I stayed only one night at MBS but I got very wonderful service what my family never forget whole mylife. it was to celebrate for 10th wedding anniversary. we choose Singapore because we have much good memory at Singapore before. Especially, MBS was our honeymoon place 10 years ago. MBS premium service team provide much kind welcome Especially, our dedicated manager sing welcome song and my daughter touched. I would like to have nice dinner for our last day in Singapore, they support to book LAVO restaurant. it was nice place to see sunset of Singapore and taste is also good. out dedicated manager and premium service team prepare very pretty bouquet and card. It was such a touching and unforgettable 10th anniversary gift to my family. Room was so clean and luxurious and we can see the Gardens by the bay in room. I really appreciate for manager and premium service team's kindness and we never forget this good memory forever.
Be the first to ReplyHelpful staff. Clean and amazing gym.
Affa and Chanok were so pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our workout session at the gym. MBS fitness center is the best hotel gym I've ever been to. It's well kept and clean, the staff are always helpful. Definitely recommend to all guests to drop by for a work out.
Be the first to ReplyIncredible Pool, Disappointing Hotel
Check-in is chaotic, as is the breakfast service although the food selection is fabulous. We had 2 city view rooms that were spacious and clean with an amazing view. The iconic pool makes this hotel, but if you expect good service I would suggest that you go elsewhere.
Be the first to ReplyPerfect hotel.
This hotel brings together everything that is good in life to offer its guests. Perfect location. Rooms, restaurants, shopping, tours, view, in short, everything was perfect. You don't need to leave your hotel to love the city of Singapore. There is everything in this hotel.
Be the first to ReplyMost relaxing hotel in Singapore
Marina bay is one of my favourite hotel in Asia , from check in to room the service is absolutely up class , make you feel so welcoming. This time we stayed at the new room , the Paiza tower 2 , amazing room with house butler at our service. The room was beautiful , clean and the view was beautiful with city view and the most is outside the lift there’s beautiful sofa for you to sit to wait for the lift , absolutely outstanding. Then we had breakfast at the residence at floor 55 , we had breakfast at 10:30am and because of that time they were actually serving brunch, so breakfast is 6am -10:30am and then 10:30am-1pm is brunch. The food was amazing, buffet style with very high quality food standard , we had lobster, king prawns, long crabs and Wagyu beef, we ate till 1pm , service with the staff was very professional and friendly which make you feel so special and welcome. I will definitely go back and stay there again .
Be the first to ReplyGreat location, hard products, but the arrival experience was terrible
Leaving Malaysia early in the morning, we arrived in Changi airport around 9am, and through the MRT, got to Marina Bay Sands Hotel's check in counter around 11am. Knowing that we were going to arrive early, we sent an email to the hotel a week early to see if there would be any opportunity for an early check-in. In the response, they mentioned the possibility subject to availability. Upon arriving at the check-in desk at Tower 1, the atmosphere was quite a contrast from the friendly possibility conveyed in the email response. It first took us about 10 minutes of waiting, until someone approached us at the line. Before even looking at our booking, he told us promptly that check-in is not available until 3pm. I mentioned about the email corresspondence, and that is when he reluctantly took my reservation number, then told us to head down to Tower 3 and enquire there, since we would be staying at Tower 3. He also then said there will be a charge for early check-in if it is available. When we got to Tower 3, the check-in counter had 2 people on staff. One was helping a customer while the other stood there and looked at the other person, walking back and forth. Including us, there were 4 more sets of guests waiting in line. It took 30 minutes, I'm not exaggerating here, until that person that was doing nothing, acknowledge the guests in front of us in the line to go talk to him. Then another staff waved us down to go to the check-out counter to help us. The first couple was still standing at the counter, 30 minutes after, talking to the first staff. While we were waiting, the 4 of us in line started talking about how this extreme wait in line seemed to be a tactic from the hotel to discourage anyone to attempt to have an early check-in. To be honest, all I wanted to do at that point was to drop off my luggages for storage so we could be on our way. At the Check-out counter, the lady kindly let us know it's because it is around their check out time of 11am, so they are mostly busy with checking the guests out. After some discussions, she advises us that if the room is ready before 3pm for early check-in, they will send us an email. She then proceeds to tell us in great details of all the fine-dining restaurants the hotel has to offer, including their multiple signature dishes from each restaurant. I then realized why it took so long for the preivouis guests. We wanted to get out of the hotel to go enjoy our day, so we wanted to leave. She then further informed us that there are renovations going on at Tower 3, and we are on the lower level. While the renovation is on the higher levels, we may still hear noises. I then asked if we could be moved to either Tower 1 or 2 to avoid the noises, she responded that our rate would not allow us to be in the nicer, newly renovated rooms of Tower 1 or 2, but she will do her best to give us the best room in the category in Tower 3. Considering the rate of booking this hotel was just shy of $1,000 SGD, I really didn't like hearing this information. Not only did MBS not inform us through email communication prior to our arrival, but the way the lady informed us the situation made us felt like we were some sort of poor guests that should've spend more to avoid noise inconvenience. We left the hotel a bit miffed, and went about our day. We were given temporary keys so we could access the rooftop pool, one of the main highlights of the hotel. We spent about an hour there before we left. It was nice, had a great view of the city, although a bit hot and smog. After the pool we went about our day. We got the email notification that the room was ready at exactly 2:58pm. Once we checked into our room, my previous frustration with the frontline staff pretty much went away. The room was gorgeously appointed. The view to the Garden By The Bay (GBTB) was beautiful. The room itself was quite large, and the bathroom was marbled throughout, nothing sort of a luxury hotel, and easily rivaled the Ritz or JW of the Marriott brands. The entire minibar was free as well. Shortly after our check-in, a gentleman arrived to provide some turndown service. He was quite eager to help, and provided us multiple bags of chips and more coffee and drinks. I visited the pool at night for the second time, and this time I felt the magic of this rooftop infinity pool truly came alive. The lighting of the pool was a beautiful hue of turquoise. By now the city is lit up, the temperature dropped a bit, and people are clubbing in one of the rooftop bar with great music. Generally it had a great vibe. The view at night is nothing short of magical, and the pool wasn't very busy either so I never felt crowded. I ended up staying in the pool until it closed at midnight. This was one of the highlights of my Singapore visit. The night view of GBTB from our room was even more beautiful than during the day. I took the opportunity and walked around the hotel, and all the way towards GBTB, pass 1am, and took in all its amazing architecture. This hotel is definitely an architectural and engineering masterpiece. In the morning, the gentleman from the evening turndown service returned to offer more tea. I asked for his name this time. Chang Cheng was very courteous and we really appreciated his attententiveness during our stay. Although we were offered a discount at their Rise restaurant for breakfast, we decided to go to the casino solely to have a lobster laksa noodle soup from the restaurant within. It was delicious. I also browsed the gift shop situated within the hotel, and bought a book that talked about how the MBS hotel was built. Throughout our stay, we didn't hear the noise from renovation at all. And upon our check out, the frontline staff graciously offered us a 1-hour late check-out without any hesitation, which we really appreciated. As we called our grab to leave the hotel, the bell service staff checked our Grab details, invited us to wait inside the air-conditioned space, then queued us to head out as our Grab arrived, which we also very much appreciated their care in the service. Overall I was quite satisfied from this stay, minus the initial impression during the arrival process. I recognize the staff warned us about the renovation noise to temper expectation, but perhaps the delivery could be better, and really don't let your guests wait in line for more than 10 minutes if possible. The hotel's hard product is world class and top notch, while the soft product could use some improvement.
Be the first to ReplyGreat hotel!!!
Outstanding hotel! I wish we would have stayed here during our entire stay in Singapore. There is much to do. The rooms are beautiful and the pool is a sight to see. We had a suite on the 22nd floor and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and attentive. Room service was tasty and arrived in a timely fashion.

Be the first to ReplySuch an Amazing experience that will keep you coming back !
I have attended the sound meditation 4th week in a row now . It has been a truly transformative experience. Karu guided us through a symphony of soothing sounds, creating a harmonious environment that allowed for deep relaxation. Each note seemed to resonate with the very essence of our beings, facilitating a profound sense of calm and inner peace. The session left me feeling rejuvenated, centered, and connected to the rhythm. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking to explore the healing power of sound. Thank you Karu for the past few sessions that has certainly made a positive difference !

The sound healing class at the hotel with Karu was incredible. Karu has a real gift, and I highly recommend immersing yourself in this class during your stay. My stay at Marina Bay Sands has been so enjoyable. The service is outstanding, the hotel and infinity pool amazing.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing, Immersive Experience in Singapore
I’ve done sound meditation before but not at this level. Karu was amazing, he took time to connect with me as an individual. The rich variety of sound, variations of volume, and intensity really moved something within me. After the session I felt relaxed and balanced, in ‘tune’ with my body and soul, cleansed and renewed, ready to face anything that life will throw at me. The venue was perfect, I really look forward to attending another session. If you are new to Sound Meditiaion, experienced or just want an experience like no other then I would thoroughly recommend this class. Thank you Karu

Karu was amazing -- the sound was beautiful and connected to our souls. A wonderful and energizing way to start the day, and then on top of the world at Marina sky deck as a bonus :-) really recommend. Thank you!

Fantastic sound healing class!! Totally affordable and what an amazing wake up call. Service was also prompt and clear.
Be the first to ReplyThe pool is the star, the rest is average at best
The hotelroom was decent, not spectacular. We were on a very low floor (the 4th) although we had paid top dollar. So there was no view, but also a very noisy environment in the corridor as hundreds of tourists pass the lobby just below the 4th floor, in one single open space. (Our previous Singapore hotel oozed peace & quiet in the corridors, causing people to whisper.....not at Marina Bay Sands; it sounded more like a mall). The balcony is ultra narrow, an obese person could not stand there with closed balcony doors. 2 problems in the room: - A leaking toilet, which was fixed. - A complete power cut at 01:00AM, which was also fixed by a technician. Not nice to have a stranger walking around the room when you are trying to catch some rest in an ultra-expensive hotel.
Be the first to ReplyMarina Bay Sands experience
Had wonderful time at Marina Bay Sands (MBS) Hotel is extraordinary. We stayed in Family room where kids had their own room with bunkbed. Service was excellent. Eunice Marasigan their premium service executive helped us during stay and was easily accessible anytime to answer queries via whats app. She gave a tour of hotel and detailed tour of our room. Robby was there to receive us at airport on our return flight and even helped us get our luggage checked in. We spent entire 2 days around hotel as there us a lot to do. Walk from MBS to Gardens By The Way was stunning. Their breakfast at Rise restaurant was certainly better than Spago as there were unlimited options. We would suggest more gluten free and halal options in breakfast, afternoon tea and in room dinning as guests from all over the world stay there. Our stay is memorable for all good reasons.
Be the first to ReplyHospitality was 100%
Me and my partner arrived at the marina bay sands and immediately you were helped out of the car and your luggage was taken from a lovely gentleman. We then went to check in and as we waited in the queue for too long (all of 5 mins) they fast tracked us to another counter and upgraded our room to a higher floor for the inconvenience. We didn’t even complain but it was a lovely gesture. We then got to our room to find our luggage already there soon after a knock at the door with a lady wishing me happy birthday and handing over some cake which was a lovely touch! The pool was incredible and you get free snacks and drinks whilst you relax. We then went to watch the gardens by the bay light show from our room which we couldn’t believe we could see it so clearly! Later in the evening we went to the rooftop to see the view in the dark and a gentleman named Moe introduced himself and he offered to take photos for us by the pool. He made space in an area near the edge and went that extra mile to get some incredible photos for our memories. He also gave us some great tips to watch the sunrise so thank you Moe!
Thanks for an incredible stay we will be returning in the future 😊
Excellent!

Be the first to ReplyGlad we chose MBS
We visited Singapore 10 years ago and promised our then 12 yr old daughter we would come back and stay at this iconic hotel. So what could be more fitting than first trip out after Covid and our daughter graduating and about to start work. It did not disappoint !! Arriving at 1.30am we were quickly checked in and upgraded to a magnificent room than was more than enough for the 3 of us overlooking garden by the bay. We loved having a balcony to have fresh air in the evening. On leaving our room to explore the amazing breakfast we were asked if our room could be cleaned ( at 9am !!!) and this continued throughout our stay . It was terrific to have the room sorted so early . All staff we encountered went out of their way to be approachable and helpful. The pool was just as amazing as we had pictured and we dined and drank all afternoon while watching amazing plane, helicopters and parachutes around us practice for national day. Unfortunately we did get a little baked as the cloud cover was a little deceptive and we stayed longer than planned…..ouch!!
We did not want to leave and will definitely be back …just really special place
GEMS service from Ryan @ the pool
Spent the whole day at the beautiful pool yesterday. Was observing how this life guard, Ryan was assisting the hotel guests. He was simply amazing. Not only he went the extra miles for other hotel guests, he also rendered assistance to my family although his primary role is to ensure the safety of the guests using the pool. He is definitely a valuable asset to MBS. Keep up the good work Ryan!. Thumbs up!
Be the first to Reply15th Wedding Anniversary
We arrived late afternoon. My husband and I hit the Infinity pool once we settled from checking in.
Of course!, who wouldn’t think of taking a photo of the magnificent view? I was trying to capture our selfie when Moe offered to help capture better photos!
We are aware that taking photos is not Moe’s main duty in his workplace but he was so great in offering to take our photos! better than selfies😁.
For Moe , he set an example of giving his best to make guests feel welcome and belonging regardless of an individual’s race, colour and status.
Moe was also great in answering our questions about Singapore. He is a great ambassador for your resort.
Great job! Moe

Fantastic hotel, location and class
This place did not disappoint. From checkin to customer service, hospitality and ambience. It matched all expectations and beyond. I arrived at check in and was ushered to the VIP check in as there was a large party being checked in together. This was great initiative by staff concerned.
The rooms were magnificent with all amenities, complimentary toiletries and even the mini bar was free. Lots of information and movies, programmes on the tv.
The harbour view room I had was immaculate and the view outstanding. It overlooked the Bay of Gardens and was beautiful and colourful at night.
The infinity pool was amazing and the complimentary juices and ice creams were an added treat.
Amazing view from the sky deck and even watching the water/light show every evening from 8pm was spectacular.
An array of cafes and restaurants and the Bayfront MRT all in close proximity.
The gym had everything including a steam room, mini pool and sauna. Great view from the treadmills too.
All I can say is that you must stay here to experience all it has to offer. It was worth it. Would recommend Marina Bay Sands and would more likely spend more time , next time . So clean and just an amazing ambience about the place.
I must make mention of my clean room daily was due to staff member , Wen Bin. He took pride in his work and endured our stay was pleasant.
Recommend but wouldn’t rush back
Arrived at Marina Bay for the last stint of our Honeymoon. At the time, check in was busy and seemed it couldn’t handle the capacity, despite arriving for our allocators time, we waited around 60-90mins to be checked in being passed from desk to desk which happens to be a walk between tower 1 and 3.
After getting checked in we got to our room and settled in. The rooms are amazing and the view incredible (city view) with great facilities and add ons with the complimentary mini bar, bottled water, snacks, etc. However we were put in a room next to a another under construction with continuous drilling/hammering starting at 9am and continuing way past 7pm. Although we didn’t plan to spend too much time in the room, it is still not something we paid the premium rate to listen too. Staff were quite good in getting us moved but again we had to pack up and wheel our suitcases again to another tower to settle back in.
Once out, the shops, restaurants and entertainment are amazing. From well known chefs to pub grub styles the selection and quality of food is incredible and the shops the same. There is a water show every evening I think one at 8pm and one at 9pm which is worth a watch!
Overall it is a great hotel with so much to see and do around the area but we just felt a bit let down and wondering whether it was worth the hype and money paid. Don’t forget to screenshot your check in time and register for infinity pool access on the days you want! Deposit of 400 Singapore Dollars was also a bit of a surprise as they take the full room rate with this as an addition.
