No ma'am never again! I ordered quite a bit of food, and they didn't send it all. Multiple items were missing from my delivery. Grubhub returns my money. The restaurant calls me and states that they are looking at my order I'm not sure what she meant but she states she's looking at it. She explains there's no bread pudding, and several meats that I paid for on the order. I explain they are on the order that I was charged for but not included. I said that's what I paid for and it wasn't provided to me. She says I'm getting hostile but doesn't say how I'm hostile. The issue that annoys me the most about this is if the customer is telling you I have an email of my order and those items were present then why aren't you asking for a copy of that? Clearly the issue was with Grubhub or some technical error because I paid for items that I didn't receive and she did not get those items in the order. She repeatedly keeps saying I'm being hostile on the phone but I'm not yelling, cursing or name calling. I'm just annoyed that she called me in an accusatory manner when I was charged for items I never received. She called GrubHub and insisted I did receive the items because even though she did not deliver the items herself she automatically assumed the customer was the thief. Hard pass on this place because I've never had a restaurant owner behave this way. I couldn't understand the purpose of her call. She was an extremely poor communicator constantly repeating that I'm looking at your order right now but not saying how she's looking. Then she insists it was in a box but my order was delivered to me in a bag! What makes the most sense is the delivery driver picked up the items in a box but only delivered one bag not the entire box. Either way, her anger was directed towards the customer instead of the actual culprit. It's clear that if she isn't getting that full order the customer is charged for that she should've called Grubhub. It's clear that if I'm saying it arrived in a bag and she's insisting that the item is in the bottom of a box that it's not my fault.I don't know any restaurant that would call a customer this way during a pandemic. They won't be open long.
