18$ after tax for a slice of cake and a cannoli.
I expected an actual slice. What is this, half an inch? I got home and this is all they gave me for almost 20$? All smeared. Total rip off. If I lived closer I'd go back and ask for my money back. Frosting was good but cake was very dry. Won't return.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent food!! This cute little place is a gem.
My friend got the tuna sandwich, my husband got their Italian sausage sandwich and I got the #3 which with prosciutto. We shared their yummy fries too! We all loved our sandwiches. The fries have green onions in them which is a nice touch. I highly recommend this great spot! I definitely need to go back.
Be the first to ReplyThis place is a little slice of Italian heaven.
The food is so yummy and the items you can take home for purchase are straight from Italy. I dont know what it is about food from other country's but my stomach didn't bother me after eating bread and pasta and pizza. The ambience and decor is perfect and makes you feel like you have taken a vacation to Italy. The service is the best part about this restaurant. The family atmosphere flows in the best way! I love supporting local businesses instead of chain restaurants. I would kindly give the place all my money. Now we just need one more on the west side

Checked this place out since it was regarded as one of the best places in the area. We came on a weekend and it was super busy but tried to order takeout, when we did they told us to come around back to the drivethrough window to pick up the order, but it was super weird because when we were there nobody helped us. We finally had to come back to pick up the food, so the entire interaction was just super strange. Upon tasting the food, it was pretty boilerplate safe Italian. None of the flavors really popped in either the pasta or the sandwich, so it didn't seem to be worth either the hassle or the price. Overall the place might be good if your expectations are low, but anyone with reasonable expectations on quality of the "best italian" place in a city would probably be disappointed

On travel I stumbled on this place when I was looking for a sandwich late in the evening. The food was delicious and I highly recommend going here! The people are very friendly. I had the Sempronio, the bread was fresh and the Prosciutto was thinly sliced. The place looked as though it had lots of neat things to see. Unfortunately I was there too late to really get to shop and look around more.

Such a cute casual Italian restaurant! All the workers there were super nice! We ordered the burrata salad, a slice of focaccia pizza, the tuna sandwich and penne strascicate. Out of all the foods we ordered, the pasta was the best. The pizza was okay. Just a lot of bread. And the sandwich didn't have much tuna or veggies inside. A lot of breading as well. If I was to go back, I would only order pasta from here.

Amazing authentic Italian food, we had a variety of sandwiches and they were all to die for. The service was amazing, they were all friendly, caring and fast.
Be the first to ReplyVery disappointing.
I have been to Andreoli years ago, and it USED to be great. All it's attention has ruined the place. We went on a Tuesday, and it was packed, with a line around the corner. It took us 30 minutes just to place our order. The sandwiches were pricey ($13.75) for what they are. We also bought some meat for later. We order pancetta and were charged for guaniciale, but were give bacon. Only after we left did we realize they didn't give us the sandwiches we had ordered, so we had to drive all the way back to get them, and another 20 minutes. The sandwiches themselves were small with little meat and a hard baquette that pushed the meat one, making them hard to eat. I won't be back.

Great food and great ambiance! I'm Italian, so I heard about this place, how good it was, so thought I'd drive up and check it out!; Glad I did! You order at the register, get an assigned table with a number, and a server brings your food; prompt service, and very courteous! I've been there twice, and will definitely be back.

A must visit every time we are in town for pasta and sandwiches. I don't know how they can make a simple slab of focaccia smeared w tomato sauce be so delicious but I'm still thinking about it and salivating.
Be the first to ReplyEggplant Parmesan was absolutely wonderful.
I also picked up some deli meats. And really enjoyed the pork sandwich.

I remember seeing it featured on DDD and always wanted to try it and I'm so glad we did. We ordered the #6 porchetta sandwich and side salad, cannoli and croissant with Nutella. Everything was delicious, and the employees were very friendly. We will definitely be back to try more.

Be the first to ReplyI went here for lunch with 7 friends on a Saturday.
The restaurant is not really small, but not huge. They do have a nice outside patio. You order at the counter and then they bring it to your table. Menu was kind of limited. They have lots of sandwiches with either Italian bread or focaccia for a $2 up charge. They have a few things by the pound like mozzarella and olives and bread. The sandwiches come with a little salad of spring greens and arugula with a delicious dressing. I got the number five sandwich, Bastardo, which is Genoa salami, pecorino, and pesto. The pecorino is a hard cheese, not grated like you would put into spaghetti. The sandwich was kind of small and it didn't look like it would fill me up. But I was wrong. It was so good. But I realized when I got home, was that I should have put some of the salad onto the sandwich. Maybe next time. The servers are attentive and we were there for over two hours and we were kind of noisy, but no one said anything. My only problem is I left a tip at the register but in hindsight I would have preferred to give the tip directly to the waiters that were bringing our food and drinks etc. I will definitely be back

I got one of the sandwiches for the very first time here at this place and it was very good. We sampled off each others plates of food around was all great. Even the cannolis were top of the line very well done I really recommend this place.
Be the first to ReplyEverything is great about this place.
Be prepared to order meal at the counter and then enjoy the rest of your dinner as normal with waitstaff.
Be the first to ReplyRude service.
I ate there for the first time today. They sat me at a table for six (I was one person). Trying to be considerate to others , I asked if I might sit at this smaller table for four in case a larger group might need the bigger table. The employee responds: THAT'S the owners table. NOBODY SITS THERE! First off, relax guy, I asked a simple question. No need to be a jerk. Second, I was new to the restaurant and genuinely trying to be considerate as it was lunchtime. How would anyone know? Here was an empty table, nothing identified as reserved, the owner's table, anything saying you can sit anywhere but here.. it was a fair question for anyone to ask who is new to the restaurant. I don't think someone needs to bite your head off over it. I was completely turned off which was a shame since I was really looking forward to coming here.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food but way over priced.
Unless you get a sandwich the meals are $30 + The food is delicious, but pricey
Be the first to ReplyOrdered for pick up Saturday night for dinner.
The place was pretty packed walking in and the service was efficient when we picked up the food. I ordered a semprino sandwich. The prosciutto was not too salty just right in my opinion. The roasted peppers and mozzarella were perfect. The side salad was yummy but dressing seemed more oily but in a good way. We also ordered some chocolate cookies and they were delicious. Tasted like real authentic Italian. We will return

If I blindfolded you and took you here it's about as close to Italy as you can get. I love their sign that says "no we don't have WiFi, talk to each other!" I've taken my Italian mom here and she loved if. Please support these small local gems and not chain restaurants the food is better and it stays in our community. Everything is authentic. And get the cannolis, trust me. Ciao
