This was my first time at the famous Cafe Napoli patio! The vibes were good, despite the heat! Our service was 10/10. We started with the arancini (sauce was the best part), I got the scallops, and my date got the lamb chop special. The lamb chops were delicious, and so were my scallops. The only iffy part was the undercooked, neon green broccoli! Overall, good enough to return!
Nice ambience, excellent food.
Whenever we eat there, I am reminded why I love it so much. Last night, my son had the lamb chops, I had the halibut with lemon caper cream sauce (both were specials); my husband had the penne vodka. We all loved our dishes. Very nice service staff as well.

Excellent place to go to when you are looking for a fun happy hour. Drinks and food are great with a wide variety of selections. I prefer coming here for happy hour and apps. There is limited seating on the patio if you are wanting to sit outside.

Great dinner last night at Cafe Napoli! We showed up early but got seated right away. Our server, Spencer, was excellent and shared a lot of information about the food and history of the place. We had oysters and eggplant parmigiana as appetizers - both were incredibly fresh. We went with the scallops and veal chop for our mains - perfectly prepared! This location offers nice seating, a very attentive staff, and an amazing menu. Great parking in the area, as well. Everything was memorable. We'll be back!

A little disappointing for the pricepoint, but we still had a nice time! We had a 5:30pm reservation and were surprised to find they put us in their private room (the room you're typically required to pay $100 minimum per person). The service was great! Drinks were delicious! Especially the blueberry lemondrop. I think we were misquoted or received fewer toasted ravioli than we were supposed to? The salads were fine. Entrees were a hit and miss. The chicken milanese was perfectly crispy, but I would have preferred it paired with pasta instead of semi-hard potatoes and soggy brussels that I was expecting to be roasted and crispy based on the description. The bolognese was okay, but the carbonara was the star on the table! The cannoli were nothing to write home about (something about the filling was off). However, the white chocolate bread pudding and chocolate amaretto tartufo were outstanding!
Food was excellent.
Service was excellent. Had the linguini bolognese, very tasty. The server recommended at least one meatball. Yep. Good choice. The oysters were fresh. Wine was reasonable and good. Worth another trip.

My boyfriend and I decided to go here for the first time last night and had an amazing experience. Our waiter Bryan was super nice and was going above and beyond. It was a nicer, yet little chillier night and our waiter moved the outside heater closer to keep us warm. We enjoyed our food and brought leftovers home. My boyfriend got the family size rigatoni with blackened chicken added (server recommended) while I got the chicken Marsala and we shared meatballs to start. Overall, great experience. And truly refreshing to have such great service.

Recently visited this establishment. In a word, amazing. The food was incredible, everything was perfectly prepared. Service was impeccable with excellent recommendations when asked. The atmosphere is comfortable and cozy.
We were a group of 4 on a Saturday evening.
A crab and cheddar dip was a special starter. It was fabulous!!! The jumbo lump crab was succulent. My pasta with a spicy sausage was spot on excellent. One guest had the lamb chop special . It was amazing . Two others enjoyed the bolognese. Service was excellent. I nice dark interior was relaxing. I'll definitely return.

We had a 730pm reservation for Cafe Napoli for Valentine's dinner. As soon as we arrived we were seated. Waiter tended to us promptly. Gave great selections for drinks and presented us with the menu for the evening. The chef was able to.avvomodate us when we wanted to order something that wasn't on the special menu. Appetizers was ravioli which was delicious and rigatoni carbonara was excellent. Restaurant was quiet and intimate. Great date night atmosphere. Prices were very reasonable.

Very attentive, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. We had arancini and a seafood dip. The arancini was great, but I did feel that it needed a little more cheese. The seafood dip was great, but very small in portion size for 4 people to split. The menu looked great. I ended up going with the lobster risotto. I was a little disappointed because my rice didn't seem like it was fully cooked. It had a good amount of seafood in it and it was a family style dish, so there was definitely plenty to share with the table. I feel that the risotto needed more of a cream based to it. It felt a little dry, but the flavor was amazing, I took it home the next night and I heated it up and it actually was better than when I had it in the restaurant. Overall, I would say this is a really great place. It is not anything like I thought it would be from looking at it on the outside. The service is spectacular and the ambience is great. I think next time if I go, I would order a steak!

Ceaser dressing was bland and lettuce was mushy. Risotto was undercooked and tasteless. The Osso Bucco was cold (we sent it back), My ravioli was pretty good. Crab dip was on the cool side. Wanted to love it. Did not.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
