This is a very intriguing space, with a throwback pre-war secret society vibe. Descending underground and down a long draped hallway, you're deposited in a large but intimate area with a screaming roaring 20s aesthetic. As the name implies this is

It was Father's Day and surprisingly wasn't that busy. Took 10 minutes to be greeted by waiter and order drinks. We finished first round and were ready to order another but waiter didn't come back. By then we just asked for check. Disappointing v

Giuseppe and sons is always a great meal! The menu is very gluten free friendly and the gf pasta is so delicious! We tried rose Prosecco, hand pulled mozzarella, and rigatoni alla vodka. The vodka sauce is slightly spicy and great flavor.
Outstanding restaurant all around.
Some of the nicest staff, decor, and some of the best Italian food in Center City. This is a must try for all who want a solid Italian restaurant in the heart of Center City
Terrible!
We were really looking forward to dining here, as we booked our reservation 3 or 4 weeks in advance. Walked down the steps to a beautiful basement restaurant. Gorgeous bar and ambiance. We were told our table was not ready that it would be a little

Cheesy Cheerfulness
We dropped by after a Flyers game for our first visit to Giuseppe's. After getting past the initial surprise of the restaurant being in a basement, we were very favorably impressed. Great decor and lots of seating in a very large space. The table-sid
Clueless hostesses with attitude
Food is really good. I'll give them that. Why does a restaurant like this put a multimillion dollar investment into the hands of clueless arrogant hostesses?? If I owned this place and saw my crew- all finance guys that like to eat and drink, tel
Amazing, Authentic Italian in a beautiful setting

First Time
My wife had been to the establishment numerous times before i decided to give it a try. Nice trendy hip spot with good fare and hip drinks. Located in the happening spot of Center City! Gets busy during Happy Hour, the bar scene is cool.
OK food, but not customer centric and will not accommodate. Take notes from Olive Garden
Sunday night with the family, enjoyed the drinks previously and wanted to come back for dinner. We were disappointed that they couldn't cater for vegetarians, they couldn't substitute broccoli rabe or spinach for shrimp for one of our dishes. They c

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Giuseppe & Sons Philadelphia at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Giuseppe & Sons Philadelphia page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FluffyStar64, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FluffyStar64 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FluffyStar64 for any questions Peter may have as FluffyStar64 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FluffyStar64 now uses their connections at Giuseppe & Sons Philadelphia to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FluffyStar64 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FluffyStar64 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FluffyStar64's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Giuseppe & Sons Philadelphia!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
