I had the pork braciole special which was very good but they should have at least cut the string off before serving it. Waitstaff must've came at least four times while we were still eating asking if we would like a box for the food.

First and last time
The restaurant is so small that unless it has some compelling reason to go there, which I was hoping was amazing food, it’s not worth it. We were seated right by the front door, so needless to say, every time the door opened, we were getting a blast of air, people were bumping our chairs. The food was average at best. So I’m sorry, but I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I honestly can't say enough good things about this restaurant. The service is second to none, all hands on deck, everyone is checking on you, making sure you're good is perfect and you drinks filled. The ambiance reminds me of being in a boutique restaurant is Europe and the chefs counter is a nice touch. The food was impeccable. We started with a small anti pasta , it was delicious! We got a truffle ravioli in a mushroom sauce and it was one of the best I've ever eaten, so delicate and rich! The meatballs are perfect in a thin flavorful sauce. The wine selection is not lacking! Overall we had a perfect dinner and will be going back! Well done!

This is my favorite restaurant in S.W. Florida. What a gem. It's a tiny restaurnt. Maybe 8 or 9 tables inside. They also started having tables outside. The Chef (Cal) is incredible. The dishes he makess and the flavors he creates, are like no other italian eaterie I've been too. I had the greatest dish ever, Lobster parmesan! Even better than it sounds. What a great meal. I also love the atmoshere. Feels like a cool looking eatery where you can enjoy a meal and also watch the chef at work in an open kitchen design. This place is truly a gem! We go there quite a bit and will keep going back!

If you’re into cold meat balls and pasta, 1 water this is your place. After bringing the wrong entree the correct one was cold and I never was offered a water refill. This place was highly recommended and turned out highly disappointing

We enjoyed the food, from the bread to salads to entrees and desserts. Never felt a rush to eat and be moved out and left very satisfied. I would have left 5 stars, but when it came to seeing our server toward the end of our night, she was hard to find. When check arrived we were overcharged 2 drinks, which can happen.
My husband and I stopped at Bruno's of Brooklyn for dinner.
We did not have a reservation and it was a Saturday night. We arrived about 5:30 in the evening. There were no tables left, but we were offered the table that was outside for walkins. It was not the most ideal setting, but we decided to stay because of the reputation. I am very glad that we stayed. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend it.we had the Bolognese. We also had the eggplant Parmesan. Both were absolutely delicious highly recommend.

And for a reason! The food is all home made and absolutely delicious! Service is wonderful too... don't miss this gem!
The menu is excellent.
The food is outstanding and the service is the best I have experienced in a long time. Reservations are highly recommended as it is not a very large restaurant inside. There is plenty of outside seating that is very quaint. Also recommend outdoor seating if loud noise bothers you since like I said seating is tight inside and voices carry.

We brought visiting friends here because our first and recent experience was 5 star. Due to my spouse's raving of the bolognese, our friends both ordered it. Unfortunately, my spouse and our guests were disappointed because there was a bitter taste in the sauce, not at all like the previous visit. We speculated that it might be the tomatoes? Not sure. My dish also wasn't as good as the first visit, the rabe was more strings and chewy. But, I still enjoyed the overall taste profile of this dish. The service was very good and we still enjoy the hustle, bustle and energy of the inside dining room.

Went to Bruno's on a recommendation of a friend! BRAVO! The food was absolutely delicious, authentic, and the service was second to none! True taste of Sicily! Had to make reservations, Bruno's is the hot spot in downtown Fort Myers! Has outside seating so that helps, but we chose to sit at an area of the bar known as the "Chefs Table", what an absolute pleasure it was to watch Bruno himself creating so many wonderful dishes while we enjoyed our dinner and he runs that kitchen like a finely tuned watch! Trust me, Gordon Ramsey would be proud and could probably learn a few things! LOL They are though moving to a larger location a few blocks away in the near future to allow more seating! Bruno and his beautiful wife Genevieve completely won us over last night and every time we are in the area, will certainly be dining with them again and again! BRAVO to the entire 5 Star Staff at Bruno's of Brooklyn!

Great food, friendly service in a family run restaurant. Husband is the chef, wife is the hostess/server. The staff is great. Very good Italian centric wine list as well.

My wife and I had an excellent meal and maybe the best Cannoli I've had. Being Sicilian growing up on Italian food and cooking since I was 15 I'm always particular about the sauce, which at Bruno's is very very good. It was fun watching the chef and staff working so well together, the place was packed and they worked like a well oiled machine. Can't wait to go back!

Just visited this place 1/31/2024 all I needed was change but was actually going to buy something! Well the guy waiter was willing to assist me without having to purchase anything but a female waitress instructed him to not help me & to give me my money back! Oh I am an African American male…
Excellent Italian Food
Momma mia, is this place loud!!! Very small, but excellent food. The pros: terrific food, five-star for sure, and they are moving to a larger location which should make it a solid five star. The cons: small and loud! This is the only reason I could not give it five stars. The area where we sat had four tables and something like 20 people crammed into about 80 square feet and everyone talking at the same time…this with the music and all the other tables lined up on a narrow path made for a cacophony like I’ve never experienced. I disagree with some reviewers who found the service poor. Danielle was terrific and she had two helpers who - although helpful - could use some more experience. I’ll try to post some photos, but we all ( 3 couples) had different dishes, shared appetizers and everything was delicious. You rarely see braciole (theirs is pork) on a menu, so I ordered it without hesitation…it was a special and served with cavatelli in a beautiful ragu’. Mrs had veal parmesan which was equally tasty. The bill for two of us came to about $135 which included three drinks, a shared caprese salad and one desert. I would like to go to their new location, but not to this location again.

We live in Chicago. We know and love good food! This food was absolutely incredible. Everything we ate was perfectly prepared, seasoned, and crafted!! By far our favorite food in Fort Myers - it’s a must go!!!!! The service was also outstanding. Danielle was so friendly and helpful. If you want amazing food, a fun atmosphere, and great service, you CANNOT pass this place up. It’s off the beaten path but totally worth it!

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
