An Outstanding Luxury Resort with a Prime Location in the Heart of Napa Valley
From the moment of entering the parking lot, this property is unbelievably beautiful. Service at check-in was seamless and hospitable. The concierge went out of her way to research a tasting experience at a local winery that we had not previously visited in our many years visiting the valley, and it did not disappoint. Our suite at the Auberge was perfect with stunning views. It was well-stocked with high-end snacks and drinks in the mini-bar, and the housekeeping services were impecable.

Festival Napa Valley
Beautiful property with lots of privacy and quiet. The yoga classes every morning were a delight in a gorgeous location. The spa services were not up to my expections or past experiences at a hotel/inn of this caliber.

This review is only for dinner My recent visit to Auberge du Soleil in St. Helena, CA, was a blend of elegance and scenic beauty. The 6-course tasting menu showcased refined culinary skills, yet it fell short of the wow factor we were hoping for. Each dish was well-prepared and flavorful, but none truly surprised or excited our palates. However, the stunning ambiance more than made up for it, with picturesque views and a serene, luxurious setting that made the evening unforgettable. If you're seeking an exquisite dining environment with good food, Auberge du Soleil is worth a visit.
Great anniversary getaway
We stayed a couple of nights at the Auberge du Soleil in Napa as part of an anniversary trip. It was a fantastic experience, everything about the resort was top notch. The rooms were large, comfortable and nicely designed. The whole resort felt very private and peaceful. The grounds were immaculate and the staff were helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant was fantastic for all of our meals (2 breakfasts and 1 dinner). I would definitely recommend the resort and hope to be able to visit again in the future.
The Best Stay in Wine Country
Our stay felt sincerely personalized and checked all of our service and high quality accommodation boxes. From a Michelin rated dinner, to the best breakfast and view we’ve ever had, to impeccably kept grounds that were very well manicured and a pleasure to walk in the cooler mornings. We could’ve just stayed in our room the entire time as the accommodations within were impeccable. Fortunately for us, we were in awesome wine country that gave us plenty to do during the day.

My last visit to Auberge de Soleil was a very long time ago; it was a superb experience that became a wonderful memory. What a treat to find out that today, the experience is as good as I remember.

The location is stunning. Some of the best views in the valley! Such a serene and peaceful setting. The rooms are gorgeous - absolutely beautiful decor and so many lovely touches throughout, including Dyson hair dryers. Highly attentive service and amazing food at the Restaurant. You will not be disappointed - highly recommended!
A Memorable Birthday
Gorgeous resort with beautiful views, trails and sculpture gardens. The food at the outdoor Terrace Restaurant with views was delicious. Breakfast is complimentary and superb quality. Would highly recommend if looking for a romantic or just relaxing stay. Service and location cannot be beat in the Napa Valley area. Will definitely be back.

We heard this was one of the most beautiful restaurants in California so made sure to reserve a table in advance for our trip. The view was gorgeous but we were disappointed they did not seat us on the edge of the terrace even though tables were available-- we asked to be shifted, especially given how far we had traveled, and the waitress told us everyone travels far to get there so nothing she can do. She then proceeded to forget our Mains which after waiting so long we cancelled and said to just bring us dessert. They comped the dessert.

Our stay at Auberge du Soleil was exceptional in all respects. Our suite was beautifully appointed and well stocked. Housekeeping addressed every detail. Both breakfast and dinner at The Restaurant were amazing with interesting selections daily.

A weekend getaway for us. Quiet, serene, peaceful, great food and wonderfully appointed room. We loved walking the grounds and relaxing by the fireplace in the room. The meals at the Restaurant were first class and delicious!
Blissfully Cosseted in Napa Valley
This was my fourth stay. Auberge du Soleil is extravagantly expensive so it was gratifying to learn, yet again, that the venue delivers in all respects. The posh, carefully considered accommodations are comfortable in the extreme with many grace notes including lavish in-room treats and beverages. Bathrooms are divine. The hillside setting offers gorgeous views across Napa Valley, and the sculpture garden walk is a welcome, unexpected diversion. The restaurant is outstanding in cuisine and gracious in setting and service. Dinner here is a delight worthy of indulgence. Everyone here is kindly, and professional, anticipating every need or care yet with a degree of grace that feels genuine. Special call out to the valets who are beyond gracious. I marvel when this degree of service is attained. It is a specific pleasure to experience this level of care, and, so also to extoll the virtue of staff here.
Scenic location & tranquil surroundings
Looking for a peaceful retreat..this is it. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Views and surroundings were fabulous with all the fall colors. Dinner was amazing. Enjoyed walking the trails on the property with all of the outdoor artwork. We had only one night to get away but we felt like we had been away longer. A wonderfully rejuvenating stay.
Room need a refresh but great food, service and grounds.
The hotel grounds are fantastic but the rooms are pretty dated and frankly smell old. Food is amazing as is guest services but this is my second time this year where I had the same experience. Four Seasons is newer and may be the way to go here absent a much needed refresh.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
