Another delicious lunch at Feast! I celebrated my birthday with friends today at Feast, a favorite place to eat and visit, the food always creative and excellent, the staff welcoming and never rushing. I had the "Surf and Turf" sandwich with a side of greens. Normally, I would take half home but this sandwich was so good I ate it all. My friends both had the grilled cheese and likewise finished them off! If you like good food creatively conceived, you will never be disappointed at Feast. Doug Levy is a masterful chef who thinks "outside the box" to create monthly menus that are truly culinary delights.

Went here with my husband first dinner on our anniversary and the food looked good as you can see from the pics. My husband had the scallops dinner with vegetables which was lovely especially the yellow tomatoes and I had the grouper dinner with broccoli which was just okay. The vegetables were better than the fish itself. I had high expectations for it to taste more like what I've had back in Florida but it was nothing like it. It was not buttery or soft and it was a bit dry since it was grilled so it may have been overcooked and not much flavor. It was not bad but I can't say that I loved it. The service was adequate. The restaurant has a nice ambiance but nothing fancy. I can see us going back for another dinner and try something else (Maybe something vegetarian since the vegetables were very fresh and so flavorful) from their short menu that changes in the summer which I think it's a great idea. More restaurants should do this and keep it interesting and fresh. Free Parking onsite and the restaurant is easy to get to.

This chef owned restaurant continue to be a favorite of mine and my guests. The entrées were served desperately and prepared perfectly. We have enjoyed this restaurant for over eight years and it continues to be one of our favorites. Excellent service, ambience and food preparation. Highly recommend.
Taste Awful And Threw Up
I ordered the half rack of ribs. I only ate 3 or 4 bites. They were terrible. Had some kind of brown sauce on them. It came with a cold side of beans, cut up tomatoes, and greens which was worse. Spent over $50 and didn’t eat it! Gave me heartburn all night and threw it up the next morning!! Eat out all the time; but won’t return to Feast‼️

Food was very good! The chef actually came out to ask us how we liked our dinner. The menu changes frequently and is very fresh. Service was good also. But after 6pm they want you to have a reservation, so be prepared for that. Atmosphere was great..

Found Feast through Sonoran Restaurant Week shortly after moving to the area and it definitely wasn't our last. The new monthly menus are as much to be looked forward to as is the chefs emails (trust me, you want to be on this email list). They do some tastings and brunch services (Mother's Day is just around the corner) as well. It may not look like much from outside, but the atmosphere inside is perfect for the crowd and vibe.

Feast is hit or miss.
Sometimes really good, other times fair at best. They do have a good choice of wine and change their menu often. I had the quail last time I was there. It was not what I expected and sounded much better than it was. Their portions are also small for what you spend. Wile Garlic Grill is so much better.

..but there were a couple issues that precluded higher stars. Dined here with my girlfriend 1/20/2024. Ambiance/Cleanliness-Parking was a challenge..long, narrow lot..not easy to navigate. Entering, cute wine sale area to the right, seating to left. Very clean, good lighting, welcoming. 4 stars. Service-not good. It was 45 minutes from when we were seated until first course came out...server stopped by once after drinks came out to advise of status. I wasn't happy. 2 stars Food- They charge between 7 and 9 dollars for bread service and were out of both. We had reservations for 7:45 pm. Ordered the Lobster, corn and scallion bread pudding with Parmesan cream sauce...even though it took 45 minutes to get from time we were seated...it was almost worth the wait. Top, top eat...creamy, savory deliciousness, cooked perfectly. My girlfriend ordered the duck, duck goose entree, and specified no mushrooms. Not only did it arrive with mushrooms, but the duckbreast was so rare as to be unchewable. Foul fowl! Conversely, my steak was superb...flavorful, cooked perfectly, seasoned wonderfully. Chef Doug stopped by the table after the meal and we had a civil discussion about the shortcomings. They comped us dessert, a triple chocolate affair that was lovely. I would eat at this restaurant again. 3 stars

Amazing evening tonight at Callaghan Vineyards with food by Feast. Delicious 5 course menu with wine pairings. Highly recommend this event!
Mediocre service, overpriced bland food
Inattentive wait service and bland food, but nice surroundings. I do not know how this is rated among best restaurants in Tucson . Perhaps it may have been at one time
Good food - staff not so much
I had been wanting to go for a while, so I was excited to finally have the opportunity. The poor customer service detracts from the nice dining room and wonderful food. It's just an expensive venue to begin with and what you get billed is a crapshoot.

Excellent service and meals. Nothing but compliments for both. We enjoyed the pork, salmon salad and sturgeon. The chef and server were very attentive. No complaints here. We loved it and will be back soon!
Service was wonderful, not so the food
For a restaurant of this caliber, we found the service excellent and accommodating. My water glass was never empty, and when I needed a different knife, they found something for me. We started off great with a tasty salad that had sun-choke chips and soft cheese on butter lettuce. The bread course which cost extra was delicious too. Both of our entrees lacked finesse and were underwhelming. I had the pork chop which was extremely difficult to cut. It had a sauce which was good, but I worried that I was going to wear it home because I had so much trouble cutting the chop. The Brussel sprouts were amazing, but there were way too many on the plate. The third item on the plate was a persimmon pudding which I didn’t really get. I ate a couple of bites of it. I left a lot of food on my plate when I was done. My husband had quail. The quail was ok, but the stuffing inside was mushy. He did not like the consistency of it. The squash pancakes on his plate were unexplainable. They were round thick disks of squash that sort of resembled a pancake but had absolutely nothing to do with a pancake as they weren’t fried. He could not eat any of them. We skipped dessert but they brought out a cookie on a candle for my birthday. I would skip this restaurant on my next visit to Tucson. I think the chef is trying too hard and needs to simplify.
Tucson Fine Dining
Excellent meal. Mushroom soup intensely flavored and supremely delicious, scallops perfectly seared, bone marrow was perfect, king salmon was amazing. Great wine selection. Professional yet friendly staff. Can't wait for my next visit!

Unique menu, perfectly executed
We are foodies so this place was perfect for us. The menu was very unique with a variety of flavors that were beautifully combined. We will definitely come back just to try something new!

This was a wonderful find! Great menu; fabulous service; good wine selection. In addition, the hostess arranged for a male staff member to walk me the 3 blocks back to my hotel to avoid Lyft/Uber fees to go only that distance, while being safe as a solo woman. Fabulous customer care!!!
