Amazing experience
Amazing experience, all the staff are so friendly. The outside is perfect for summer . I don’t know how they do it but they have a special system who maintains the outside cold , so you don’t feel the hot weather at all, impressive. Special thanks to Melek ,she his super sweet. And the food is very nice and tasty.

Expensive restaurant not much food
Very expensive food very less very restaurant is very stingy, small dishes, few meals, and high prices, and one meal does not satisfy

Very bad experience. Service poor, food is beloved average, And price are heigh. Menu pictures Different then served. Very bed experience.
Dubai Adventures
We started with vine leaves dolma and kubba which were both really good. Then we got mix grill for 2. The chicken shish was definitely the best option. Then we got Kunafa and Baglava which were again really good!
Great restaurant
I had a wonderful experience dining at this restaurant. The ambiance was delightful, and the spacious seating area added to the overall comfort. The staff was exceptionally friendly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I ordered the mixed barbecue, and it was an absolute delight. The meat was incredibly juicy and bursting with flavor, making it a memorable dining experience. All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant for its great service, ambiance, and delectable cuisine.

Disgusting food we get there and no one gives us respond and then when the food came, it was cold, and not satisfying for the money we pay that it was very expensive. Do not go there.

Good day ! Today on 24.03.2023 I was at burak the Dubai mall branch to order for the doner But when I approach the staff at the cash counter I ask here are speak in Russian language she say yes so I ask here about meal which you have name doner she told me yes we have can I order so after sh take the order she told amount after i ask here do you have staff discount because I am work inside the mall at level shoes Valentino brand she said yes we have she give discount after I ask can you cancel the order I she answer me no it is already done so ask here can speak with the manager and she answered me that she is the manager here I told here because for the order what I make not this one she told me that you need to pay or I will call police I told here it fine with me you can call police after some time other staff come to speak to me he said what is issue I ask him are you a manager here he told me yes I am ! after he told me you need to pay the bill because the order it was ready I ask him I change my mind after the security from the Dubai mall come he ask what happened after wild when I was explaining what happened the blonde guy who said he is the manager he didn’t introduce him self I was explaining to the security what happened I was at my zone my hand jester was showing him stop ✋ his on hand touch my hand we told me never touch my hand in aggressive tone he was so red and the voice tone change I ask him can you show me the policy where is mention that if there is a mistake and client don’t want pay or cancel ! he told me this is the famous the biggest restaurant in the world you need to know we’re you coming! Lovely atmosphere-good food
It's absolutely worth enjoying delicious Turkish food here. It felt like home dining at this restaurant with its cozy atmosphere and the friendly staff. The lovely outdoor garden is so relaxing and pretty as well.

Absolutely fantastic! Brilliant customer service, brilliant food & brilliant shisha. Very hospitable staff and they always make sure that everything is top tier. One thing I found particularly good was that managers are always around to survey and make sure things are going great. I will definitely make sure to come back on my travels to Dubai. You cannot fault the service one bit. CZN BURAK Brilliant!

Good food but service needed some help
We visited the restaurant 2 days after the opening so yes there were many logistical issues , example waiting for a menu which took forever , no waiter was available to take our order . Apart from that the food was good, portions were well sized . Tables were clean and cutlery was readily available to be replaced . Asiya at the door is an absolute gem .

That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ImmortalStep65, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* ImmortalStep65 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ImmortalStep65 for any questions Peter may have as ImmortalStep65 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ImmortalStep65 now uses their connections at CZN Burak Dubai دبي to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ImmortalStep65 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ImmortalStep65 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ImmortalStep65's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at CZN Burak Dubai دبي!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
