What happens if my reservation doesn't work or is not accepted by the venue once I arrive?

Will the reservation be legit? How can I be reassured upon arrival at the venue? 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

Hey Fluffy, thanks for all the questions :-) We do review every appointment or reservation and encourage customers to rate their seller after transacting to minimize issues like that. But nothing is perfect and should that ever happen you will be able to tab a button "Report a Problem" next to your reservation listing in your Portfolio and the AppointmentTrader Money Back Guarantee will kick in.
