Peacful vacation
Nice quite place , if you are looking for a peacful vacation where you have your own private beach this is for you. Breakfast was pretty good , the only negative downside where that the staff asked me all the time whats my room number while I was sleeping on the beach and the nearest supermarket is like 2km away.
Good and economical stay
It is a very beautiful resort located on the beach with two good swimming pools and both with security guards/lifeguards. Good breakfast. Staff always helpful and friendly. Spacious and comfortable rooms. However, there are things that already need some maintenance, as they already show signs of degradation. Another drawback is the fact that it is a little away (not too far) from the city. You always have to take a taxi/Grab.
Nice hotel in a quiet location at the beach
We stayed here as part of our holiday throughout Vietnam and were happy with the hotel in general. The location is in a quiet area with not so much around (Covid effect I guess) however as we love to walk, we were able to find a few restaurants and bars close by. Breakfast at the hotel was huge - almost too much to choose from and everything we ate was fresh and cooked well. The room was clean yet basic - we didn’t book a fancy room as we only sleep and wash there but I’m sure the other rooms close to the beach are very nice! The hotel was very quiet in terms of guests when we stayed as tourism is low in Vietnam at the moment so not all facilities were available. This didn’t matter to us as we spent most days out and about. Marble Mountains is close by to the hotel - you can walk there in 20 minutes and it’s worth a visit for sure. It gets busy so go there early for when it opens. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and even happier that we had the pool to ourselves on the couple of days when we chilled!
Just returned from 8 great nights at Sandy Beach Resort
We have a sea view room with balcony the room was very big with the most comfortable bed. We had tea and coffee facilities as well as a limited mini bar. The hotel has 2 pools we loved the pool close to the beach there was plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the beautiful beach. The food choices were very good for breakfast lunch and dinner. The hotel did a really nice Valentine’s Day meal which was very nice plus a street food evening. We stayed for 8 nights and we did not want to leave. The hotel is in a great location to get local transport to Danang city or Hoiann. We booked a day trip to the ancient city of Hue through the hotel which was very good. The hotel is within a 10 minute walk to marble mountain which is well worth a visit. I would return to Sandy Beach if I came back to Danang.
Average + / Good value for money
The value for money is undeniably good. This does not mean that the hotel is perfect. The environment is calm and the gardens are pretty and well maintained. The beach is quite beautiful and in the immediate vicinity. However there were a lot of waves, potentially problematic currents (hence the red flag). Clearly we were not able to swim during our 6 days there. The swimming pools are well maintained. Breakfast very good considering the price. The room, very large, extremely humid (at the limit of bearable). The hotel in general is old, even corroded. The staff is very kind and helpful like everywhere in Asia. The restaurant, even though it is not our habit to eat at the hotel, is very good, at reasonable prices. Grab the Hotpot soup for two (VND249,000). We also tried pizza (we've been in Asia for a long time and eating "international" makes us feel good sometimes). The pizza was perfectly ok. To end on a positive note the hotel is well placed to get to Hoi An AND Da Nang by Grab. Difficult to say if we recommend. Undoubtedly, value for money must be taken into account.
Nice
I love this resort. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room is so big but a bit old. But I feel so comfortable during my stay here. They have private beach and it's really comfortable. They also have playground for children and fitness centre has very complete tools.
Excellent Service ay Sandy Beach
I have been going to Da nang since 2013 and have stayed at Sandy Beach every time. The resort is a bit dated but the services and staff are fantastic, not only do they do all they can to make you have a great time but they are very genuine in the way they go about it. Special shout out to Mr Vu and his team on the food and beverage side who made this recent visit for me very special with a friend's only BBQ. The food was well priced and delicious and the service team really knocked it out of the park. I look forward to my next visit. It's an amazing place!
Beautiful resort
The resort is large and beautiful with a beach and facilities like swimming pool and pool table. The room we stayed at was spacious. We would like to give a mention to Tam as she was very helpful with our queries about our trip.

This was our first time in Vietnam and the hotel was perfect for what we needed. The staff were amazing, in particular Hung who was always friendly, happy and very polite. The breakfast was really extensive with options to taste everyone. The rooms were cleaned daily with clean towels replenished daily with complementary toiletries. Upon our arrival we were given a free drink which was very welcoming. Our garden view room was upgraded for free to a sea view which had a huge king size bed, the room was so spacious and very modern and clean. The hotel is ideally located to all amenities including marble mountain and the hotel offers a daily shuttle bus for a very small fee. If you download the app GRAB this will give you access to book taxis which was so good to have. I would definitely come back to the hotel, I loved every minute of my holiday.

Great place to have a rest
We spent 4 nights at the hotel. Wonderful view to the sea from an excellent room, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was large and clean. Great choice for breakfast, tastes of all continent. The area of the hotel is beautiful with the lodges in the large garden. Two swimming pools, gym, spa and many games for the children. I loved it!

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
