Absolutely love this place! We shared the artisan cheese and bacon appetizer and split the surf and turf. We used a bottle of wine from our monthly subscription! Waiter was fantastic! Loved the wine tasting as well! Coopers Hawk never disappoints!!

In a word - meh! I decided to eat here as I was shopping in the mall, but was disappointed with the speed and the food. I ordered the Thai wrap, which came with a voluminous plate of food for an appetizer but was decidedly visually unappealing. I had hoped for just a few small wraps, but this was a do it yourself affair and fairly messy at that. The chili sauce was good, the peanut was not. Overall, I couldn't wait to leave and left 7/8ths of the food on the plate.

I've had meetings here, events, happy hour... you name it. Service is okay in the main area but bar staff haven't been the best at the customer service. I have been a wine club member for years and there are times when I just go in for some glasses at the end of the month so I don't lose the tasting credit and have been met with attitude, especially if busy. However I keep coming back because the food is very good for a chain and this is a great place for happy hour reunions with my girlfriends.

I have been a member there for a LONG time.
We went there recently, to celebrate a retirement. When we arrived we could not get a wine tasting, due to the taster/bar tender, talking the entire time with a person that was not doing a tasting, he was drinking a full glass of wine (must have been a friend). We gave up and went to check in for our "reservations". Upon us checking in, the hostess was not at all pleasant and we appeared to bother her. She could not make any eye contact and just herded us to a waiting area. As a few minutes went by, we realized that we were not going to be seated any time soon. I asked the unfriendly hostess, if we could shop. She said we could as long as I had my phone with me, so that we could be notified. The place is very small, I don't know where we could have gone, to not hear our name called. I waited in the waiting area, while my better half shopped. We were finally seated. When we sat down the server was engaged in a lengthy conversation with the table next to us. So we waited, by the way the conversation had nothing to do with the food or service. He finally acknowledged us and we asked for the wine of the month sample, which looked amazing. He then went back to the table and continued the conversation, with them. It was at that point that, we realized that we were going to have to go find a better place. We got up and walked to the door. The server followed us. The server asked what happened and I explained to him that the service that we had been given thus far has been terrible. Therefore, we would try to attempted at another time. We then went to voodoo Bayou and had a great time with a great staff. I am going to be canceling my membership to Cooper's Hawk.

This was disappointing! The service was super slow and the waitress wasn't very good. The restaurant wasn't busy at 1:30, but it took an hour to get our food. It was a 3-top, not a huge party. Tables that came after us were served and left before we got our food. The spaghetti was more of an onion with tomatoes. It also had a weird cheese on top. My husband loves onions but the sauce was oniony for him. The flatbread was decent. The Prime Carne Asada Tacos & Tortilla Soup were a failure. One was all fat and the corn salsa should have been left off. I only ate the one taco. If it weren't for the pretzel bread, I would have starved. I won't eat here again!

After a 15 minute drive home; the prime sandwich and fries were cold. The prime sandwich was fatty. I've had this sandwich many times it was always very good. All the food we had dining in was very good. I'll think twice about ordering carryout food again.

We love Cooper's Hawk! We always look forward to going to the mall and make sure we plan it around coming here for lunch or dinner. The service is usually excellent and the ambiance is great. The have a store when you first enter and then a restaurant and bar. We enjoy the bar. We have never been disappointed in the wine nor in the food. Great restaurant!
Great Wine Tasting and Food
Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurant is located in the Palm Beach Mall. I have been to several locations and they all great. We had a chance to try this locations and the food was awesome. The staff and the waiter was extremely attentive to all our needs. We had the brussels sprouts to start and they were great. We had the filet mignon, the chicken sandwich and the short ribs for dinner all of which were all amazing. The noise level is low and and its is easy to talk. There is also a wine tasting area for tasting their branded wines as well as a full bar for drinks.
Overall good, but a few problems
We went, four of us, family. It was an overall good experience, but marred by overcharging by a cocky server, who thought we wouldn’t notice. Bad mistake. It was very busy, which was a good sign and the appetizers were well presented, although the meatballs were rather bland. The sauce was good, but the meatballs, not so much. The flatbread was much better and tastier. The server was at pains to be accommodating with the wines, which was a nice touch. The entrees were all deemed good and very tasty, with the exception of the Jambalaya, which was, simply poor. It was a few large shrimp, some shredded chicken breast and some nondescript, rather tasteless small sausage pieces of some kind, all deeply submerged in an overly tomatoey sauce of some kind. It was all centered on a mound of plain rice, (not Jasmin, as advertised,) in the middle. Very disappointing really. The majority of it was uneaten. The server said nothing. Now the overcharging. One guest had two glasses of Meritage wine, but was charged for three. Hmm? Also, one plate of meatballs was ordered. We were charged for two. Hmm again? The server was at first doubtful, then irked, then caved and credited the items. Not quite sure what to make of this, but it left a sour taste.

I had a very bad experience at Cooper's Hawk on February 25th, I was humiliated, embarrassed and discriminated against during a wine tasting. We were embarrassed, humiliated and discriminated against by the server Mr. Murphy. Myself and my boyfriend were looked over several times while Mr. Murphy served two white couples next to us. Upon checking out Mr. Murphy swiped our membership card which revealed that we were charged 2x on February 18th. Previously, my card was charged twice a month each time we came for wine tasting. On this particular day we were charged 2x and Mr. Murphy blurts "why don't you just give me a card to take care of this bill". Before I can explain he walks off to get a supervisor. A young lady named Brittany comes to attempt to smooth everything out and she offered a complimentary card. Again I tried to explain to Brittany(supervisor) that this was not the protocol being followed. Then Elaine (manager) appears out of nowhere to try to smooth things out again but by then I had already accepted things for what they were and would investigate the situation more. I was already humiliated and embarrassed as this entire interaction happened at the bar in front of others. Fast forward a week later on March 2nd, I went into Cooper's Hawk to cancel my subscription since the no one answers the phone or email. I had the opportunity to speak with Vincent who did his best to be sympathetic to my needs. However, when the manager Tom came out it was different. Before I could tell my story Tom's body language and tone appeared nonchalant, careless and very dismissive. The customer service Cooper Hawk provides to its customers is deplorable starting from the individuals at the restaurant to the lack of customer care online. While I am not seeking anything from Cooper's Hawk moving forward as I canceled my subscription but the lack of customer service and carelessness of which the matter was handled was below my expectations for an establishment such as Cooper's Hawk.
A Happening Place on Saturday Night...
Definitely a noisy (do they need the thumping music in the background???), happening place early on a Saturday evening, with reservations a must for prompt seating. As to the food, the ribs that I had were tasty, but I’ve definitely had better, and the deep-fried onion strings did nothing to enhance the meal. On the other hand, my wife was happy with the mahi-mahi she had; I should have joined her. The standout of the meal was the bottle of Cooper’s Hawk red wine - a smooth drinking red, uniquely decanted, and that at a bargain price for a restaurant wine. Service was professional.

Mrs. Elaine Sinesi, the Assistant General Manager spoke down to and belittled my wife at our table.
Great food, horrible service
We have been many times and the food is always great! Service was horrible this time. At first, server greeted us with a smile, until we did not order wine. Immediately, his toneand body language changed. When unfolding my napkin, i noticed I was given a dirty napkin with food stuck on it! Server reacted like it happens all the time, and responded with an unapologetic "I'll get you a new one". Server rarely checked on us but did many times with table next to us (they were drinking wine).
Great food & atmosphere for dinner with family& friends
Apps (brussel sprouts & bruschetta) & dinners ( Ellie's & Dana's chicken, Fish & chips), were cooked to perfection! Dessert ( Smores & Creme Brulee) were fantastic--perfect for sharing. Our server, Shelby, was attentive, friendly & professional....one of the best!

As usual the service was very good. They mix A great Manhattan and Old Fashioned . The short ribs were very good the Spaghetti and meat balls were great and the lettuce wraps were great.
They try hard, but poorly trained staff is a letdown.
Went mid-afternoon for snacks and a drink. The food is always delicious. This time was no different, but the staff was a combination of lazy and disinterested. This was a pity because previously they had been really attentive. This time a bartender was having a love fest with our server and customers were being ignored. Eventually I went over and broke up their conversation and was treated to barely disguised annoyance at my daring to interrupt them. Accordingly, we are unlikely to return.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate
Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
