TERRIBLE RIP OFF HOTEL

Genau hier kommt der von der Community getriebene Bietprozess ins Spiel.
Peter kann ein Gebot auf AppointmentTrader abgeben, das als Belohnung für jedes Community-Mitglied dient, das daran arbeitet, die Reservierung zu sichern. AT benachrichtigt dann erfahrene Nutzer, die helfen könnten.
Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung
1.) Festlegen einer Belohnung (Gebot)
* AppointmentTrader nutzt historische Daten, um eine angemessene Belohnung für das Sichern einer Reservierung zu empfehlen – sagen wir $100.
* Peter möchte unbedingt hingehen, also erhöht er das Gebot (bzw. die Belohnung) auf $200.
* Zu diesem Zeitpunkt existiert die Reservierung noch nicht.
2.) Ein Community-Nutzer übernimmt das Gebot
* EternalAnt36, ein erfahrener AT-Nutzer mit einer starken Erfolgsbilanz beim Sichern von Reservierungen und wenigen Rückerstattungsanfragen, erhält eine Benachrichtigung über Peters Gebot in Höhe von $200.
* EternalAnt36 übernimmt das Gebot und arbeitet nun daran, die Reservierung zu sichern.
* Peter kann sich jetzt an EternalAnt36 wenden, wenn er Fragen hat, während EternalAnt36 das Gebot bearbeitet.
3.) Die Reservierung finden
* EternalAnt36 nutzt nun seine Kontakte im The Ned London, um den Tisch zu sichern.
* Wenn er erfolgreich den Tisch für vier um 18 Uhr sichert, erhält Peter eine Bestätigung, dass die Reservierung gemacht wurde.
* Gelingt es EternalAnt36 nicht, die Reservierung zu sichern, wird das Gebot wieder freigegeben, sodass ein anderer Nutzer es versuchen kann.
4.) Bezahlung & Schutz
* Sobald die Reservierung sicher ist, erhält EternalAnt36 die Belohnung von $200, die dem AT-Guthaben von EternalAnt36 gutgeschrieben wird; dort verwalten Nutzer ihr Geld selbst und können per Banküberweisung, PayPal oder Zelle auszahlen lassen.
* Jetzt kann Peter das Abendessen mit seinen Freunden im The Ned London genießen!
* Wie bei allen Transaktionen auf AT werden Streitfälle und Gebühren bei Nichterscheinen über das Community-basierte Lösungssystem der Plattform geregelt.
