What an honor TO MEET THE CHEF HIMSELF at the restaurant. I couldn't believe that he was standing at the front when we entered the restaurant. The restaurant requires a jacket to be worn at the restaurant. If you forget one, they have a rental available, however the fit may not be in your favor. This restaurant is the EPITOME of HIGH-QUALITY GASTROMY and requires a serious splurge to dine here. Lunch prices are economical than dinner, although this was the most expensive complete meal I've ever had. Prepare to leave an open tab because nothing is free here, including water. We started out with a CHAMPAGNE TOAST and this sparkling wine was just right to mood right. Initially, we were the only people sitting in the room and it was very quiet and roomy. We were greeted by three different staff members that were there to assist throughout our journey. One of the members was a Wine Sommelair and his only job is to pour and help you find the right wine. I was reluctant to try the PAIR WINES with my meal, because my partner doesn't drink. However, they let me pair wines only for myself and I got to experience the beauty of French wines in different arrays of color, bitterness, and flavor. We went with their LUNCH SET MENU which consisted of: AMUSE BOUCHE; GREEN PEA DISH; TEXTURES AND TEMPERATURES OF GREEN AND WHITE ASPARAGUS; COULOURS OF CAVIAR, SMOKED SABAYON; RAW/COOKED LOBSTER WITH CORAL, WITH A CARROT-LOBSTER CRISP; ARTICHOKE SOUP with BLACK TRUFFLE; LAYERED TRUFFLED MUSHROOM BRIOCHE; GUINEA FOWL COOKED THREE WAYS, SAUCE SUPREME, SALAD OF GUINEA FOWL LIVERS; SORBET; RICE PUDDINGS We ended our meal with COFFEE. It came in this tall cup and upon lifting it was a small round chocolate cookie hidden underneath. The drink was excellent and I loved how the chef came back to every table to see how the meal was. I took many photos but one that I am very fond of was the picture I took with the mighty chef. In summary, the preparation, the presentation, the professionalism, and the taste were all incredible. There are no words to describe how everything was immaculate. Although this dining pleasure has dented my wallet, it was all worth it. Since this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and this dining gastronomy came in full circle in completing my Parisian trip. If the Chef is ever reading this, here's what I want to tell him. Chef Savoy, merci pour cette expérience inoubliable.
