My party of 6 was seated at the bar since we came when there were no other large tables left and we didn't have a reservation in advance. The bar had full food service which was not a problem for us. We ordered: - short rib sugo -chicken piccata -lamb risotto The best dish out of every order was the short rib sugo! You have to try this -- the meat was tender and the sauce super flavorful. I'd give it a solid 8.5/10. The chicken piccata was good and the chicken was not dry at all. The veggies were a bit underwhelming. 7/10 The lamb risotto was also yummy and the lamb was seasoned very well. The risotto portion was a bit small. 7/10

This place was great! We started off with the mozzarella appetizer (which is not on the menu) and it was a knockout. They bring out the freshly made mozzarella and cut it up into strips tableside and place the strips on top of bread and then drizzle with fresh olive oil. I mean wow, just wow! For my entree, I ordered the lamb chops cooked medium. They were delicious and served with couscous and sautéed spinach with a harissa sauce on the side. It was a fantastic dish. The other members of our party split a couple of freshly made pizzas. A truly fantastic meal, but what really made this dining event 5 stars was the service we received. We were constantly attended to by the staff who continued to refill our waters and grab other odds and ends that we needed. But the highlight of the service was when our server noticed us struggling with the table as it teetered due to an uneven leg whenever someone would put pressure on the table top. Without being prompted, our server said "let me go grab something real quick so I can fix your table." He returned moments later and fixed the issue. Truly great service and great food!
We had a quick bite to eat in between tastings.
And enjoyed the arancini and beat salad. And a walk around the grounds which has a restaurant, wine tasting, shops and bakery. Service was friendly and quick. We'd love to come back for a longer stay.

Waiter checked in on us often. Water was constantly refilled without having to ask. Food was delicious. Cocktail was strong and good. We sat in the cute patio area. Dog friendly!

This is a staple to make sure you go to if traveling near St. Helena. We've been 2 times now and the menu options, friendliness of staff, ambience and of course wines are outstanding. The Mozarella that everyone raves about is spot on 1000%. Best I've ever had. I suggest pairing the plate with the Heirloom tomatoes which are grown locally and take the cheese from perfection to out of this world yum! We've had the burger, the pork and succataush, spinach and corn soup all are excellent choices. I highly recommend you stopping by. Although we made a reservation you can walk in as well. They have nice outdoor seating too if the weather is nice. Must try the desserts and as the finishing touch they have Madeira wine as well.

We are members of Westwood Winery and always enjoy 'having' to come to Brasswood for our wine pick ups! We have done the more 'formal' food and wine pairing inside the restaurant. Each course was delicious and the dessert out of this world. The starter is their famous house made mozzarella--oh so fresh, delicate and delicious. We have also dined in the more casual cafe--great pizzas! And also attended an event where they provided sandwiches on focaccia--super fresh and yummy combinations--both the meat and veggie. I love how the whole property has so many different experiences to offer: more formal restaurant with indoor/patio dining; cafe with outdoor pizza oven; separate tasting rooms where we have enjoyed well curated cheese and nut boards and a cute gift shop! There are also a variety of outdoor seating areas...each one unique and not one is disappointing. It's never the same experience, though we come back over and over again! Oh! And there is a wine cave and possibilities of tours!

We had a great lunch at Brasswood. We had a group of 6 and everyone left satisfied with their meal and service. The restaurant is perfectly located if wine tasting in St Helena.

We just had dinner at Brasswood and I can understand how it received a Travelers Choice award! What a fantastic experience! We had a great table outside, the weather a perfect 78 degrees! We started with the fresh mozzarella cheese with a side of prosciutto and pesto. Our server delivered it, cut the melted mozzarella into strips and laid it on top of toasted bread with olive oil. We also had the Arancini with pesto and duck bolognese sauce. All I can say is WOW!!! What a great start to our dinner!! I ordered the pork chop which came with Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes. My wife had the chicken piccata with broccoli and potatoes. The portions were just right , cooked perfectly and the food was served at the right temperature. It was a perfect evening!!
When in Napa wine tasting this is our lunch spot.

However, everything coming out of the kitchen looked absolutely stunning! The desserts were especially tempting so we tried one. Our service was outstanding, and dining out on the patio made for a perfect day. The patio is cute with a lot of sun. The cocktails were also top-notch. I can't wait to bring friends back with me next time. I absolutely love this place!

The staff passed by our table and casually asked if we want bread, of course we said yes, thinking that's is complementary like many other restaurants. Who knows it turn out to be the worst food experience ever, 5 thin slices were not enough for six of us to share. 20% service charges for a group of six. Duck leg risotto - duck leg is crispy and tender inside but risotto is just average Pappardelle and short rib - this's the best thing so far, flavorful beefy pasta Crème brûlée, fresh oysters, scallops and New York steak - all were delicious.

I have had the scallops, the bolognese parpadelle, the duck confit! They were all good. The finale is the butterscotch panna cotta!! Run to try this. You will not be disappointed.

Glad to see some much missed dishes formerly on the Tre vinge menu. The mozzarella is a must. The duck risotto is to die for. Nice inside and outside seating. Service is more casual than fine dining, attentive and pleasant. Great for special occasion!
Stopped by for a late lunch and enjoyed every minute.
Delicious pasta dishes ordered by three of us, two others throughly enjoyed the pork ribs. Attentive staff made the meal pleasant. Off of the main downtown bustle, well worth the visit. Pleasant unhurried bistro, deep booths in relaxed surroundings. Do not forget to treat yourself to the Affogato.

Once again, I have to write a review for another restaurant that claims to serve Italian food. So, here goes. I have eaten here numerous times, over the last 5 years, and it has steadily gone down hill. However, my "dinner" a couple of days ago is the last straw. The only decent dish was the warm mozzarella on bread !!! The only dish we ate that required cooking was the Pappardelle with short rib sugo, and it was absolutely horrible. It tasted like very acidic, tomato sauce, from a can. The short ribs were completely over cooked, i.e. destroyed. To add insult to a fairly expensive dinner, there was 3 or 4 pieces of pasta, covered in this awful sugo sauce. After all this, I was asked how the food was, so I complained. My server said he would speak with the chef, yeah right !!! Later, he then asks me what else I would like to order ;-) I said, "give me the check." I used to recommend this restaurant. Maybe, they changed ownership, management, I don't know.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
