Bad experience
Be careful when buying tickets to Alamo cinemas. After the preview starts, they don't let you in. The administration warns about this on the cinema's website. But you'll never know this if you ordered tickets online from a third party, such as Fandango.

Great cinema center with a very nice bar upstairs that is unique and has this dark intimate vibe that attracts. The theater is spacious, the tables and seating are comfortable, the food was good, drinks are served too. I would come back.

God forbid you are a little late after the previews this theater will dismiss you. It's a ridiculous policy and what about those that go to the bathroom they get up they interrupt the experience. I had some1 waiting for me they had ordered all they had to do was escort me to my seat. But this theater is instead escorting customers out in the middle of a recession. I guess they don't need customers they prefer to keep their rules instead that make no difference because more people get up to go the bathroom than are late.

We came here to see the French Dispatch by Wes Anderson late on a Tuesday evening. The cinema itself is in what appears to be the basement of a largely empty shopping centre but once inside it's very well set out and clean. We ordered online for both our tickets and the food which was expensive but not awful for a treat. If you plan to come all the time it may be best not to get any food. We were able to sit down and were given instructions on how to order. I explained we had already booked online and our server went to get our food right away. It was all very nice, particularly the pretzel and the queso although the pizza was a little too soggy. Coffee was a tiny expresso which I was quite disappointed with as it cost upwards of $4. The movie itself was great and the staff all very friendly and helpful.

Surprisingly amazing. Very clean and spacious design and layout on the top floors of the Albee Square Mall at Brooklyn City Point. Fully ADA Accessible complete with elevators and escalator. I had absolutely no challenges with entering Multiplex, maneuvering or parking my scooter. They offered and were very willing to remove a seat if necessary. Multiplex, so they have the ability and capacity to show numerous movies at once. Food can be ordered in advance or during the feature in person or on the Alamo App. Served at your large comfortable leather seat, the service and numerous servers were courteous, fast and polite. On the expensive side but very flavorful and tasty the food was served on REAL dishes not paper or plastic. I had the fish and chips with sweet tea. A very good choice! The movie presentation was clear, large but not too large as to be a distraction. The spacious stadium step seating is amazing! I and my scooter fully and completely enjoyed this night out and look forward to repeating. #myscooterandme #ontheroadagainbkty

I live overseas and hadn’t experienced this type of movie, so it was a treat! The servers were like ninjas! They would appear and bring the next item we requested. Such comfortable chairs and great service! My daughter lost her jacket in the seat and they found it for her and hung on to it for her. I wondered why they didn’t pick up empty baskets of food, but there must be a reason for that.

Located on the 4th floor, in the same building as the Dekalb Market. We purchased our tickets online and walked straight to our seats. The sever came by to check our online tickets and to explain how to order. The seats were comfy. The staff was nice. My only complaint is that the food is very pricey.

Located on the fourth floor of a shopping center; full bar and food menu; servers come around and pick up your orders on large notes from your seats; cup holders in chairs, comfy seats Saw Uncut Gems starring Adam Sandler at this theater
