Hotel Sezz Saint-tropez Reviews from The Last Year
Amazing Retreat with Incredible Staff
It would be impossible to overstate the pleasurable time that was had during our stay at Hotel Sezz. I was there in May of 2023 with my wife and another couple. Sadly for us, the weather was not great but the team at Sezz made up for it by showing us an incredible time. Maxime and Yannick helped curate a list of things for us to do during the inclement weather that made it feel like we weren’t missing out on anything. The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are spacious, there’s a wonderful spa and pool. And of course there is a Michelin starred restaurant whose staff could not have been more incredible during our time there. If I could call them all out by name I would. I plan on traveling back this summer.
top
It's really a very nice hotel in the direction of the salt marshes, ideally located to be outside the city, with an on-demand shuttle to go to the village. Perfect rooms, attentive staff, what I like about this hotel is that it is airy with a very pretty swimming pool. Top concierges, thank you Maxime and Yannick
Fantastic Individual Hospitality
Hospitality by the staff is second to none. You are treated as one of their own. Even if there are 2 or 3 others at reception (hardly happens) you get each members' fullest attention. The women at the reception are exceptional and extremely friendly and the concierge can get it done! The shuttle drivers to the beach and town are patient and reliable. The place is excellent, stayed 3 nights during the off season and it was fantastic couldn't have been happier and more relaxing. Cabins are as pictured, clean, spacious, with much light in the day. The grounds, pool are what you see, elegantly designed and very nice. Thank you, hope to be back.
Always my pleasure
Always nice here. Everyone is very welcoming. Breakfast could be a bit more varied, but otherwise it's a great location. We'll be back. The staff is always very friendly and extremely helpful. The shuttle works great.
Again and again!!
Great service, very friendly, good location, perfect shuttle service, good breakfast, nice room. Nice sauna area. Swimming pool and bar also very nice. We have been going there for years and the standard has always remained perfect.
Perfect oasis of well-being with exceptional architecture
Beautiful, very spacious room, very friendly and personal service, pleasant atmosphere. Very well-kept outdoor facilities. Beautiful pool area. Extensive breakfast buffet. Shuttle service works excellently. We would love to come back!
Perfect getaway
We had the best time at Hotel Sezz for our wedding anniversary. Lovely and attentive staff, great food, and the pool area is so relaxing. Plus the hotel is very close to the village and the beach. A perfect location and stay. We can’t wait to return! Merci et à la prochaine!
An excellent long weekend at the end of September at the Seez hotel
Very nice designer hotel The staff is very attentive and efficient (valet parking, concierge, reception and catering) The Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant is worth the detour and chef Colinet is very friendly Thanks for the upgrade We will come back !
Treated Like Royalty
Three words! Fab-u-lous! From the moment our luggage was taken from our cheap rental car until the moment they were returned, we were treated like royalty. Rooms were nicely done with an outdoor shower & secluded outdoor lounging space. The pool was well-designed with separate sections for more privacy. The shuttle into & returning from town was a welcome amenity, since all I remember from my last trip to Saint-Tropez was the horrific traffic. The “icing” on the cake was the bag of waters & treats that were placed in our rental car as we said “au revoir” (goodbye until we meet again).
Rock-star level concierge services that make you feel like you have personal butlers
We had an amazing time at this hotel. The concierge services are off the charts. We have been traveling for 40 years and we can’t think of better concierge services than what we received at this hotel. The concierges planned everything for us: Beach clubs, lunches, dinners. Everything was great that they planned. They even went into town to the Monoprix to pick up a new suitcase for us. The hotel is very nice and we had a nice room (although the curtain for the back window never worked properly), they have a Michelin star restaurant whose food is amazing (but, with wine, quite expensive), they have a beautiful pool, a very impressive breakfast and a super nice staff. But the major reason to stay here is the all-star concierge staff.

Prepaid Reservation Fee

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
