Satisfactory accommodation
This is my first time staying at Altira Macau and I am very satisfied. I will continue to patronize and recommend it to my friends. I always stayed at City of Dreams and Studio City before. Overall, I feel that Altira Macau ranks first, City of Dreams ranks second, and Studio City ranks third. In short, when I travel to Macau in the future, I will choose Altira Macau first. Because it is surrounded by residential areas, it is more convenient to go shopping and eat than the other two hotels.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. I saw that the price online was very high, so I wanted to give it a try. I had already made an online booking five days in advance with detailed instructions for requesting a non-smoking room and the arrangements required for the anniversary. The hotel had also replied that they would send a bottle of red wine and a fruit plate. However, when I checked in at around 8:00 that night, I was told that there was no smoking room. I have to arrange a smoking floor and room, so what should I do if I can post my money in the book early in the morning? I checked into this room that night and suffered a bronchitis attack. The most outrageous thing was that after I checked into the room, there was no fruit plate and no red wine. I called the front desk and told him that If you didn’t show the fruit, you could get a red wine as a gift. At first, it was said that there was no red wine, and then suddenly it came again. The funniest thing is that someone sent some fruit back and there was a gift again🤔But it wasn’t for me to see the photos. I saw everyone’s fruits, but there were no arrangements. Although you arranged to send them back to me in the end, I celebrated the anniversary as a surprise and there was no need to show it off! All in all, the experience of staying this time was really unpleasant. Even though a five-star hotel is about to open, I hope she will do better in the future!
Quality and service
I've tried all kinds of hotels in Macau, but Actra Hotel is the best. I'm really impressed. I definitely recommend it to my friends in Macau.

The bed in the room is very comfortable. The quality of sleep every night is very good. The sea view is very beautiful at night. All the staff are smiling. The service quality is much higher than expected. I definitely recommend you to try it.
Very satisfying experience
I was very satisfied with the trip. The staff were helpful and courteous. The room was large and clean. The bathtub was spacious. My children who were traveling with me liked it very much. The location of the hotel is very convenient with many restaurants nearby.

Always stay here
I always stay here when I am in macau. The rooms are spacious and modern and comfortable with searing area and huge bathroom. The restaurants are providing good food and super friendly staff. Location wise it’s in Taipa which is convenient and there is an amazing view over the macau skyline
Check-in is on the 38th floor. Check-in requires a lift, which is inconvenient.
The location is near Taipa Pier. The overall service and accommodation experience are good. However, I will not choose this hotel again for the following reasons. The location is average, you have to wait for the shuttle to arrive in Cotai, and the shuttle only leaves every hour. Checkin is on the 38th floor. I have to be lifted downstairs to check in. It’s troublesome.
Top quality hospitality and views
The service was excellent, and the view of Macau from the room was outstanding and very comfortable. Due to the pandemic, it was my first four-night stay in four years, but I was able to relax and unwind as before. The pool is indoors but is large enough, and the night view of Macau Tower, Grand Lisboa, and the three bridges connecting Taipa and Macau is beautiful and memorable. The drawbacks are the high accommodation fee and the poor access from Macau Bus Terminal, but Macau is small so even taxis are much cheaper than in Japan.
Self-guided tour
This is my second time staying in the sea view room at Xin Hao Feng. I feel very good again. There are many restaurants around, and the transportation is convenient. There are buses to go everywhere. The service attitude of all the staff in the hotel is very good. I will stay again next time and recommend it to friends.

However, those who are sensitive to scents should be careful as the bath products provided by the hotel have a strong scent. Additionally, this hotel may not be suitable for families with children. Overall, Altira Macau is highly recommended to anyone looking for a unique lodging experience in Macau.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
