I'm always trying to find good food deals in SF, and
I'm always trying to find good food deals in SF, and Fiorella has one of my favorite ones! On the last Monday of every month, they have certain pastas, pizzas, and wine for $10, and lower priced appetizers. I had to book my reservation 2 months in advance though, but luckily there are 2 other locations in SF (Polk and Sunset) you can try to reserve too! We picked the Neopolitan Pizza (and added the pepperoni, mushroom, and sausage toppings) and the Lumache Fra Diavolo pasta. I loved the spice with the pasta, and the sauce was so creamy and flavorful. We also ordered the meatballs which were some of the best meatballs I've had in SF. The $10 house red wine was great, and they definitely gave us more than 1 glass worth (felt like 2 glasses with the carafe they gave) which is a steal! One thing to note was that their back patio seating only allowed service dogs, which is the first time I've been in a restaurant in SF where they didn't allow dogs to sit outside or on the patio. Other than that, I had such a great experience here! I do think it's a little overpriced to come here on a normal night, so I highly recommend trying to get a reservation on the last Monday of the month, so much more worth it.

One of the most uninspired disappointing meals I have had in San Francisco. The back patio is very pleasant and mu h quieter than the main dining room but the food was another story. The rigatoni Bolongese ($24) was a bowl of rigatoni. Period. No bread, a shaker of stale parmessan cheese on the table, and not even a sprig of parsley to make it look pretty. We went on a Wednesday which may have been the chef's night off but the cook confused undercooked for al dented and it went down from there. The other dishes we ordered were just as disappointing. There are a lot of excellent restaurants on Clement St but I'd give this one a pass.

I've ordered from Fiorella countless times and dined at their other locations. My sister came into town from LA for her daughter's birthday and she wanted to book something that would make her daughter feel special so I recommended Fiorella two months out. The moment I walked in the door the host immediately said: you will need to give the table up at 7:45 because we have another party. This was an unpleasant way to be greeted and immediately made us stressed out. So I spoke to the waitress and explained that this was a special dinner I'd booked months ago and that we didn't want to feel rushed. She said: absolutely, don't worry. I will talk to the host. We won't rush you. 7:45 on the dot. Members of our party were still drinking their wine, the host comes over and asks us to leave, with wine still on the table. It was so rude and unpleasant. We've given this restaurant a huge amount of business over the years. I will not be giving them any going forward. I'll also say that I am always respectful of others waiting for a table, but this made the dining experience unpleasant from start to finish.
Be the first to ReplyFast service.
Dining alone was pleasant. Food was fantastic. Change the music to something more cheery.
Be the first to ReplyFood is fabulous here but the service can be spotty.
My favorites are the cacio e Pepe pasta, margherita pizza and hen of the woods pizza. The execution one these three dishes is always perfection. The meatballs are noteworthy as well. If you want a splurge, order the budino for dessert and if you are too full after all of the pizza and pasta, order the budino to go- if you like chocolate, you will love it! I love the vibe Fiorella has brought to this neighborhood.

Fiorella is a neighborhood gem that I've been back to a few times since my last experience that wasn't the best - happy to report that it's been great! From the buttery goodness of the butter bean crostini to the freshness of the OG baby lettuce salad and the vibrant flavors of the roasted beet and winter citrus salad, every dish is a delight. The diavolo pasta brings the heat in the best way possible, while the Funghi pizza is a mushroom and cheese lover's dream. Save room for dessert because the chocolate budino is decadent and utterly delicious. Pair your meal with their fantastic White Negroni or explore their excellent wine selection--we loved the Barbera. Fair prices, inviting ambiance, and great company made for an unforgettable evening. Forgot to snap photos because we were too busy enjoying every bite, but trust me, the food was as beautiful as it was delicious!
Be the first to ReplyBeen a fan from day one.
Imo Clement is their best location. Makes me wish I lived closer :). It's an urban neighborhood gem that would work anywhere. Super reasonable prices and a very approachable wine list that is loaded w value. Funghi pie w anchovies (don't hate please) and a glass of vino rosso does the job for me. Pro attentive service is always appreciated.

*UPDATE* The co-founder reached out and not only researched to figure out what had happened, but took the time to explain the situation to me from their point of view. I appreciate the transparency and happy to update my review based on the clarity I received. Like I said before, this has been our go to spot since we are close by and in love with the arancinis. Happy to say I will be back with my family. Thank you again for researching and taking the time to figure out what happened. Not many restaurants would do that.

One thing I loved about Fiorella on 9th Ave was they had pitcher options for cocktails - which is hard to find in most restaurants! Unfortunately, the Fiorella on Clement didn't have this option. My husband and I had date night and I was adamant to go to the Fiorella on 9th, but he insisted on going to the one on Clement. I was super excited to share a pitcher with him, but to my surprise, they did not serve it at the Clement location. 4 stars for that! Otherwise, pasta satisfies your craving and does the job!

Be the first to ReplyVery tasty food overall; we came for the neighborhood
Very tasty food overall; we came for the neighborhood appreciation, so it was also great value. We tried: - Meatballs were pretty big, they were alright but nothing special - Arancini was also good but nothing standout. Nicely fried and very cheesy risotto inside - Radiatore was really good. Its served with a whipped ricotta which lends salt and creaminess to the dish. I really enjoyed the pasta shape as well but the best part about the dish is the tomato sauce; it's super punchy, acidic, sweet, and salty - would definitely try this dish - Caccio e Pepe was also good. Simple and cheesy but perhaps a touch more al dente than I'd prefer - Pepperoni pizza was also great. Generous amount of pepperoni, really cheesy and crisp crust Really friendly staff and tasty food. I'd recommend trying the radiatore pasta and pepperoni pizza!

Didn't bother eating there after making a reservation cause the hostess was short, snarky and honestly plain rude
Be the first to ReplyThis pizza place is now one of my favorites to go to.
I got the burrata pie and the salsiccia pie which were both fantastic. The flavors of the tomatoes on the burrata pie were so good in that the tomatoes had a nice sweetness to them while being slightly sour and not overwhelmingly so. Then the creaminess of the burrata pairs super well with it. As for the salsiccia pie, I really loved the calabrian chili salsa verde which was perfect with it. Moreover, the extra parmesan cheese they provide for all pies is fresh and super flavorful unlike the usual that's provided in other places. They also have a nice hot chili oil that really adds to the flavor profile. Besides this the rigatoni al bolognese classico was also pretty solid, but I'd say my attention was more drawn to the pizzas.
Be the first to ReplyThe best pizza on Clement.
Whether you eat in, take out or get delivery the pizza tastes amazing! It is clear they use high quality and fresh ingredients.
Be the first to ReplyIt's generally excellent food.
Tonight, the radiatore pasta to-go came with many ridiculously large Roma tomatoes, so many that there was barely any room for pasta.

Been here a handful of times and the pasta and is always good. The salads are super tasty too and use in season ingredients which is great. There's a couple really tasty pizzas on the menu while others are p good but not amazing. The service and wines are always great tho.
Be the first to ReplyI went here with my boyfriend for his birthday.
The food is solid, though overpriced for what you get if I'm being honest. We got the chicken liver pate for a starter. Personally, I think the serving of the chicken liver was rather measly for the price you pay - plus it's just served on some generic bread. The funghi pizza was to die for as was the cacio e pepe!
Be the first to ReplyThe food is always fresh and delicious.
I order for my mother-in-law. She loves the meatballs and the pizza.
Be the first to ReplyWe came for some good comfort food on a rainy night.
The staff was super nice as per usual and the caccio e Pepe was amazing!
Be the first to ReplyWe normally try different local restrauants on our weekly
We normally try different local restrauants on our weekly Friday evening "date night". Fiorella on Clement was our latest discovery. But in all honesty, I viewed a telecast from "Check, Please!" and the telecast that featured Fiorella peeked my interest. Our foursome shared 5 dishes, a bottle of wine and 3 desserts. What a treat and a great neighborhood jewel. Our favorites were the desserts (Chocolate Budino, Affogato and Panettoni Gelato), Burrata Pie, Baby Lettuce Salad and Rigatoncini al Bolognese. I had hoped to see a Bucattini on the menu, but not tonight. The wine list was extensive but on the pricey side. It was a pleasurable experience and we will return to try other dishes.
Be the first to ReplySome of my family from SF took me here for my last meal
Some of my family from SF took me here for my last meal before I went back home. Best thing I ate my entire trip. We got in just as they were opening, the place had a really nice vibe to it. I loved the wallpaper, it was interesting seeing all the Bay Area references (I had to have most of them explained to me). Generally just felt like a comfortable place to sit down, eat, and talk. All the staff that I interacted with were incredibly friendly and gave some great recommendations. Since I'm allergic to peanuts and nuts, I always ask servers if there's anything I should worry about or that I should avoid. The server that we had (I can't remember her name) made me feel incredibly safe, and happily explained everything to me. I rarely feel that comfortable, it was something I really appreciated. I'll definitely be back here if I'm ever in the city again
Be the first to ReplyThis is a solid spot for dining.
It's Italian cuisine. They have indoor and outdoor searing to dine in.Parking at times is relatively easy given it's in the less populated less congested part of Clement Street
Be the first to ReplyA place like Fiorella wad missing from the Richmond
A place like Fiorella wad missing from the Richmond landscape for a long time. Great wine menu and tasty bites. The pizza is great as other main dishes. The ambiance is perfect for casual weekdays or for weekend date nights too. Like the mix of italian and modern american cousin with a touch of everything. The service is great as well as the serving time. Great spot, must try.
Be the first to ReplyThis Italian spot is right around the corner from me and it
This Italian spot is right around the corner from me and it has such a cute vibe, it has Bay Area themed wallpaper with faces like Mac Dre and elE-40 on it! But anyway, let's get to the important stuff! There's and outdoor patio if you have pets, but we sat inside because it was so cold. We got:- OG baby lettuce salad: the dressing had a creamy texture to it which I liked because it coated the lettuce.- clam pie pizza: this was my favorite thing by far, I loved the garlicky clam flavor, and liked that it also had an herby cheese flavor to compliment it! Also I'm a fan of thin crust pizza cause it doesn't make me feel so heavy afterward and that way I can eat more!- chitara alla cacio e pepe: this was really cheesy, and don't come for me but it's a little too cheesy for me compared to most cacio e Pepe's I've had. It was a little overwhelming and I didn't taste the pepper as much!Overall it's a nice restaurant to eat at and it's right in the heart of mid-Richmond district. Pro tip: use the chili oil on the table for EVERYTHING to add an extra kick!
Be the first to ReplyGreat restaurant, not fancy, but wonderful food.
Order it family style to ensure you can sample all the dishes. The pizza, pasta and appetizers were all excellent. Good selection of beverages, but the wine selection was a little pricey.
