Used to be my favorite, but something changed.
Won't be back My one visit to the club room was also a let down
We dined last year & this year here for our Anniversary.
We had no complaints. The wait staff came by at each course & were prompt & helpful. Everything was great, especially the muscles appetizer with a touch of sausage, the Pork Ragu Pappardelle was amazing as usual and I had the veal Milanese very good & plentiful ; although the excessively fried breading was a tad too much but certainly very flavorful. We each had a wine & ended with a yummy Pistachio martini. Their ambiance is always relaxed elegance dining outside.

Do you want a special Al fresco lunch in a beautiful setting? Then Campiello is for you. Professional friendly service - well paced for a leisurely lunch. Bread service worth the $6 - delicious, buttery, garlicky Excellent Wine in two sizes either a 6 or 9 ounce from $20 to $23 & Mockcocktail (sunset spritz - $14. Camp Cosmo excellent. Wine could have been colder - asked for ice on the side. Calamari- one of the best yet with a light crumb coating and excellent dipping aioli. ($21) Two pastas both cooked Al dente and full of flavor: 1/Bucatini $33 da mere - phenomenal, but watch your shirt, pasta is hard to spin on your spoon. Also, no clams (: 2/ Radiatori with crumpled sausage and lemon breadcrumbs- mouthwatering! $29 The pressed chicken Milanese sandwich with fries was melty and crispy. The perfect bite. ($22) My mother used to say: you get what you pay for. While Campiello is expensive- it's worth every penny. Big Fan!

Perfect social dinner or lunch setting
We ate here once for dinner and once for lunch on recommendation of a friend. We were a group of 3 couples and a child. It was the perfect setting for chatting and catching up - not too loud so we could hear each other, but not too quiet so we felt comfortable talking and laughing and having a noisy kid. There was indoor and outdoor seating available. Great for people watching both in the restaurant and passers by on busy 3rd Ave. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The kids menu entrees had large portions. Highly recommend.
Wonderful ambience in the garden room and superb service by Dennis!
This has been our go to Italian restaurant this season in Naples, and last night was one reason why. We dined with friends in the delightful garden room, where the ambience is wonderful and the sound level was negligible. As always, the food was extraordinarily delicious. My wife and I both had the pork shoulder and Caesar salad off the early dining menu, and enjoyed both the salad and the entree tremendously. However, what was special last night was the service by Dennis, not only because of his skill, but also because of his wonderful personality. He clearly enjoys his work and having those he is serving smile with pleasure. What a delightful young man! And how fortunate they are to have him at Campiello.

We had a wonderful time at Campiello! The food, service, and ambiance were all great! For appetizers we had the tuna tar tar and bruschetta and they were amazing! And for dinner we had a collection of things but our favorites were the balsamic beef and garganelli! Our server was super helpful in waking us through everything and overall couldn't recommend this place enough!
Went to the Club Room the other night.
This is the same room they hold meetings and receptions... ok but not plush. We found the music great but the atmosphere lacking. The service was not on par with the billing. I ordered a pasta entree which was good, expensive and small. My wife had the Salmon which was good. Overall, not worth the price... better options elsewhere minus the music. Oh, and don't forget to PURCHASE some bread, in case you are hungry!!
Jimmy the server was excellent.
Food was excellent. Ambiance excellent. This was our favorite while visiting Naples. Homemade pasta was amazing. Simple spaghetti and meatballs and sausage gemelli that melted in your mouth. Caesar salad and fried artichoke side rounded out the menu. This place has an energy that doesn't seem rivaled in Naples.

We had a wonderful evening at The Club Room/Campiello- the ambience was very comfortable and relaxing, the service was outstanding, the food and drinks were superb, and live music made for a wonderful and memorable evening. Highly recommend!!

I loved Campiello!! The indoor and outdoor seating areas are beautiful and the overall location on 3rd avenue is perfect. The food is great and the employees are friendly and professional. Would recommend any of their paninis and the calamari!!

The pizza is thin and very tasty, the pastas wonderful. We have found it to be a wonderful place for special dinners.

Make a reservation to sit outside! Pizza is excellent! Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Upscale yet Family friendly.
Great service and fabulous food.
Loved the spicy calamari as an appetizer. The salmon was perfect and cooked just right. A delicious white burgundy made it perfect!

Pretty much ended there. Sent back an appetizer AND a main course. Very disappointing and way overpriced. Won't be back.
Not a place for dinner
After dark, this is a crowded people watching spot for the affluent with lots of action at the bar. The downside is the food is slow to arrive and very mediocre . Go for a drink, not the food.

What a wonderful evening! The food was amazing. Great pastas and risotto. Also had snapper piccata and pork shoulder. Both wonderful! We started a little early… ordered of the early menu and saved a little money. Our server was Ryan. He was outstanding! Knew the menu front to back. Explained all the ingredients and was able to answer all our questions. I travel for a living and eat out more than I would like. Ryan was one of the best waiters I have seen in years. Enjoy!
Best Pasta Ever!
The food and service at the restaurant were great. We ate out on the patio. The pasta is the best I’ve ever eaten. We were seated on time and were not rushed during our meal. Just a great experience.
Pretty restaurant, oily pasta, order mixups
The venue is really pretty. Pity our pastas were swimming in oil. Too slimy for our taste. There were a few mixups with our dishes.
Wonderful ambience and cuisine!
It's difficult to find a more delightful place for an upscale Italian pranzo in Southwest Florida. The setting, both inside and on the patio, is strikingly beautiful, and the lunch menu is innovative. We have sampled many of the pasta items, and all have been wonderful. Our servers have invariably been friendly and efficient. The pace is perfect, and one is never rushed, no matter how busy they can become later in the lunch hours. This is a first rate dining experience in an ideal Naples location.
Nothing Special
I made a reservation well in advance and we were seated at the worst possible table..immediately adjacent to the hostess checkin stand. It was my husbands 70th birthday which I indicated when I made the reservation. There was absolutely nothing special about our experience. The food was mediocre at best. Do not order the Triple Tale….it is served atop of a soupy/stew like mix. The menu said “served with tingling potatoes and Tuscan Kale” The Snapper also was disappointing. We fortunately had a great waiter… the dessert ( they provided for free of charge for the birthday boy) was delicious. Nice touch. But overall, thoroughly disappointed.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
