Crossroads Kitchen Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
As a vegan who is gluten-free I was so happy to find this
As a vegan who is gluten-free I was so happy to find this place. It was a great dining experience outside of a few comments from our waiter who seemed to believe we didn't understand the truffle Alfredo price? They did make a mistake on our order but it was fixed. My brother didn't love the eggplant dish and the ice cream was nothing great but the pasta and the squash blossoms were 10/10. I would definitely come back.
Wow! I am not vegan and I tried this restaurant yesterday
Wow! I am not vegan and I tried this restaurant yesterday for the first time before the Carrie Underwood concert and it was amazing! I will definitely go back! I am already craving the salad, the mocktail, the blossoms, I don't really like pasta but their pasta was so good! The whipped feta with that bread! Yummmm. I keep telling everyone about it. You must give it a try!
In Los Angeles, this is my favorite restaurant.
I'm Las Vegas, not so much. The place is beautiful. Upon arrival we were greeted by the hosted and provided a comfortable seating area. As, others came in...it seems we were forgotten in the seating area. Once, I approached the hostess again, she let us know we were up next. Once we got to the table, no one greeted us or provided water. We sat for 10 mins just looking around. A person with water stopped at our table to ask if we've been helped. We replied with No, and he proceeded to pour us water. At this point, I'm ready to leave. If we drove, we would've left. I again, find the hostess to ask if they have the staff to help. She found a server entering information in the cash register and asked him to help us. This server was quick and attentive. Our food came out in about 5-7 mins. I sent the lions mane back. It didn't seem like they pressed enough water from the mushroom. The salad was just that, a salad. The lasagna was subpar... not horrible, but not deliciously memorable either. This was my Bachelorette dinner and I wish I went elsewhere.
Pretty restaurant with a few different seating options.
Service was fast and friendly! Very knowledgeable about their menu, which I LOVED! OH MY GOD I LOVE this restaurant!!! Cocktails / Mocktails were well balanced and super tasty! I got the Pineapple Palooza! For an entree I got the EGGPLANT SKIRT STEAK with mashed potatoes, hollandaise and roasted garlic this was out of this world tasty and it looked like a REAL steak!! My friend got a pasta dish and loved it! IF you are a LOCAL and dinning during the week I believe Monday - Thursday, show them your ID for 20% off!! I can't wait to go back and try more food!!!!

While I am not a vegan, I read many yelp reviews with very favorable comments. Started out with the grilled lions mane which were very tasty, Stuck with the easy items to like as a non vegan which were the pastas. Both people in my party got pasta which were both delicious. The server forgot our salad, When I reminded him when he brought the pasta, I feel any good waiter would have brought after with it being on the house. Other than that, the service was good, not great!
Love this place and wish they would open one in the DC
Love this place and wish they would open one in the DC metro area! Gorgeous atmosphere, service, live singer/musician, delicious food and drinks!! Thee total great experience. Craving tastes from there already and sad I am not able to pop in at any time. Highly recommend it for vegans and non-vegans alike. The non-vegans will never know! Crossroads, keep up the great work!
Not Hilton Like
Let me start with check-in. This experience was dreadful as I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member and the line was not moving at all for 20 minutes. However, the regular line was moving very fast with 4 receptionists who didn’t bother to call anyone from the Honors line. When I finally arrived at the counter and asked why, the employee shrugged and said “I don’t know.” When I asked her about my benefits as a diamond member at the property, she handed me a card and couldn’t tell me specifics about my benefits at the hotel. I talked to a total of 3 staff members during my stay who were all dismissive including when I was checking out at 5am. I had to call to get my bill as the system was down upon checking out. I was charged for room service which I never ordered which I found out the next day. The room was nice but the windows definitely hadn’t been cleaned in what seemed like months. This caused an obstructed view. I don’t recommend Resorts World. Stay somewhere better and save money at the same time.

I went here for a team dinner on May 7 because manager is annoyingly good at finding good vegan food. We all had the tasting menu and I would recommend that. The place, like much of Vegas, is stuck in a pocket universe where 70s/80s rock music plays all the time. For all carnivores who eat at vegan places, willingly or unwillingly, the fun lies in figuring out the ingredients. Is the calamari mushroom or jackfruit? Is an eggplant skirt steak an abomination or the pinnacle of culinary invention? Is the cauliflower overused? Are all other courses just a prelude for dessert? Trust me, fellow meat lovers, you are allowed to enjoy vegan food.

This is a wonderful place for Sunday brunch with plenty of well prepared plant based foods. This is a must visit whether your diet is 100% plant-based or you're trying for the first time, either way you will not be disappointed.

Was searching for a place to have a nice dinner with my husband. I've heard so many good things about Crossroads and convinced my husband to give it a try. (We are both not Vegan we just wanted to try something different) Made a reservation for 8pm, we arrived and were greeted and seated promptly. The host was very nice. She showed us to our table which had a nice view of the casino. Ambiance was nice, our waitress I believe her name was Myra was an absolute doll. She was super sweet and attentive. We ordered a couple of appetizers and they both did not disappoint. The squash blossoms were amazing as well as the artichokes. Entree portions are not tiny, and the flavor of our dishes was amazing. The reason for the 3 stars is our entrees. We both ordered pasta dishes, the flavor was outstanding and definitely not the problem. What totally ruined it for both of us is we both had raw uncooked hard noodle clumps in our dishes. It was literally a little nest of uncooked noodles in each of our dishes. If we visit again it will be for appetizers, and maybe just maybe I'll give the menu another chance. I'm just totally bummed that our first experience wasn't as epic as I thought it would be.
Bad experience
Terrible experience they said my card doesnt work (but been paying everywher even in the store in front of them suddenly they charged extra fee they been closing my acces to hotel blocking my carz. Made my lose like 2 hrs on line Very bad experience
Resorts World Las Vegas
Great new Hotel on the strip a bit far out from all the main areas tho its a 5Km walk to the bellagio. Nice rooms very new and clean , pools were also great , I found the Food restaurants very average and so overpriced but thats Vegas for u i guess. Over all a 9 i just wish it was closer in the middle of the strip

We frequent this and the LA location every time we're in Vegas or LA. The last few times service has been mediocre and bad. Last time the hostess couldn't handle a simple request and went off to her coworkers about it (which I clearly saw). Either way, other staff made up for her and the servers service. If you look at other reviews, this tends to be the main issue. The food is good. We tend to get the 5-course meal but realized it's pretty much the same tasting menu every time we go so we ordered individual plates.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
Took 1 hour for mandatory check-in at midnight DESPITE having already completed online check-in 1 day prior. Digital key was never issued AND to add insult to injury, my room was then downgraded upon check-in despite a phonecall with CSR (while queueing) who told me my orig room was ready when I had called about the Digikey issue!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
TRAVELER BEWARE!!!
This place is a disaster. Having stayed at the Crockfords before and having a great experience, we tried the Hilton. There were so many issues! We got accidentally checked out of our room and ended up with over an hour trying to get back in due to an "electronic malfunction", said malfunction had also checked us into the same room number 6 floors lower. No idea how that happens, but it sounds like a human to me. So after that hassle, got a $100 credit that never got applied, had a $35 valet charge added to our bill that wasn't ours (we had no car), and then an over $600 random front desk charge that was I guess a hold for incidentals but $600? We had 2 rooms, the other room had zero. To make it all worse, when I called down about the valet charge and asked for a late checkout to get the room credit that originally wasn't there, I was told simply "NO" and the jerk hung up on me. I have deleted the RW app from my phone, and I've deleted the Hilton Honors app. I will never stay in another Hilton owned resort or hotel again. These people are not only incompetent, they are downright RUDE.
Excellent Front Desk Experience
I’ve been traveling to Vegas quite a bit for work and my business portal never lets me get points. However, a gentleman at the front desk treated this Diamond Hilton member the best since I’ve been coming to Vegas. Zach at the front desk of the Hilton not only got me into a nice room, he also printed my receipt for my stay the week before. Out of all the times I’ve stayed at this hotel, he’s been the most helpful. We all get stressed out traveling but it’s nice to know someone provides over the top service. I will continue to stay at this hotel knowing there are employees like Zach at the front desk always looking out for Hilton members. Thanks Zach.
Great place to stay and enjoy a resort style property.
Wonderful resort! We enjoyed the spacious layout of the resort and gaming floor...did not feel overcrowded at all. Beautiful design and features. The pool and hot tub was awesome! We will definitely be back in the future and bring family and friends.
Crossroad Kitchen is a delightful vegan Italian restaurant
Crossroad Kitchen is a delightful vegan Italian restaurant that exceeded my expectations in every way. I had the pleasure of trying their Eggplant Steak, and it was simply phenomenal. The exterior was perfectly crispy, giving way to a tender interior that mimicked the texture of medium-rare meat. Cutting into it and seeing that pinkness inside was a delightful surprise, and it tasted just as good as it looked! Another highlight of my meal was the Impossible Cigar. It was a delightful surprise, packed with amazing flavors and textures that made it a standout dish. The creativity and execution behind these dishes truly showcase the culinary mastery of the chefs at Crossroad Kitchen. The service was great too! I can't wait to go back and try more items from their menu. The combination of innovative dishes, excellent flavors, and a cozy atmosphere make this restaurant a must-visit for anyone, whether vegan or not. Highly recommended!
Excellent View
The hotel is very nice and clean. The hotel maid did an excellent job. We paid under $200 a night, but we took a $35 upgrade extra a night to stay on the 39th floor. The room had an excellent view. The only setback was the front desk did not inform us the food and water in the room were not free. I drank the Fiji water and was charged $14. The same water was $10 at the lobby store but they do not accept cash. I will revisit in the future.
Will stay here again
This hotel is fairly new. The rooms are updated and clean. We had a great view of the sphere from our room. There are plenty of restaurants and food spots to grab a quick bite. Located right across from the Wynn, convenient for walking. A short Uber ride to the other resorts on the strip. The pool area has 5 pools with a server bringing drinks/food. Reasonable rates. We will definitely stay here again.

It's been a while, since I got excited about an establishment.I was tempering my expectations but the dishes here were very delightful and well executed, particularly the eggplant short rib and the crossroad salad. Service was wonderful, I had such an endearing server named Corey who took me through the tasting menu. There's not much plant based establishments in the strip, and this place certainly a very well deserved addition to the area.
The ambiance was great.
I'm really impressed with the amount of fake meat options they had. My only criticism would be there were some items such as the steak that were just too salty. This is definitely a fine dining experience any vegan/vegetarian should experience!
Gotta give credit to Travel Ruby on YouTube for info about
Gotta give credit to Travel Ruby on YouTube for info about the AYCE Vegan Brunch Buffet at Crossroads. The LA locations do not offer this so this was totally worth the road trip. This Vegas location offers brunch buffet on Sundays only from 10am - 2pm for $48. We left LA at 6am and drove straight to Resorts World arriving around 12:30pm. We had a 1pm reservation yet they were able to seat us early upon arrival. Here are the highlights: Vegan Cheeses!!! https://bit.ly/3QgnMI8 This is where I filled up. The cheese plate display alone had one soft cheese and two hard cheeses. Though I don't know all the flavors, one hard cheese was a blue cheese from Climax Foods. In addition to the cheese plate display, there was also Scallion Cream Cheese and Olive Cream Cheese for the bagels. Speaking of bagels, I appreciated that they are thin, cut in half, then sliced. This allowed me to enjoy a small portion. Bagel toppings included Kelp Caviar, Smoked Whitefish made with hearts of palm, and Lox made with thinly sliced carrots. Their thin-sliced game also extended to tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion. I enjoyed the Caesar Salad and a Cucumber Salad. There may have also been a Mixed Green Salad. The toasty bread with Chickpea Salad was tasty and filling. The pasta station had a Rigatoni with Vodka Sauce and Fusilli with Pesto. Both good but I wanted to save my carbs for the brunchy items. Now for the brunchy-brunch items! Quick summary of what I enjoyed: - Scrambled Eggs - Florentine Benedict (English muffin with Scrambled Eggs and sauce - Fried Chicken - Spicy Maple Syrup - Dip that Fried Chicken in here...Chef's kiss! - French Toast - it was stuffed with something creamy and sweet. - Bacon! Great flavor and a crispy texture. I think this is made with rice paper. Quick summary of what I was mediocre about: - Potatoes. They're good but I'd rather spend my calories elsewhere. - Pancakes. Again, they're good. But I'm generally not a pancake person. I appreciated that they were fluffy and had good flavor. - Waffles. I'm not really a waffle person either but I appreciated the toasty texture. - Sausage. I wasn't a fan. The flavor was mid. I wish they had smaller pieces so I didn't waste an entire link. The fruit assortment was impressive! There were slices of blood orange, dates, grapes, dried cherries, and quince paste. What really caught my attention was Pink Glow Pineapple. I've always been curious about this $17+ pineapple so I was glad to see it included in this buffet. It's pretty to look at but honestly, it tastes just like a regular pineapple. Desserts were delicious! They had Lemon Cake, Lemon Cookie, and Strawberry Cheesecake. My favorite was the Tiramisu. https://bit.ly/3QgEpn8 Overall, mostly hits! Although there are a few things I would personally skip, everything in general tasted good. I would absolutely do this buffet again! Or perhaps, the WeHo location can consider bringing this AYCE Brunch to LA. That would be so awesome! :)
Had a really great time celebrating a friends birthday.
Only she was vegan in the group and we were all super pleased with the cuisine and the presentation as well. The restaurant is pretty fancy inside but fairly causal atmosphere otherwise. Staff is friendly and super knowledgeable and helpful for those of us who are still new to the cuisine. We will be back !!

lol I don't have any pictures of our food somehow, but I do have pictures of us on our way and inside the restaurant! We have been going to crossroads for a long time!! This is our favorite spot for our anniversary, birthdays, and so on. It's not super expensive, but not cheap either. The wait staff is always attentive and kind and informative! Their cocktails are really good, my favorite is the blackberry fields! It's beautiful inside and there's low lights with lots of seating and a gorgeous bar. If you're looking for a vegan fine dining experience, this is the place to go. Even if you aren't vegan, this is some of the best food we have ever had, coming from my nonvegan boyfriend. I'd recommend any pizza or pasta, and we love the Caesar salad, impossible meatballs, and the cheese plate with extra bread is to die for!! Forever our favorite high end restaurant !!
Avoid Hilton has better hotels in las Vegas
Small room, no coffee, hand lotion was empty. Hotel offers Hilton honor guest a $15 per person, per day food and beverage credit for breakfast but only good at one restaurant that has a very limited breakfast menu, so was useless. Room was dusty and smelled of smoke. Wasted 2 free night certificate !
A luxurious and clean hotel
Perfect hotel! Luxurious and modern. Excellent and convenient location, a few minutes' walk from the strip, located relatively at the beginning of the strip and not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, so it was very convenient. Plenty of parking, huge and clean room. A large and spacious bathroom. A huge and luxurious pool. Service and kind staff. Crazy floor of casino and restaurants. I would accessorize the bathroom a bit
Really disappointed in the Vegas location.
On Saturday April 6, I had a few of the new spring menu items like the spring pea salad and the tortellini, both just disgusting. The spring one was so heavy on celery and everything was ice cold. Nothing fresh or spring just thawed out vegetables. The tortellini brown sauce was thick and cold, and the ricotta inside was just all gross. Finally I had gotten calamari as an appetizer and it was overly seasoned, the breading too thick, it was just like eating breaded salt. I had also ordered truffle potatoes but they never came again as the bartender who was nice enough but too slow, hadn't put them in yet and I needed to leave for a concert. But that's fine - I already had quite enough. So disappointing!!
This was a great plant based meal! Service was great, great
This was a great plant based meal! Service was great, great recommendations. Would definitely recommend this place even if not vegan

Still doing amazing honey! Tried the brunch, they also offer bottomless mimosas and bottomless rose now! Worth it for a Sunday morning meal.
Very nice hotel
Our stay at Resorts World was very comfortable and enjoyable. The room was beautiful, the layout of the hotel is very smart and the amenities are excellent. The room felt a bit cramped in comparison to other rooms in the city. The front desk staff was excellent as was housekeeping. I’ll leave a separate review for restaurants at Resorts World…
Poor protocol with housekeepers and expensive left behind items
Unfortunately I left 4 expensive designer clothing items in my hotel closet upon checkout. I called within 4 hours. Called. Filled out a claim with detailed descriptions. I was still in the city willing to pick up that afternoon AND the next day. No help. A week later filled in claim form AGAIN...no help. Housekeeping needs to be addressed for lack of ethics/integrity. Hotel is lovely. Of course it was my facult but I have had hotels mail back small things before with a shipping fee that I was happy to pay. Very disappointing and will not stay there again ever!
Great plant based option in resorts world.
Nice to see this on the strip. Great menu options, great wine list and great bar service
Not the most accessible for blind patrons
This hotel was beautiful and flashy however my wife and I were strongly disappointed with a few aspects. As a blind patron I was disappointed the hotel charged resort fees for features that were not accessible for blind people. The hotel elevators are labeled with braille however an auditory announcement for floors would be more appreciated than a beep to identify numbered floors. I sure they could afford it. Several times I was unable to navigate the elevators because there was no auditory statement. While most staff were helpful and kind we were given inaccurate advise on venturing to touristic areas. Overall, I was left with the impression that people with disabilities may be served better elsewhere. I also found it odd that the hotel determines when the weather is warm enough for our guests to swim. As a Canadian I swim in various temperatures. I was disappointed to find the pool closed when the temp. was sufficient for us. I did select this hotel partially because of the pool option. Did not know the staff would determine when and what temperature I should be able to enjoy a swim.
Looking for a personal experience do NOT STAY HERE
When you see the commercials from Hilton they are fake the customers do not come 1st. This experience starts with an extremely long check in line . They try to make a personal experience at check in where they try and up sell you a room for more Money , then you get to the room and maybe want a little help from the concierge , it’s not gonna happen ( no one answers phone nor calls you back and no one is at desk) there is no transportation to the other hotels on the strip . There is the loop but it only takes you to the convention center and you can’t walk anywhere because the checkin guy said it “was ugly and a little dangerous” so you’re stuck. The pool is nice The bed has stiff overstarched sheets and giant pillows the point you are about sitting up straight. Also there is no bathtubs , so if you Plan on a relaxing soak it isn’t gonna happen . Overall not the Vegas experience you want . You may save some money by staying here but will lose in the end.
Massive, well run hotel at end of strip
This hotel is 3 hotels & is huge. Some rooms have incredible strip views, many dont. Pool closes very early during off season. Hilton Gold & Diamond have seperate check in, very nice perk as there are a lot of people checking in & out here. Diamond gets $15 food credit (up to 2 persons) can ONLY BE USED at Dawg House resturant. Staff is very professional Rooms are new. Lots of high end dining & an upscale food court
Great experience!
I stayed at the Hilton RW February 24-26 on a 3 night comp reservation. Check in was a tad slow but I opted not to use the digital HH check in so that would have been a faster option. The room was immaculate, the softest bed and pillows I have experienced in a Las Vegas hotel in a long time. The only downside, and if you are a Las Vegas regular like myself you will know this, is the location....I will definitely stay and play here again but will plan on staying more "on property". Spent a bit on Ubers! As the north strip develops (hopefully) RW proximity to Fontainbleu and Wynn/Encore, Venetian/Palazzo will make this a more desirable venue. Definite 5 stars!
Avoid of all cost
Avoid - at all cost!! Never will I stay here again and I would advise everyone to avoid. $800 holding fee. $51 per night resort fees. Checking in slow, no information give apart from there is you key after an hour wait. After checking out you can’t use the pool
Quick checkin, very clean room, fab pool area
This was an amazing stay and I had avoided staying. Here for couple years because of the reviews and I reallly don’t get it. I showed up early for edc, my room was ready at 10am. I had moved from Delano the night before because of a bad night. I come to Vegas monthly and normally stay at Wynn or Venetian for 20 years. The room was spotless, smellless and felt like I was the first person ever in the room. The size had me Hesitant for years but the standard room at Hilton was absolutely fine for someone with high expectations and normally stay at high end resorts. The pool was great I was able to walk directly out to the pool and get my own cushioned chair for $30 on Saturday. The pool area was so much fun. The jacuzzi section is seriously amazing. No other resort has a outdoor jacuzzi this large and frankly I was the only person in it such a dream to soak after Friday night at edc. The Sportsbook was fine, I signed up easily for my account was able to make wagers on the app and was a good experience. Regarding the spa….Somewhat disappointed I couldn’t get a day pass without an apt time window and it was $175 yet a massage is like $250 so went to the pool. The food court was acceptable I got a chicken rice bowl at a Japanese restaurant and ordered on a led screen and was ready quickly. My only concerns staying here again are the following: the early or late check out process (you need to call at 6am day or check out) to check if I can pay to stay till 3pm. It caused me To sleep panicked. Ultimately I was declined a late checkout and moved my afternoon flight. There is no bathtub in a standard room in this entire hotel. You will need to swing for a suite. That is mostly why I prob wouldn’t stay here again since Wynn/Venetian/Cosmo offer tubs and that’s important to me.

That's what AT sponsorships are for - and you are only paying 25% in the first year and then less in year two and three.
I beliebe @EternalAnt36 was sponsored by @PerceptiveWash44 and is now doing $25k/mo.
