be the first to ReplyThis American Fine Hotel Collection Hotel was Magical
My daughter and I stayed at this hotel because of it being in the Fine Hotels Collection. We have stayed at other hotels across the world and the hotel staff, room and amenities were first class. We plan to stay here again every time we Paris. A special thanks to Claire Coste for making our time at the hotel extra special. Her attention to detail and assistance during our stay was invaluable.
Be the first to ReplyDisappointing
In some aspects this hotel lived up to our expectations. The staff were unfailingly courteous and our room was delightful but our sleep was interrupted by loud crashing and banging noises from somewhere inside the hotel. This first happened in the middle of the night and was repeated two more times at roughly one hour intervals. I did mention it at check-out and received a fulsome apology from the reception clerk. She also cancelled our small bar bill, which was a gesture we appreciated, and said she would report the matter and the hotel would be in touch with us. That was over a week ago and we've heard nothing.

Be the first to ReplyEuropean Vacation - 5 Cities - Best Hotel
We traveled to Paris, London, Venice, Rome & Barcelona and stayed in all 5 star hotels. This hotel, by far, was the best and ended our month long trip. They were quick, courteous and attentive to everything we needed. They gave us an amazing upgrade that you couldn't believe until you walked into the room. On Multiple times they would put stuff in our room to just tell us thank you for being there. We own multiple hotels so understand how hard it is to ensure your customers feel special and that all of their needs are met. We also stay at a lot of 5 star hotels. This one made us feel like we were royalty and ensured our every need was met. I want to thank Jeffrey the Rooms Director and all of the staff for everything they did for us. We also ate at the restaurant multiple times and they walked us in and ensured we had seats without waiting. We ended at this hotel and it made our trip priceless. Thanks for everything
