Fabulous evening of good food, great drinks and fabulous
Fabulous evening of good food, great drinks and fabulous service. Our perfect dirty martinis arrived cold and made to perfection. The oysters and octopus a great compliment. A fab Santorini wine to go with our fresh sardines and langostines was superb. Loved the greek fries and grilled vegetable platter as accompaniment. For dessert, of course Baklava but we also tried the greek yogurt - wow! Had both the sour cherries and the walnut/honey. Couldn't decide which we loved more... Great energy, lovely view and Kate, our server and her team, were just on point all evening. Thanks for a lovey simple celebration!

The place is elegant, airy and bright! We had a view of the Vessel in the sunset. We needed help with our menu and we were walked to a display of super fresh seafood to choose our meal. We ordered for appetizers the octopus, which was the best of the night: tender, tasty and enough to share for the table. We chose our calamari and had it prepared with risotto. The calamari was nice, but the risotto still had a bite (would have preferred it cooked more). The chef recommended a fish to share among the 4 in the party which was tender, flaky and tasty. It was served whole but without the bones. We accompanied with grilled vegetables and cheese and a yogurt sauce which was superb. Service was excellent and the food was delicious! Will come back again!

An epic evening! Not just the meal, the entire experience was sublime. Skyler the captain was captivating, knowledgeable, entertaining and attentive. Thank you Skyler. The food was perfect, visually, taste, choices. Did I mention the bread and olive oil? OMG. The complimentary fruit plate was a beautiful touch. Oh yeah, the Greek wines by the glass were really good, something that was unexpected. Kudos to Milo's!

Whole fish so large it has to be shared and then it was over cooked. Octopus app was tough and pretty tasteless. Tomatoes in tomato salad weren't ripe. Soft shell crab, priced individually, was way over priced for the size. Would we go back? No !!!
Be the first to ReplyThe food is amazing, the service was unbelievably bad.
Never again. Such a shame considering the gorgeous views at the Hudson Yards location
Be the first to ReplyI haven't been to Hudson Yards for a long time, so I
I haven't been to Hudson Yards for a long time, so I decided to go to Little Date last weekend and chose this supposedly delicious internet celebrity restaurant, which specializes in Mediterranean cuisine. Estiatorio Milos Hudson yards the fifth floor of the shops environment : : : : The overall environment and atmosphere are actually good. There is a beautiful rotating staircase at the entrance for taking photos, and the dining area is very simple. Speaking of the seafood area here, it really gives me a feeling of a domestic leopard haha. The server will take you over and introduce you, then choose what you want to eat. The location is really good, you can see the vessel by the window. Food as a whole : : : No merits or demerits, maybe the expectations were too high as they didn't impress my dishes There is a feeling of thunder, rain, and small drops. Let's talk about each dish separately. The bread before the meal is not well lit, burnt, and I don't like to eat it East Coast Oysters : : : Oyster Star people indicate passing! The oyster is the perfect size and very fresh and sweet, but it is indeed the first time I have seen it paired with tabasco. There are no other judgments, it should be the main flavor of eating oysters Tuna Tartare : BigeyeTuna, honestly, using the same price can offer better options for fish, better seasoning, and a harmonious taste. I am someone who loves to eat Tuna Tartare, but I always hope to have a plate of mustard soy sauce for me throughout the whole process Milos Special : : : Thin fried eggplant and zucchini slices, with a crispy and crispy texture. I love the yogurt sauce in the middle, it's delicious. Green Salad : : : : I think it's the best food in the whole room. It's refreshing and has a faint DILL flavor Octopus : : : Carbon grilled, dipped in hummus and eaten without poking (can be ordered or not) Clevetes Royales : : Roasted red magic shrimp, the one with the highest expectations for me, I regret not ordering grilled whole fish to order it... I don't know if it's because I went there that day, but the shrimp feels very stale and even has some noodles But the way it is eaten is very innovative. A brand shot poured into the shrimp head, and the person who loves to suck on the shrimp head is ecstatic Small Fried Fish : : It's too small to eat too quickly and forget what it tastes like. Let's dry fry the yellow croaker.
Be the first to ReplyWe always love Milos.
We always go to both the Miami and New York locations. However, this time, when we went to the Hudson location, the food was very wonderful, but the fact that a group of people at a large table were shouting and chatting made us very uncomfortable. The managers should be more interested in these issues. You should not sit in any restaurant in a way that disturbs other people, and those who do so should also be warned.

The restaurant is very beautiful, very spacious and bright, with magnificent view. That's all I liked about it. I didn't like the food, which is extremely expensive. The fish was very dry and no flavour. The other fish was cold when they brought it to us. I told them that , they gave me such a nasty look . And asked me what I wanted them to do with my fish . Honestly after hearing that some restaurant staff do crazy things to customers food, I just asked them to warm my fish up. They brought it back in a few minutes, it was just warm , but I didn't even say anything. Overall our waiter was not polite at all, with some kind of attitude, not even a hint of smile. Very unpleasant service experience. And super super overpriced. Not coming back. Not at all. We had so much better experience in a Brooklyn Greek restaurant for 1/3 of a price with better service

Been to all the other locations , the one close to my job is my go to for a business lunch but figured I'd check out the one in Hudson yards for Mother's Day . Due to unforeseen circumstances, my mom couldn't make it , thanks to the hostess for accommodating the last minute change . My bf and I opted to sit at the bar . He's not much of a sit down type of guy so it worked out perfectly . We shared the ceviche , octopus and lamb kebab ( the perfect serving for two ppl ) paired with a glass of wine . Service was good , nice place ( more casual than the one on 56th ) and it felt more like a taverna ( modern) which was perfect !
Be the first to ReplyWell let's start with .
.. I paid $115 for cold fish. Very disappointing considered there is literally a fish market inside.Aside from that, the drinks were delicious, the food was great, the view ... no words. Speechless sunset vibes. Our waitress (Sennuwy) was the most attentive I have ever had the pleasure of dining with - the entire staff had me impressed. Very polite, very professional. The uniforms were ugly and ill fitting. They all looked like chefs?? It was weird. The hostesses where dressed weird too. Revealing and not personable. They were cold fish like my meal.
Be the first to ReplyMy colleagues and I had a phenomenal dinner at Estiatorio
My colleagues and I had a phenomenal dinner at Estiatorio Milos in Hudson Yards last night. The place truly impressed! Fresh Seafood Feast: The star of the show was definitely the stone crab. It was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. We also shared a delicious crab and sea bass dish, a delightful combination of textures and tastes. Beyond the Sea: For those craving something non-seafood, the lamb chops were a hit. Tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Sweet Endings: We finished the night off by sharing a plate of baklava. It was flaky, crispy, and the perfect way to end a fantastic meal. Overall Experience: The service was attentive and professional, and the ambiance was elegant with stunning views (if you can snag a table by the window). It's definitely a special occasion kind of place, but for a truly memorable meal, it's worth it.
Be the first to ReplyMy wife has fallen head of heals in love with Greek
My wife has fallen head of heals in love with Greek Seafood, so I booked us a table at Estiatorio Milos (Hudson Yards) to celebrate her birthday. This is the 4th Greek restaurant we've dined at over the past 2 years and might be the best thus far. You enter via a spiral staircase from the 5th floor of Hudson Yards mall (tip - take the elevator as the escalator from 4th to 5th is not functional). The space is spectacular. Very modern, very classy, with high ceilings and amazing views of The Vessel, skyscrapers and the Hudson River. The menu is pretty basic and focused on fresh fish from the sea. They don't list prices for most fish, which at first was a concern, but the prices are reasonable (for Manhattan). Our server (who was fabulous) took us to their "fish market" to select a fish. She recommended we share a Sea Bass which was definitely the right call. The Sea Bass was prepared to perfection and was presented to us as a single dish, then the server split the fish between two plates. Very classy. As we had hoped the fish was mild and so delicious. Forgot to mention the Greek spreads. Our server had them create a nice trio for us which was ideal. My wife loved the fish roe (?) and I loved the fava bean spread. Seems simple, but they gave us a healthy amount of pita bread which most restaurants don't. Bread that came out earlier was also amazing. Didn't order dessert, thinking they might bring out a birthday surprise (since they knew that's what we we're celebrating), but nothing came. Only disappointment of the night. Really enjoyed the entire experience, food, service and atmosphere. We'll return for sure.
Be the first to ReplyThe wind literally blew us in here.
Happy to get bar seating, attentive staff and simple but fantastically flavoured food. You have the option of seeing and picking out your fish and a lot of options are flew in fresh which makes sense since the establishment so obviously caters to a bespoke clientele. Everything was fresh and I am so happy we ended up here.
Be the first to ReplyThe ambiance and view are incredible.
The service is very accommodating and formal. The good is outstanding. This is my 5th time here. Never disappoints us.

I came to Estiatorio Milos for Valentine's Day, and we sat at the bar. The staff was wonderful: they were friendly and deeply knowledgeable about the food and drinks that were served there--you can tell that they're passionate about what they do. The ambiance was lovely. It's upscale, but not in a snooty way. There's a raw fish freezer display where people can pick out their fish for the evening. The dining room is large, and, if you're lucky enough to get a window seat, it overlooks the Vessel sculpture. The food was absolutely delicious. We got a Milos Special, the tomato salad, the tuna sashimi, rib eye steak, and a baklava for dessert. The Milos special was the most fun to eat: fried zucchini chips tower over yogurt sauce with side adornments of melty cheese-- what's not to love! The tuna sashimi was topped with delicious spices, and the quality of the meat, both for the tuna and the ribeye, was so perfectly on point, they were So. So. Good. The baklava we got for dessert was also delicious; everyone who visits Estiatorio Milos should make a point to save room for it! Thank you to the wonderful staff, both in the front and in the kitchen, for giving us customers such a wonderful evening! I would definitely recommend it here and I would definitely come back!
Be the first to ReplyMiami meets Hudson Yards.
Glam over the top and a $45 prix fix 3 courslunch that's a bargain like Avra prix fix or Kyma both excellent but Milo's is special. Ate: Crete wine 4oz $11 Fisherman soup Whole Dorade Yogurt with honey Vegas style up the white staircase and the cutting of the herbs over their divine olive oil- phenomenal. Loved the soup which was like a bouillabaisse and my fisted was delicious but one piece of broccoli- brother can you spare more. I really loved the yogurt and honey. It's my first solo dining venture here and lunch prix fixes have become quite important to me these lean days, and I loved it!
Be the first to ReplyIf you want quality good food, look no further than you
If you want quality good food, look no further than you cannot go wrong with anything at Milo's. I have been to just about every location they have and they are consistent with their flavors and commitment to fresh ingredients. My go to dishes: Milo's special is a MUST. Lightly fried eggplant and zucchini slices with a tatziki-chefs kiss. The tomato salad is out of this world-tasty tomatoes every time and beautiful olive oil. Green Salad-bursting with fresh dill. Salt baked fish-just trust me-this is what you want to order. The fish comes out perfectly moist, plated with olive oil and capers. So so good. We get that every time! This location has phenomenal views and phenomenal service.

The best octopus, crab cakes and lamb chops I've ever had! Highly recommend this restaurant with its beautiful scenic view and incredible atmosphere! For a romantic to friendly night this place is the spot! I hope you'll enjoy it like I did!
Be the first to ReplyWe were 8 for dinner and diverse palates.
They were able to accommodate everyone, with amazing attention to detail. We let the server order for us and she not only didn't over-do it, but picked everything just right, according to preferences. The wines were excellent and between the views, the atmosphere and the crowd, it was a 10. The Mediterranean sea bass was my favorite. Delicate and plain. They didn't over-season anything. Was a biz meeting and they gave us a nice big round table, didn't rush us out and we had an amazing and productive meeting. We will be there again.

Even though we have no complaints about the quality of the food, we would not return. From the check in until we left, over three hours later, we found the experience unpleasant. The reception was strange with three woman looking stressed, and not communicating what was the problem as they kept looking at the computer but not us. One finally looked up and told us to stand to the side while they sorted out where to put us. The first floor is overcrowded with tables. The menu is very difficult to navigate. There is plenty of staff, cannot even recall how many managers poked their heads in to ask if we were enjoying ourselves. Problem is they cannot put food on the table in a timely manner. We eventually got our drinks, appetizers, then almost an hour wait (and by then we were done with wanting food) before the main course arrived. It's crowded and noisy, their high ceilings are nice to look at but because of the overcrowding, you cannot hear anything your dinner partners are saying. In a word, chaos..decent food but the high prices are not justified.
Be the first to ReplyFirst time I went to this location.
The view is beautiful. Elevator carpet need a little attention but that's fine. I go to the one on 55th all the time. Food....crab cake, octopus, even the beet salad was very promising. With the giant pine cone as a back drop it was starting to look like a good night. Then comes the main course....fish (I forgot the name but it was the Greek sea bass) very salty, lamb chop very salty, and steak (the 34oz steak) the seasoning was very over powering. Over all maybe 3 1/2 stars. I took off the 1/2 star because since we didn't finish our main course due to sodium over load we decided to order some ousters. It took our writer a very long time to come over (20 mins ish) and then we just had the feeling we over stayed our welcome. Over all I will only go back for the appetizer skip the main course and go get ur self a lobster at Chelsea market instead. The end. Not very happy but didn't leave hungry.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent food and ambiance but pretty expensive.
I absolutely loved the fish that we ordered and the lamb chops also very good. The fried appetizer is a must have.
