A starry gift
The venue appears elegant but informal We were given a voucher for a Classic Menu" We appreciated the experience and of course the dishes were well presented and excellent for our taste: two above all the famous "vealed tuna" by the Cannavacciuolo chefs and the risotto with garlic, oil, lemon and bottarga but also the suckling pig, spring onion and raspberry The service was generally up to par. However, we must point out a flaw relating to the presentation of the wines paired with the various courses: the sommelier was unclear and hasty, almost unfriendly. He poured quickly, muttering the name of the wine but without showing the label, then immediately walking away, as if he didn't want to interact with the customer at all. It's a shame, because it would have been interesting to know something more about what we were drinking. Furthermore, at the end of the meal we were presented with the cheese trolley, but we were not told by the waiter that the price of the tasting was not included in the voucher in our possession, small details that the customer notices especially if it is a "starred" one
An unexpected incident
Generally good experience. The dishes were very good, elaborate, well presented and explained with great care. Menu price in line with the experience and quality of the restaurant. There were 7 of us, one didn't drink, we took 3 bottles of wine, one of which with an aperitif, a very good sparkling wine, we finished the whole bottle poured into each of the 6 glasses by the waiter: when it was time to pay we were charged the price of the bottle but the price per glass (18 euros x 6 = 108 euros), a price much higher than that per bottle. Unfortunately we didn't realize this when paying otherwise I would have pointed it out, incorrect behavior.
Experiential
I had been meaning to have lunch in this restaurant for some time and on the occasion of an anniversary I managed to satisfy this desire of mine. What to say? I would say everything was excellent as expected. The restaurant is located in a beautiful area of Turin next to the Gran Madre at the foot of the hill. The place is furnished without pomp, perhaps even a little too minimal. Superprofessional service from arrival and throughout the entire lunch with every dish or wine explained in detail. I appreciated the extreme attention to intolerances and allergies with related variations on the dishes. All courses were excellent both in presentation and taste. We opted for the €120 menu (the other is €140) but it must be considered that compared to what is indicated there are various pre-starters, pre-desserts and pastries that accompany the coffee that will not make you wake up fast. the only slightly discordant note is perhaps the price which, despite everything, I think is a little high. Including drinks, it is difficult to stay under €200 per person which means that you can only really go there on special occasions and I'm a bit disappointed about this. Special note for the chef, if a young person has talent and the desire to commit, success does not take long to arrive.
Embarrassing
What can I say... the memory of a wonderful place has unfortunately vanished with the last 2 visits. Staff who first brought me bubbles without perlage, then got an order wrong and initially brought corn bread/breadsticks despite being allergic. Good times gone by...
Beautiful experience
A very welcoming starred restaurant, elegant but without exaggeration. The food is excellent, creative, but always attentive to tradition. I took the classic menu. The wines are also excellent. You feel pampered.

A different and very welcome birthday gift
the first time in your restaurant was an excellent experience. the place is very elegant but informal; the excellent, polite welcome; perfect service with very trained and courteous staff; exceptional dishes both from the point of view of preparation, the colors also strike you, and the taste; adequate portions and perfectly paired wines; all always preceded by a precise description of the ingredients of the dishes and the characteristics of the wines served. The first time it was a truly appreciated gift from our children but we will certainly return to repeat the experience.
How to make a difference even without gluten
Refined and elegant environment, but Not too formal; we were welcomed in a kind and warm way. In the booking I indicated that I was celiac and right from the start there was attention and care from the staff. I was offered and evaluated alternatives to the standard menu, which were excellent. A unique experience and journey, in flavors and tastes. Just one flaw: I would have expected quality, artisanal bread from a starred restaurant, which would have enhanced the taste of the butter, but instead, I was given bread from a well-known gluten-free brand.
A splendid lunch
Excellent hospitality and kindness. Varied a la carte menu, with products of absolute importance (special thanks to the sweet composition called Pulcinella). Presentation of dishes with great detail and great simplicity. Really excellent also for my kids, especially my 16 year old girl who was going to a restaurant owned by the great chef Cannavacciuolo for the first time
PLEASANT RECONFIRMATION WITH THE NEW CHEF
Enjoyed a lunch that deserves the name Cannavacciuolo!!!! we start with wonderful warm cereal bread, spelled crackers with the Mole logo, butter with an irresistible saffron heart!! followed by interesting appetizers with a glass of champagne - Historic dish of vealed tuna, Plin-type raviolini stuffed with broad beans and cacio pepe sauce, pigeon breast with dandelion salad, pork in crust, all excellent - followed by the delicious wasabi and elderberry sorbet. Beautiful area, the majestic Gran Madre, the Bridge, ready for the Tour of Italy and the splendid Piazza Vittorio Veneto

I have some reservations coming up tomorrow that have gotten lots of views but haven’t sold yet. I haven’t made a sale yet since I just joined this week. I keep lowering the price, but am worried they won’t sell. How long did it take you to sell your first reservations? And did you have success being reimbursed by AT for no-show or cancellation fees? Just looking for a little reassurance. Thanks!

You should probably cancel prior to the cancellation date per the cancellation policy. I would imagine you would only get reimbursed for a sold listing if you happen to be charged?

My first sale took about a week. But as the other commenter said stay ontop of your cancellation windows. There’s no reimbursement for those so make sure you cancel in time then just try again.
