Misleading not unlimited
We went with some friends yesterday for the bottomless lunch and drinks. We paid £80each, we were given the impression that the drinks were unlimited only to be told when we arrived it’s was only for 1.5hrs. A variety of pizza and pasta dishes were brought out, but we were not allowed to choose our own dishes. This obviously didn’t work for everyone. Very misleading. Wasnt worth £80
Good food, great atmosphere, great service.
I had a great time at the restaurant! The food was good, the vibe was awesome, and Jack's service was top-notch. I'd totally recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fantastic meal and a great time!
If you go , stick with the pizza
The pizzas were great and the meat but the pastas were not great. A good sommelier who recommended great wine . I don’t think we will go back

At Bocconcino the food is fine, but not excellent and certainly not up to the beautiful surroundings or the price. You can do better elsewhere despite it being an influencer haven.
Jack Anderson was an incredible waiter.
He provided us some of the best service we've received in London since coming from the United States. He knew all of his relevant knowledge about the menu and answered all of our questions promptly and efficiently, he was also incredibly personable and very friendly the entire time. We appreciated his patience with our constant conversation and questions for him. Enjoyed the experience very much and would gladly return due to this great experience! Thank you so much!
Waitress was only interested for us ordering a second bottle etc. She tried to hard
Wasn't impressed. Had the set menu for £27.00. Offered starter and main course Main course was pizza or pasta Both dishes were tasteless.

A delicious meal with brilliant service. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience at this restaurant. Very attentive staff, delicious food and a brilliant wine list in a beautiful restaurant. A very enjoyable experience.

Although it was hard to get more water the food was very good the veal milanese perfect the sea bass couldn't be better and the place it self deceptive - a simple doorway leading to a glamorous two story restaurant. Over all about the best dinner in London so fat.
Nice but expensive
Very nice place in a nice area of London (Mayfair). Very good dishes but ultra expensive. I got a bottle of still white and it starts at £75 a bottle. If you feel like spending, I recommend it, if you don't feel like it, it's better to stay at home.
Underwhelmed
Went here with family for a 50th birthday. Our waiter was very attentive and there was a good atmosphere but I thought the food was overpriced and underwhelming. The Pizzas were soggy, the Lamb was tasteless and the pasta was very disappointing. At £125 per person and not everyone having alcohol I think we expected more from the food. Wouldn’t go back.
Just overpriced and VERY disappointing
Sadly this restaurant has gone downhill. From a welcome at the door that started with. You have 1.45 hrs. To warm wine and poor service you would be better off elsewhere.
Superb pizza
Was looking for a pizzeria and found this here in TA. Had obviously no reservation and the place was fully booked but the recepcion offered a choise to eat in the lounge area. That was fine with us and actually a bit aside from the main area so a bit calmer. The charming butler Constantino entertained us inbetween his busy day and the professial and friendly chef showed how our puzzas were baked. The taste and the dough of the pizzas were superb! Great place! Thank You🧡
Delicious food, mediocre service
Fantastic meal! Delicious dishes and beautifully presented. We sat downstairs with the DJ and then it is not possible to talk. Nice music but too loud. The male service was super nice, the female service was unfriendly and the drinks were poured wildly next to the glasses.
Great italian restaurant in Mayfair
We had a delightful dinner at Bocconcino from start to finish. Every single dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. The service was very attentive, friendly and professional. We highly recommend the Branzino al sale to share. As the restaurant is located in Mayfair the prices are obviously adapted to the location, so please be aware and don't complain afterwards about the bill. We will definitely be back.

Basic food
I was for dinner with a group of friends and in relation to the food I must say that the very correct starters nothing to emphasise, as for the pizza díavola honestly quite bad but bad, I have eaten this same one in other restaurants and this one has to improve, the price? Very expensive but well this is the centre of London. The attention of the staff is correct. I would return NOT recommend it to visit NO
Remarkably average
We arrived a little early for our lunch reservation. We were shown to our table in an empty restaurant and were seated by the lavatory! Why? In fairness when we asked to move we were accommodated. The meal was OK. Actually a little underwhelmed by the food which came with a hefty £300 price tag for two for a fairly modest meal. Lovely to eat out in Mayfair but I’ve had better.
Banging at Bocconcino
I just had lunch here today and it was my first visit. I really had a very lovely lunch. I had a trio of fish tartare for starter and my dining partner and I shared a sea bream with veg and chips which was fabulous. Service was attentive but not cloying.
Total lack of sensitivity to food allergies!
Menu completely lacking of gluten free options. Unless you choose a grilled steak …which I wasn’t! Even the risotto had gluten in the souvenir! I heard of! And I am Italian. Lack of sensitivities, silly excuses to justify the menu and rude waiter totally insensitive about the issue. and this in 2024! Terrible and shameful.
Tasty food!
Lovely Italian restaurant with friendly staff. Unfortunately we could not hear each other speak as the music was so loud, I wouldn’t mind if they were playing soft Italian music I would be right at home. We ordered a selection of foods from pasta, risotto, pizza & meat. It was all delicious but extremely over priced for the amount you are given. Note to chef, lay off the salt!!
Really great food, music and vibes.
The service was a little slow but the waitress was very nice. My favorites were the drinks (the one with tomato was so good and interesting), the burrata app and the ragu pasta. This location is right in Soho so you're very close to a lot of places to go afterwards. It was definitely a memorable meal in London and I am sure I will go back!
Went there for new years- BAD experience!!
The waiters were rude and the service was bad. The music was very loud and we couldn’t talk to each other. The starter was very salty and couldn’t be eaten. We ordered a medium rare beef, but we got it well done - like well well done (super brown). We paid 15% in service charge, which we thought was way too much - with no explanation why (it’s hard to understand service charges when you’re not from the country). When the party downstairs started, we weren’t allowed to sit anywhere and there was 30 minute que to get a drink and the bartenders ignored us. All in all it was a very disappointing evening, and a waste of money on our behalf!

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
