Still as amazing as we remember!
The food was as amazing as we remembered from years ago. The lemon spaghetti did not disappoint. Our waiter and busboy were on top of it and amazing the entire time. We had quite a disappointing experience with the host though. When we checked in, she asked my name and didn't say anything before talking to the next group, who she took back immediately. We had a reservation even. Then when we were leaving she came across as annoyed that we were in the path she wanted to walk.

Wonderful evening at Giada. Didnโt pay for the window seat, but enjoyed a 180 degree step-up view of the strip and the dancing water at the Bellagio through the wall of floor to ceiling windows. Our server, David was friendly and genuine as he shared what were his favorites when we asked. These did not disappoint! I had the chicken Marsala. I wanted to lick the plate after the chicken, asparagus, and mushrooms were done. Gnocchi was an added pleasure in the creamy sauce. My husband had the lobster ravioli with a side of scallops that was equally as scrumptious.

Beautiful place to eat. Totally disappointed in the seating arrangement. We paid 25$ each for window view of Bellagio fountains. My seat was facing traffic and I had no view at all. Bread board was lovely but the Casio e Pepe was way overpriced and too rich to eat more than 2 bites. Dessert cookies were fair.

We were there for the Estรฉrel brunch and supper. The food is delicious, the service impeccable and the location is premium on the Vegas strip. If you appreciate good food, I highly recommend Giada! Love it

Fun restaurant to try once. We received a window seat even though we did not pay extra for it. Glad we didn't pay extra as even though they advertise the Bellagio water fountain views, they fail to mention there is a pedestrian bridge right in the way so you have a limited view no matter what window seat you have. The ambience is very nice and the wait staff was very good too. Most of the food we had was also good. You need reservations as the place was packed and we ate there on a Wednesday night.

Not sure about some of these negative reviews below, but my daughter and I had a fantastic experience and meal here. And I say this as an accomplished food blogger/cook, and she is also a very accomplished cook. So in other words, we know food. And being we are both fans of Giada, we were excited to dine here. The service was top notch - love the white-coat waitstaff. And they were very well attentive. After each course they quickly whisked away the plates and silverware and brought us new. We had some wonderful appetizers and decided to share the lemon spaghetti. When they bought out the spaghetti, it was on two plates, very nice presentation with a large shrimp. It was just perfect! So delicious! And since it was my birthday, they paid extra special attention to that, and our dessert included a small chocolate bar that had "happy birthday" on it. This may sound silly to mention that, but I really appreciated all they did to make our dinner special.

The restaurant itself is nice. The chairs comfortable but my coat fell off my chair several times. The table next to us had her shawl on the floor and someone else with their purse on the floor because the seats too wide to drape a coat over and have no middle so unless you keep you item next to you, it falls out the back of the chair. The staff.is extremely attentive but the price of the food is a bit much for what you get and it's nothing to write hone about. I had the lemon spaghetti with 2 large shrimp at 37.99, I had baby peppers with goat cheese and olive bits for 15 99 and a coke for 7 and a apple desert for 15.99. The spaghetti was good, the shrimp a little chewy. The baby peppers with goat cheese were not easy to cut and the goat cheese just flowed out like lava so not a successful dish. My desert was okay, but nothing special. I gove it 4 out of 5 for service but I wouldn't return at these prices for okay, can find better, food.

It seems this town is obsessed with celebraty chefs. I came here at athe request of a friend I work with. The service was very good in the basic mechanics. Everything was done properly and timely with good suggestions. Server knowledge was very good. Unfortuanately, I could clearly hear staff giving direction to each other several times. I would not expected this for the price point. The food was also very good. The location is right off the strip and easy access from an escalator.

Our server was fantastic. The food was delicious the atmosphere was amazing. Beautiful place inside the hotel with a view of the strip.

It's a lot of hype for subpar food. I wanted something light. So, I ordered a salad with chicken. The salads I get from the gas station was better than this one. The service and show are all hyped up as well. This is more of an experience than it is enjoyable eating. This is typical Vegas eating.

This restaurant was so great, we returned for brunch before leaving Vegas. Everything was exceptional - the service, quality of food, and atmosphere. Nothing we ordered has average - everything from salads to fish had a twist to remind you the chef cares about every dish. The seafood tower is a must when dining here! Very fresh and plentiful!

My husband and I brought our daughter here to celebrate a special occasion. Because we had tickets to an early show, our time there was limited but the waitstaff was kind enough to bring us our food quickly, knowing the time crunch. We had hors d'oeuvres, a cocktail and desserts, and everything was delicious! It's not a cheap restaurant by any means but ideal for celebrating!

Loved the menu, food, and service so much I had brunch three times and dinner once during my three-night stay at The Cromwell. Itโs crummy that you need a credit card to guarantee your reservation, but it neednโt cost you anything extra if you actually show up. Highlights: The polenta waffle was divine, as was the bucatini (tip: add pancetta). Perfetto!

I want to start with I LOVE Giada and have followed her from the beginning so my fiance surprised me with a date night to her restaurant. The evening began with being seated at a table where one side is a booth and the other a chair. I sat on the booth side and immediately sank down to where the table was at my chin and I'm 5'5 so my fiance switched with me. He joked and asked for a booster seat and they brought him a pillow to sit on. I asked to move and they would not accommodate. Keep in mind, this was at 5:00 and not busy. I then opened the wine by the glass menu, being a chardonnay lover, and found the had ONE and it was 23.99 for a 6oz. pour!!! Arancini was amazing, would recommend the romaine salad over the arugula, I then ordered Veal Saltimbocca, which was 68.00, the meat was dark brown and it was over fried and completely dry. Our server was great and took it off the bill but my fiance was so disappointed. He had the lemon pasta with shrimp.....2 shrimp 36.99, I had a chianti..18.99 but the Nutella cake was amazing....might just go for dessert and coffee next time. I just expected so much more.

Stopped in for lunch. What a surprise! This was one of our best meals of our trip. Salmon Benedict was delicious with fresh spinach. Grilled cheese with prosciutto was great too. We added a sangria and a Bloody Mary. Best bloody of the trip! White sangria was light, fruity and complex- delicious!

We had two meals at Giada's, breakfast and dinner. It would have been nice to sit by the window, but it is a beautiful restaurant no matter where you are seated. The Parfait for breakfast is delicious along with the Fresh Pastry Assortment. I would have preferred the breakfast pizza served with an egg but it no longer available. Dinner we had the Cacia e Pepe Bucatini as an appetizer along with the bread board, shared between 4 and it was enough. It was perfect and the bread board was soooo good. Shared the Salmon and the Lemon Spaghetti with Shrimp dishes. Very good as well.

Had dinner at Giadaโs and was disappointed with the food. Served cold, small portions for a full price and quite frankly not very good. Staff was great! Ambience was great! Wonโt go back
Be the first to ReplyBEST MEAL OF OUR TRIP
Def worth every penny, other than the 25.00 per person charge for a window seat, where you got to watch a crane all night! Meal was delish, waiter Carlos amazing, We ended up not being charged the 100 for the window seat, many thanks.

Server didn't bother to give us the full menu until we asked for it. Server was also incredibly curt and seemed rushed. He ruined the whole atmosphere. Giada seems to have a poor work environment, which trickles down to the guests who are naturally expecting an enjoyable evening. Expected much more for spending nearly $300 for 2 people on food alone, before alcohol. Do yourself a favor and go to the Wynn Buffet for less than half the price. Yes, I am saying that a BUFFET had a much better atmosphere, and better food too!

Have had business dinner here the last 4 years. This year so disappointing. Our waiter was terrible. Got orders wrong and did not turn others in. For this price better service is necessary. Food ok but not great. No more dinners planned there

Skip it! I was looking forward to eating at this restaurant. I have to say the food was subpar of these pasta dishes you could probably make it home for less than five dollars theyโre charging premium money for them and they donโt even get a protein. Our food was rubbery nothing impressive they donโt even serve bread with a meal just cheap overprice skip it
Be the first to ReplyFabulous food, views and staff!
We have been to Giada's many times ( i make many of her recipes) and this visit was once again excellent! I paid for the premium seating ($25 per person) along the windows and it was well worth it. They open the windows after the sun goes down (I'm sure this is seasonal) and the views of the strip and the Bellagio fountain were outstanding. Our server Rocco went above and beyond to make sure we were not rushed and that our experience was first rate. The food was fantastic as usual. If you like a veal chop, go with the Veal Chop Saltimbocca- breading is delicious and perfectly seasoned! And he Sin City chocolate cookies are perhaps the best chocolate chip cookies I've had in a long time. Good price [point for excellent food and service!

Had a wonderful family dinner, the server named Candice was above and beyond! You really helped make my birthday special! Food was phenomenal, service as I stated was great, and the lemon ricotta cookies are to die for.

Breath and have a glass of "Justin" Wine at Giada. My partner is Gluten Free and her menu is very accommodating (plus he LOVES Giada) so it was natural to mosey across the street from the Cosmopolitan and head upstairs to a beautiful restaurant. We ate at the Bar and really enjoyed our time eating Giada 's classics. Order the Bacon wrapped dates for starters and it will have you on your way to foodie, gluten free bliss. :). Thank you Giada for recognizing that Gluten Free is a real need amongst the gastronomes. My partner appreciates it and so do I :)

We had booked a time of 8:30pm, and traversed heavy traffic to be there on time. We had paid for premium window, and they made us wait 15 minutes. When we got our table, the server Diego, the tall guy with the ill fitting coat, came by to serve us. He right away lost interest when we did not order alcohol. He made the experience unpleasant. He kept turning and walking away, and my drink came very late because he did not bother to come check right away. Even the delivery of the check was done with his back to us while he was chit chatting with the other server. Really, the staff needs to be trained on professionalism.
The food was good. I wish the people were.
