Don’t bother
We had a booking at DOYA MIAMI yesterday at 8:30pm. We received an email stating that not all of the menu will be available due to kitchen malfunction, which we were fine with. However, upon arrival we were informed that the restaurant is closed. We were on a 30-minute taxi ride to arrive there and an email for booking cancelation was received at 8:45pm. This was super unprofessional and not of Michelin standard- left us stranded with no other options for dining.

Its really a three and half to Four. We had a carpaccio of Branzino and it was lacking in flavor but excellent in quality, the mussels where without a doubt from the hot kitchen a 5/5 Then we rounded with the Octopus on charcoal grill that was a 3.5/5 and the Beyti Kebap that was a 3.5/5
Be the first to ReplyGreat ambience and service but mediocre food.
We like the ambience. Sat outdoors. Really pretty and thankfully no loud music. Great service! The menu was promising but the food did not deliver. Not very tasty and some fishes were too salty. We will not return.
Be the first to ReplyWynwood's Mediterranean Cuisine Treasure
Located in the vibrant Wynwood neighborhood, known for its artistic and cultural scene in Miami, Doya is a restaurant that stands out for presenting the best of Greek and Turkish cuisine through authentic, tasty dishes perfect for sharing. Highlights include the cocktail menu and vibrant atmosphere. It is worth mentioning that Doya boasts the prestigious Bib Gourmand rating from the Michelin guide, recommending reservations.

Nice environment. Extensive wine list (from $67), lots of drinks. There are no dishes for a meal (lunch/dinner), but many tapas/small dishes options. Cool
Be the first to ReplyGood and quiet
Quiet and chill location Very good food ( octopus , doya kebab, …) A little expensive but worth it Super service We recommend
Be the first to ReplyOn the Aegean
Very nice restaurant in the Wynwood area with a bar corner and soft music. The Greek-Turkish cuisine menu is quite extensive, with my wife we chose the classic dishes: as an appetizer the haydari (zaziki) very delicate in flavor and dense in consistency, as well as the beetroot humus. We didn't give up on an excellent traditional Turkish kisir (a salad made with bulgur, parsley and tomato paste etc.) abundant and very tasty. Finally, the grilled octopus, although not too large in portion, was satisfying. Overall, the restaurant is fully promoted, just as its presence in the Michelin guide is justified. Delightful.

Hidden gem, wonderful outdoor area and vast indoor dining. Friendly service and great Turkish, Aegean dishes to share
Be the first to ReplyGreat ambience
Crazy good food and ambience. Friendly service, good drinks. Will def come back soon. Good value for money!
Be the first to ReplyConsistent tasty, delicious, Mediterranean fare. Specially Turkish cuisine
I have been here now 3 times already and more to go. I like that the Chef owner is there and he is very friendly and hospitable. Turkish people are, because i have visited Turkey 8 times. I love all the food. I try to sample everything new in the menu each time. However, Servers need to know how to the explain dishes if asked, graciously to the guests who have not been there. I like the ambiance, and the fact that it has a Michelin star and is affordable. The parking is a little of an issue, and valet is high. So go earlier than your time reservation to park with oay by phone on the streets.

This is one of the best restaurants we have been in Miami. Wonderful experience thanks to our Croatian server Marin. He answered all our questions, very knowledgeable, no rush, great recommendations. Drinks were awesome. We went twice, once during the day and then for Valentines for dinner. Great place for date night, lunch stop or just sitting at the bar and having a great time. My favorite was Spicy Yogurt and Octopus . Our server recommend this heaven of a dessert White chocolate Yogurt. OMG! I WOULD GO BACK JUST FOR THAT 😊

Can and in many cases is a charming place. When ordering drinks, it seems they default to "double" . Not only are you cut off-guard and get tipsy quickly, but can be expensive. The first time visit is when this happens. Otherwise, hot food comes out warm but tasty and service is great. Place is just shy of a food court.
Be the first to ReplyWonderful Food
Reservations a must. A large restaurant and it was packed the night we went. There were four of us and we ordered many dishes to share. Everything was delicious and presentation was nice. Service was good. The only complaint was how loud it was. It was difficult to have a conversation. Highly recommend.
Be the first to ReplyFast served too fast
What an awful evening. Food was just ok but everything was brought all at once, I had to tell the waiter to slow down. If you go to Doya, do not give your order in completion as it will come out all together order one dish at a time. This really spoiled our evening as we could not eat so fast. We were out of the restaurant within an hour, with a bill close to three hundred dollars, only one glass of wine. One does not mind spending the money but we felt rushed, and could not enjoy our food
Be the first to ReplyA Feast for the Senses
EVERYthing that landed on our table was a feast for the senses, from the craft cocktails we will revisit in our dreams to the stream of plates that continuously astonished and surprised. We adored the Bursa and big ass House G&Ts, beetroot, artichoke puree, crispy eggplant, kofte, and shrimp ouzo. Sadly, bread and lavash did not meet the standards of the rest of the meal. Delivering all of this so elegantly in the crush of an Art Basel Miami crowd is a real testament to the caliber of management and waitstaff here. You come to Wynwood to party surrounded by art. Doya is the perfect place to kick off your adventure.

My family and I have been dining at DOYA since it’s early opening days back in May of 2021. This restaurant is usually my go to recommendation when we have out of town visitors, business dinners, and special occasions. My most recent dinning experience, which was last night(Saturday, November 5th), was very disappointing. We had dining reservations at 5:45pm, upon arriving the hostess made us feel as though our stroller (a single baby stroller) was going to be an issue. This came as a surprise considering there were several other strollers around the restaurant and we specifically requested a stroller accessible table with no preference to indoor or outdoor seating. My partner offered to take the stroller back to our car, which meant we would now have to to carry the baby’s items (i.e. diaper bag, insulated yeti cooler bag for his milk and medication, and the stroller fan) very inconvenient but in order to appease the hostess we took the stroller to the car. When we were finally seated, Milos our waiter was great. He was understanding and accommodating to us since we had little ones and took our order quickly. As many parents with small baby’s/toddlers who are crawling/standing/walking might know, your window for a peaceful sit down meal is sometimes limited, so we ate and once we were finished we paid and left. On our way home I receive a call from the restaurant to inform us that we had left behind my yeti insulated cooler at our table, an essential item for my infants milk and medicine. This is something that would have been avoided had we not been given a hard time about arriving with a stroller. We live about 45 minutes from the restaurant and just getting on I-95 with a fussy infant, so I called back the restaurant (on both numbers, the one they called me from and the one listed on their site) to inform them we would return to pick up my yeti cooler the following day. No one answered either of their lines and I left a voicemail. Forward to today (Sunday November 6th) I drove 45 minutes back to the restaurant, upon arriving to pick up my yeti cooler, I’m informed that they cannot find it. I’m told that it was left at the hostess station overnight where they usually leave lost and found items. However, they had no control as to what could have happened over night. This is unacceptable from an establishment of this status. This isn’t a pit stop/fast food chain restaurant where one could maybe expect their valuables to go missing after being found. I’m extremely disappointed, it’s not only a matter of leaving an item behind that is so essential for me that I wouldn’t have left if I had my stroller with me but the time I had to take to drive back only to be told sorry we can’t find it now. I hope management reads this review and advises their staff on how to handle parties with children in strollers as well as valuable items that are found. Storing found valuables in a hostess stand that is accessed by anyone causing items to go missing once they are found is simply unacceptable. More so, managements lack of offering a solution to an issue that should have been handled differently was even more disappointing.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing place in the heart of wynwood
Originally came here for a couple of drinks with a friend. Cocktails were so good and ambiance was so enjoyable we decided to try some food and WOW! We ordered feta cheese dipping to start and fries which were both really good. The mussels was my favorite plate, so fresh and tasty! The calamari was crispy and delicate at the same time. Portions are extremely generous. As a Miami local who loves to dine out I have to say that it’s hard to find a place where you get a nice dinner with nice ambiance that is affordable. That’s exactly what Doya was. Service was attentive and not intrusive.
Be the first to ReplyA must go Again Aegean
DOYA is an Aegean culinary masterpiece in Miami. The ethos that sharing is caring made for a wonderful evening from the minute a walked in, great service and a must go again Aegean place👍🏻
Be the first to ReplySuch a Disaster
It is a way over rated restaurant. Even if we made a reservation two weeks prior for outside sitting, we’ve been told that the tables outside either for 2 or 4 people and we were 3! No logic at all. Old lady with a very heavy make up -l assume the manager- is totally useless and very fake. Hostess was lost as well due to heavy volume. Service was so so and the portions were miniature. The food was mediocre and nothing special. We have ordered almost every single food in the menu and nothing amazed us. lt was our friend’s birthday and we informed the restaurant with our reservation. After spending a fortune, we thought that it would be a great gesture to send one complimentary desert to the table but… Anyway, it was a just a waste of time. By the way, it was way too loud and it was impossible to communicate. lt is mostly for young hipster crowd. Better to try a real Greek or an authentic Turkish restaurants rather than this weird hybrid one.
Be the first to ReplyFelt like being in Greece (w/great latin music)
I am a massive fan of Greek food, after having been to Greece many times and having Greek friends. Doya was a welcoming surprise. Went here Sunday around 2pm. Great vibe, great food. We had the Greek salad, the fig salad (delicious), the fava, the special lamb and the octopus (both were amazing, the octopus so tender). We had v good service. I think having Latin music also added to a great experience.
Be the first to ReplyReservation means nothing
I cannot judge anything more than the greeting which was unprofessional. I had a 8pm reservation but upon arriving on time was told there was a minimum 30 minute wait which I was not prepared to do. I was told there were delays as the outdoor space was closed although the weather was no longer a problem. The reception staff should have called to advise if there was a problem. Doya reserve the right to cancel a booking if the diner arrives late!
Be the first to ReplyGreat overall experience!
We had a great overall experience. Beautiful restaurant with great service and real good food. Amazing ambiance, with seating inside and outside.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food and atmosphere
We were a group of 4 and waiter suggested 4 starters and 4 entrees. We enjoyed the zucchini pancake and the greens and fig salad. W also had the pastrami hummus which was good but I know a home cook that makes it 100% better.
As our main we had the meatballs which were very tasty but there was only 4 dollar pancake size meatballs, definitely not enough to share , you got a taste! The roasted cauliflower was fantastic, this from a limited vegetable eater. We had an Adana kebab which again was very small for the price.. I did not care for the Manti, which were beef dumplings in a yogurt sauce
Outstanding shared dining restaurant with nothing but great tasty dishes and cocktails
This place is absolutely amazing! Their shared dining concept is just nothing but great! All the dishes are prepared with love and care. It all taste great without any exception. They also serve outstanding cocktails and the service is impaccable and attentive. I highly recommend this number 1 restaurant in Miami
Be the first to ReplyGood Food Nice Ambience
Good selection of dishes with an Aegean or Greek/Turkish flavor.
Eggplant starter with warm lavash was delicious and large enough for more than two to share.
Hot appetizers of Grilled octopus and Turkish meatballs were fresh and flavorful. The Turkish meatballs had a subtle flavor of cumin.
The roasted cauliflower with tahini was also Very good and large enough for four to share.
Good food and attentive service
