This restaurant served the most amazing and authentic Austrian schnitzel we’ve ever tasted. The schnitzel was perfectly prepared – golden, crisp on the outside, tender and full of flavour on the inside. It truly felt like a dish made with care and tradition, and without a doubt, it was the best meal we had during our time in Vienna. The staff were exceptional – kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable about both the menu and Austrian cuisine. They offered helpful recommendations and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. The setting itself added to the overall experience. The traditional interior, with its warm and cosy design, created a lovely atmosphere that made the meal feel even more authentic and memorable. This was a standout dining experience in Vienna, and we would honestly travel back just to eat here again. For anyone looking to enjoy genuine Austrian food in a welcoming and traditional environment, this place is an absolute must.
Waiters forcing customers to tip
I had a bad experience at Figlmüller in the past, I let go, but again the subject com to surface when I invited my family to go there this week. The pressure from waiters to receive tips. I hope this message gets to Figlmüllers Top Management. The waiters are putting pressure on customers to receive more tip, inclusive arguing about it. A total not acceptable behavior. I feel a group behavior from the waiters, maybe the management is unaware, but should take strong measures against it. Visitors be prepared to face this situation. Note : I gave tip, anyway the waiter asked for more. I will not go anymore.

You must savour the world’s most-famous schnitzel!
Figlmüller – Restaurant (visited the Bäckerstraße location) has the BEST world’s most-famous schnitzel! It is truly a must try while in Vienna, Austria. This Viennese cuisine is simply incomparable. We also tried their side dishes, rice, salad and parsley potatoes. The salad dressing was incredible. We look forward in coming back when we’re in Vienna.

* FluffyStar64, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FluffyStar64 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FluffyStar64 for any questions Peter may have as FluffyStar64 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FluffyStar64 now uses their connections at Figlmüller at Wollzeile Wien to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FluffyStar64 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FluffyStar64 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FluffyStar64's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Figlmüller at Wollzeile Wien!
