Patronized this location 7/2/21 Chicken/Waffles online prepay requested xtra maple glaze a quick run while working, upon arrival the waitress handed me someone else’s meal (NO) finally located my order after I verified using my cell. I return to my work location only to realize I have zero glaze. I contact restaurant relay my issue only to make them aware. The caller asks how I would like to resolve it? I say with a credit for my next visit because I couldn’t return and I do like the food. This was actually my first visit to this location… anyway I’m placed on hold for a few seconds and then the manager comes on. The attitude and regard was rude & inconsiderate. I complimented the tasty chicken but of course a waffle w/ no glaze is just bread and that is not what I paid & ordered. The manager asked well what do you want me to do because it’s not a vital part of the order!!! WTH! ummmm I disagree. I will never return here poor customer service; rude and arrogant management. Here’s a side note Young Logan my dear lad, if a customer pays and requests certain condiments that compliment the dish and should have been included w/o request. When you neglect to fill the order properly then it’s your fault and thus you should right the wrong for CS sake! compare to “Southern Mac w/o Cheese” WTH!
