Dreamy every which way.
The atmosphere was moody, the food divine, the waitstaff sweet & articulate~~ what a meal.
Hands down my most favorite place in Austin.
I really do hope that they get a Michelin star soon. Well, honestly I am a little conflicted on that because I am worried if they get a Michelin star that I will never get a reservation again at the restaurant, it is so so so good. :) I love the delicious food there and Mary who has served us now twice we like her so much. She knows so much about the food, the wine pairing and is such a gracious person that makes this restaurant feel like we are dining at a family establishment. The food is delicious and of high-quality. The chef really knows what they are doing here And honestly the seven course menu makes you really really full. They have a seasonal menu and I hope to keep going back every season to enjoy the new additions to their menu. as a vegan, I would highly recommend this place. Please definitely go check it out. Reservations are needed much much much in advance so plan accordingly
Really just so good.
The staff was great. The food was amazing!!!!! The wait was minimal. The price was fair if anything I wish the bathroom was better. It was like an airplane bathroom but red. Hahah ha Would recommend!!!

Fabrik was the best culinary experience I think I've ever had in my life. A 7 course vegan tasting menu? Sign me up! I went here twice, one was for their winter menu, and the other for their spring menu. I was completely amazed both times. The food is so tasty! They use ingredients that are readily available for that season, and they transform them into something you would never think about. On top of that, it's incredibly filling! I was about to tap out by the 5th course both times but had to keep going for the desserts. I genuinely recommend Fabrik to anyone, it's an experience worth going for! I can't wait till I go back :)
Delicious and such a variety of new tastes that had us
Delicious and such a variety of new tastes that had us feeling full before we got to dessert! Service was excellent and our two servers were so knowledgeable about the wines, the dishes and even the unusual garnishes (which we were encouraged to try). For anyone doubting an multicoursed dinner sans meat, highly recommend trying Fabrik.

Twice! Chef Je's food, presentation & menus are exquisite, delicious & beautiful. Service is knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. Atmosphere is relaxing & inviting. I can't say enough about this place. Silas & Je are so nice & fun to talk to after the meal. They deserve all the praise they're getting now!

From the moment we stepped inside, the intimate atmosphere wrapped us in a sense of calm and understated elegance. But the food? Absolutely divine! Each dish was a vibrant celebration of fresh, seasonal ingredients, bursting with flavor and artfully presented. And the service was impeccable - attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. It's rare to find a place that so perfectly balances exquisite cuisine with such a welcoming environment. This is more than just a meal; it's an experience I can't wait to repeat.
Without doubt the best food I have ever had.
I have eaten Vegan in London, Australia,Los Angeles, France and Amsterdam and this is the most delicious well put together menu and food I have ever seen. The complexity of flavors and textures was insane . The bread offered was incredible and easily the tastiest bread I have had. The staff were exceptional and informative . Do yourself a favor and partake in the absolute insane culinary experience that is Fabrik. It was a dining experience I won't forget and an absolute credit to the chef who is a vegan master of her trade. Bravo fabrik, Bravo... I will return for the summer menu.
I did not know the perfect dining experience existed.
This was my second time at Fabrik with my girlfriend and they treated us both like family. The food is perfection. I don't use that word lightly but every component of every bite is so well thought out. The menu will dish out surprise after surprise. I've only been vegan for a year but their 7 course menu rivals any other meal I've had, including non plant based! I had to mention the good but the real star of Fabrik is the team. From the second we walked in, they remembered our names, our favorite table, even my girlfriend's service animal's name. We had only been there once!! Mary is the star of the show. She makes us feel like long lost sisters. She is clearly as excited about the good as we are and wants every customer to have an incredible experience. I don't think I will ever have another night as perfect as tonight at Fabrik. Will be back as much as possible. Thank you for the love letter to plant-based food that is Fabrik.
Delicious Vegan Variety
The evening was amazing. Every bite was delicious and there were so many flavors. We enjoyed the atmosphere also. Calm music, not too loud, and the lighting was perfect. Service was excellent and they even helped me leave a little early sunce I had another event to get to. Overall, I cannot find one thing I did not enjoy and my wife loved which is all I need. We will be back for a different menu.
This is what the food in heaven must taste like.
It is Divine!! There are not enough stars to award this amazing restaurant. Whether you're a vegan, vegetarian or full-blown carnivore, the favors are so gorgeous you won't miss anything enjoying the menu at FABRIK. I can't rave enough! I feel like I died and went to heaven. The chef is a goddess, and her team are fabulous!! Just GO!!
Fabrik deserves 1-2 Michelin stars
I cannot overstate how incredible our meal at Austin was. The place was intimate, simple, greeted by friendly staff upon arrival. The seven courses were all well-balanced, full of subtle and sometimes not so subtle flavor, and left us in awe that everything was plant-based. Moriah walked us through our accompanying wine-tasting with a ton of knowledge and was amazing throughout. I would put this place up against EMP, Per Se, Le Bernardin any day. Readers should run here before Fabrik realizes how reasonable their price is for a true fine-dining experience akin to what you would find at most 3- and all 2/1-starred restaurants. I cannot wait to return.

AppointmentTrader is a community-driven platform where users can exchange their reservations or leverage their personal relationships with Fabrik Austin. Buyers can make informed decisions using automated seller ratings, which reflect past transactions and reliability.
Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience
the user has and how many percent of their transactions resulted in them issuing a refund.
If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Fabrik Austin at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Fabrik Austin page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ImmortalStep65, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* ImmortalStep65 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ImmortalStep65 for any questions Peter may have as ImmortalStep65 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ImmortalStep65 now uses their connections at Fabrik Austin to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ImmortalStep65 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ImmortalStep65 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ImmortalStep65's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Fabrik Austin!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
