Slow, Hot, Dry Food
Painfully slow, unfriendly service. Incredibly hot with no ventilation and low ceilings. Vegetarian main course was dried out and tasteless. Walked out after almost 2 hours with no dessert in sight. Complained by email and was told by the aggressive manager I needed to “communicate more clearly” that I didn’t have all evening. I had in fact told him our time was limited and his response was “we are quick here”. If you want the archetypal Viennese experience: lazy, disorganised and arrogant, trading off some sense of “cosy nostalgia” this is the place for you.
Traditional delicious Austrian food.
This brilliant restaurant was recommended by a local friend. Authentic, local with friendly welcoming staff. The food was delicious and great value for money. Some local wines and wide choice of dishes. If you can get a seat outside in the garden you need to book. Well worth a visit and eat like a local !

Das Essen war super lecker und es schmeckt ausgezeichnet! Ich fand das Schnitzel das besten, dass ich gegessen habe! Und die Käsespätzle waren wahnsinnig lecker!! 😋 The food was super good and it tasted so delicious! The schnitzel I think it’s one of the best that I’ve ever eaten! And the käsespätzle were so freaking good!! This is the place to go if you wanna have a taste of the good food and immerse yourself into the local cuisine, where also local people go!
