This was a disappointing experience.
I ordered a margherita pizza, and the crust was gummy, the sauce was bland, and there were exactly 3 basil leaves. One of my friends ordered a pasta dish which was also disappointing, The service was so slow that we had to chase our waiter down so we could order. The bill was over $200 for 3 entrees, 3 drinks and 1 dessert, which was a travesty for the quality of food and service. I'll never go back.

I wish the menu had a lighter fare for lunch. The staff were attentive and professional. I order the rigatoni with meatballs and sausage for $23. I would have preferred a smaller portion with a lunch price. The meatballs were tough with little flavor and the sauce tastes like jar sauce. It was DELISH! We both happened to order the Rigatoni off of the lunch menu. The portions are generous and the flavor is decadent. I wasn't going to try the bread and oil but I am so glad I did-- it was soft and buttery and just excellent. Server was conscientious. Vibe of the restaurant is upscale but accessible and not snooty. We were in business casual and it felt just right. I will definitely visit here again. A lunch portion was $23 but I took home another meal's worth of leftovers... so so good.

Not a big deal, but I ordered Cream of Mushroom soup, the soup of the day, and there was nothing creamy about it. It watery and bland. I'll go back because this was a one-off, but I hope they don't do that again!

It's going downhill.
Server tried too hard and was obnoxious. Top shelf Martini was delicious but the glass was only half full! Buratta appetizer was delicious - but the bread was over toasted yesterday leftover. Would have been better with a bread that could soak up the sauce and cheese. Rigatoni was cooked perfectly and sauce delicious. The meatballs were mealy and gross. Sausage was not very flavorful. The Veal Marsala was probably the worst I've had. Flavorless and pale. The Veal Piccata was equally un-delicious. $17.00 plus Living Wage surcharge did not include our $20 tip. Maybe it was an off night. But, I'm done with this restaurant.

... I have passed Cucina Colore sooo many times and not given it a second thought.... Last night I gave it a shot and it blew me away....the food is a 9/10. Everything was fresh and delicious. Vegetarians have a good selection as well. Will definitely come back

After dining at Cucina Colore for many years this evening i regret it has come to an end . When restaurants get greedy they loose my business . We requested extra bolognese on the eggplant lasagna in which there was a $5.00 charge , in which i am completely fine with . Upon leaving my wife requested a bit more to add on the left over portion we were taking home . It could not be over more than one small laddle full . For that the server charged $10.00. I guess if the server would have mentioned it before hand we would gave declined but no mention of it . I guess what adds insult to injury is during Covid we went out of our way to support local restaurants . This is what we get in return ! Arrivederci Cuciana Calore
Decent Italian with good service
The food was typical American-Italian. It was decent but no comparison to "real" Italian restaurants in Europe. Service was super fast and accommodating, like almost everywhere in the USA.

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Hi, Ive seen several new restaurants that are open and they still stay "closed". They are very in demand but my just be flying under the radar due to not being able to list the reservation. Can someone help??

Hi everyone, i am writing to bring an issue to your attention regarding my recent payout. I was due to receive my first payout 3 weeks ago on 06/06/2024. Unfortunately, this payment was not sent as expected. I reported the issue to the support team and was promised that the matter would be resolved and the money would be deposited into my account on Monday the next week, but it was never paid neither was it refunded to my At account. However, despite several reports to support no one responded, I have not received the payment or gotten it return to my account till date. I made two other withdrawal that was paid. This week I was expecting a payment, scheduled to be received on 06/27/2024. However, the payment neither deposited into my account nor was it returned to my AT account, I have contacted support but no one has responded. This is very frustrating and discouraging, I need to understand why this happens and know a possible solution as I can't keep earning and not get paid or maybe I should quit AT altogether.

I bid on a reservation for this past Thursday around a week ago. By the day before, I still had not heard anything back, so I made a different reservation on my own with a cancellation fee. Later on, I got an email that someone could fulfill my reservation request. I didn’t confirm anything because I already had my own reservation. Today, I got a $100 no show fee charge from Appointment Trader. I’m confused why I would be liable for a cancellation fee for a reservation I never confirmed??

I see with my user status I can only cashout $1,500 a week. However is my monthly linit also that same $1,500? That doesnt make sense. Why even have caps, the sales went thru and its 2 days after by the time you release the hold to me. The monthly cap of $1500 (if thats what it is) really limits your good sellers profit potential as of that $1500 only a fraction is profit as the reservations cost a lot to reserve anyways at Carbone and Torissi.
Hoping the weekly is $1500 and the monthly is a glitch you can fix for me.
