This hotel restaurant is not tourist friendly. They can't wait to call the police on tourists....We came here for my birthday dinner. In the 2.5 hours in the restaurant, not only did the manager get into a long argument with another patron, but they called the police on us for a mistake. When the bill came we tipped and signed went on our merry way. 10 minutes into walking back to our hotel, the restaurant called and said we had not paid, figured the card had cancelled because of travel/fraud protection. We walked back to the restaurant to fix the issue, and the waiter proceeded to tell us he called the police because of this mistake. The way this was handled is incredibly unprofessional. If you're a tourist, I would highly recommend not eating here. Skip it and get a street dog. You will get better service.

First time in Vienna and we wanted to enjoy a nice, aesthetically pleasing meal and that's exactly what we got. Although the portions were a bit small, they were still packed with flavor and the dessert was definitely my favorite and the Yuzu cocktail.
Great food and atmosphere, but the service could be more professional
We had lunch here between appointments. The food was fantastic, as was the atmosphere. The service was friendly, but unprofessional. Although we had to pay for the cover, which is normal in restaurants in this price range, we were asked if we would like some some bread and butter. We thought the waitress meant and extra starter, so we said no and ended up paying for the cover and getting nothing in return. Next time just bring the cover please, like in the other restaurants. To add insult to injury, when we got the bill, it contained three covers, although we were just two persons.

Ambiance: Who wouldn't like such beautiful setting? Breakfast: Enjoyed truffled scrambled eggs, and their cinnamon roll (with vanilla sauce)! In fact, I had the same few times during my stay. ;) Also enjoyed salad and fruit varieties/options which change everyday. Dinner: I don't normally dine at the hotel restaurant (nothing against it, just trying to enjoy local restaurants), however, the Bank Brasseries was recommended by a couple of people particularly on their beef tartare and Wiener schnitzel. I'm glad that I did - those two dishes are definitely highly recommended. Service: Great during both breakfast and dinner. The server during dinner (Andrew, I think) was professional and great in providing excellent suggestions.
Gorgeous restaurant
This place is worth visiting only for its architecture and design! Having said that we had one of the best schnitzel in Vienna. Would definitely recommend.
Top restaurant in Vienna
Great food and top notch service in a spectacular setting. Perfect if you want a break from the traditional Austrian cuisine. I can also recommend the adjacent cocktail bar.

We enjoyed the service and ambience of this restaurant, but we didn't care much for our main meal! We had gotten a ribeye and a filet, both lacked flavor a bit and weren't what we expected! Beef tartare on the other hand was absolutely full of flavor. The bread served with the tartare was also a great accompaniment! Dessert was spectacular we had the apple strudel! This is a great place to sit, relax, and get lost in the beauty of The Bank!
Interesting cocktails in a fun space.
We visited the Bank Brasserie & Bar for drinks on a Sunday evening, and the bar area was only half full. The bar resembles a bank with high ceilings and ample marble with decorations to convert the space into a bar ambiance. House music played over the speakers for the duration of our visit. I tried the golden cadillac and the bank delight cocktails. The golden cadillac was rich and creamy. The bank delight was refreshing with a generous helping of cream on top. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to the Bank Brasserie and Bar and would recommend them for unique cocktails.
Pleasant dinner - gorgeous venue
We had a pleasant dinner here - the location is absolutely exquisite. The food was good too, although my main course (which was a rotisserie poussin) was unfortunately dry and over seasoned ie quite salty). The other mains that we had were the braised lamb shank and beef tenderloin which was quite good. The starters were also very nice. We were given complimentary desserts on the house given the issue with the mains. Overall it was an enjoyable dinner - we will be back for sure.

The setting of this restaurant is so beautiful. The food was fabulous and the service was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Everyone works so hard to give good customer service. We visited twice on a 5 day visit as we enjoyed the food so much .
Wonderful spot, great service and the food was delicious
Wonderful experience, especially as a solo traveller. No problem in giving me an outside table. Served gorgeous avocado crostini, washed down with a lovely cold glass of rose, or two, while watching the world go by. They even gave me free macarons. Excellent service too.
Good experience, great atmosphere
Pretty good experience! The place id nice with a great view on the kitchen. The food is nice (not wow) but prices are reasonnable.
Beautiful, Beautiful Dining Room
My partner and I went to The Bank to have dinner the night of Monday, 3/13. We arrived 20 minutes early and were asked if we would like to go to the bar for a drink and wait for our table to be ready. You don't have to ask us twice, Lol! We sat at the bar and watched two fantastic bar tenders make fabulous cocktails. They were very engaging teaching us about the different cocktails, the Old Cuban, etc. My partner got a glass of wine, and I- a vodka martini . We continued to talk with the bartenders and enjoyed the beautiful space. After about 25 minutes, 5 minutes past our reservation, I walked over to the manager at the host stand to ask if our table was ready, he said it was, any time we were ready. I thought it odd no one came and got us. When we sat, it was some time and no orders were taken. The manager came and took a drink order for us. Our waiter came by to take a food order and some appetizers. We watched our appetizers go to a different table only to finally make to our table. Our bread never came. We wanted to check with our waiter on our bread and order more drinks, he never came. The manager came by to take our drink order and check on the bread. The bread still never came. The bartenders provided a level of service I would expect at this price point, the cocktails and wine were amazing, the food service was bad. Gave 4 out of 5 stars thinking that maybe they just had a bad night or were understaffed or something. It's a shame, really is a beautiful place.
Gorgeous setting, delicious food, small portions
The setting is absolute stunning and worth a visit for this alone. The service was attentive and quick without being overly so. Our food was delicious although portions were rather small so bread is recommended. We’d be delighted to come back should we find ourselves in Vienna again.

I visited the restaurant to celebrate Christmas Eve with our friends! everything was great! delicious food, pleasant environment and very friendly staff! Special thanks to Souzana, who changed the reservation from 2 people to 4 over the phone!! I recommend it and I will definitely come back!!!!
Classy location with great food and service
My girlfriends and I went to Bank Brassiere for lunch to celebrate an special occasion. The atmosphere is elegant and classy, we were warmly greet by the staff in both reception and at our table. The food quality was great, I’m especially by the fantastic presentation and the taste of the dessert - Xmas pudding with dark chocolate, it was just heavenly. The gentleman that served us was so friendly and being very patient to us. We were asking a lot of questions about the food and wine, he explained it to us quite well. All in all this certainly enriched our dining experience. I think his name is Bassam. Overall, the whole experience was nice, we definitely will go there again.

My husband and I recently spent the last evening of our trip to Vienna at the Bank Bar within the Park Hyatt Hotel. It was glamorously and stylishly decorated, with peppy 1930's music playing in the background. I had a lovely glass of Blaufrankisch red wine and my husband had a beautiful cocktail called "Blood and Sand" (see pics) which he really enjoyed. Next he had a Manhattan which was delicious!The bartenders were friendly and very knowledgeable about their many concoctions.Highly recommend!

1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* EternalAnt36, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* EternalAnt36 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to EternalAnt36 for any questions Peter may have as EternalAnt36 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* EternalAnt36 now uses their connections at The Bank Brasserie & Bar Wien to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If EternalAnt36 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, EternalAnt36 receives the $200 reward which is credited to EternalAnt36's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at The Bank Brasserie & Bar Wien!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
