I am a chicken connoisseur so obviously was curious. I thought the chicken tasted pretty good, the meat was moist and had good seasoning on the skin (but certainly not the best I've ever had by any means). I liked the sides, thought they were equal to the main. I liked the speed of service, took them just a few minutes to call my order (maybe will change if they get busier over time), liked the Tupperware to go vessel, a lot of places skimp on their to-go materials and pleased they did not make that mistake here. Food is a four star review, logistics (see below) brings it down to 3. Two complaints:Haven't you guys heard there's a chicken sandwich craze out there? No chicken sammies?! I think they should rectify that and get with the times. You've got the chicken lettuce and the pickles. Bread, mayo, done. Bowls are platters are fine, but sammies are superior. just ask Popeyes. The bag-your-own-lunch system is really horribly planned. The paper bags are impossible to unfold while holding a your chicken dish. So you need two hands. There is no shelf where someone could say put down their food, open bag, place food inside, leave peacefully. Check out the long shelf space dig inn provides customers to bag their lunch without issue or being rushed by other people. Critical. Instead you have to dump your food container in top of the plastic spoons and forks to free your hands while people pile up near you trying to do the same thing. So the last thought you leave with is Why did these amateurs put me through this dumb exercise? It would be 5x faster for them to bag it before handing you the food. The bag itself doesn't fit the shape of the container, so you have to make a horizontal situation with your food and basically hold it with two hands the entire way home (again rather than say dig inn with handled bags that vertically fit your food perfectly). Good luck! Given the inconvenience of bagging your food in this non-space, I don't think I'd rush back.
