Ribs To Die For
The food here is just excellent. We had the pulled pork on toast starter and ribs and it was genuinely incredible. Rating would be a 5, but although our starters came fast the main meal took a very long time to come out.
Amazing baby ribs!
Had made a reservation and were glad we did as this place was so busy! Good welcome and very chatty staff. Got shown our table straight away. Had the small fillet steak and the baby ribs. The steak was good but the ribs were excellent - the best I have ever had 👌 I am not a huge red meat eater and can be picky but these ribs were perfectly cooked - delicious!
Stunning restaurant and food
We came here on the last night of our honeymoon and the food did not disappoint although I feel staff were stretched and couldn’t provide the service they wanted to. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful whilst he guided us through our initial order but service was a bit less attentive after (no fault of his) and we left without ordering dessert as we got fed up waiting. The chicken wings starter was gorgeous - huge meaty wings and clearly a homemade bbq sauce. My husband devoured his mixed grill and my tenderloin was cooked to perfection. I even loved the blue cheese sauce (usually can’t stand it) and the additional peppercorn I ordered was lush. The restaurant itself is stunning and one of the reasons we booked. Would definitely come back!
Disappointing experience
Steakhouse Broadway, nestled in a charming 'werfkelder' next to a canal in Utrecht's city center, initially impresses with its great ambiance and location. The setting promises a delightful dining experience, but unfortunately, the food fails to live up to this expectation. The first letdown was the entree. The Ceviche, which should be a vibrant fish dish, was nothing more than a bland, tiny salad with barely any fish. This poor start was surprising for a dish that holds a place of pride on the Mexican menu. The main course, featuring half a lobster and steak, furthered the disappointment. The steak's preparation was a clear misstep, betraying a lack of understanding of basic cooking techniques. The grill left square marks, preventing a proper Maillard reaction, essential for a good steak. This resulted in a poorly cooked crust and a meat texture far from the requested medium rare. Additionally, the seasoning was lacking, and the meat quality itself was underwhelming. I want prime quality when I go out dining, and not a choice-graded cut. The chicken wings, ordered BBQ style, turned out to be merely seasoned with salt and pepper. That’s not what BBQ-style is! While their taste was adequate, it once again was a disappointment. On a brighter note, the lobster was decent, though not remarkable. Despite these culinary missteps, the service provided by the waitress was commendable. She was pleasant and professional, and her skills deserved to be showcased in a setting where the food quality matched her service level. Regrettably, the issues with the meal were not addressed satisfactorily, leaving a lingering sense of disappointment. For a restaurant that prides itself on its meat dishes, Steakhouse Broadway was a letdown. My experience was underwhelming enough to deter me from planning a return visit.
Fantastic place!
We turned up at the venue with no booking whilst visiting the area for the weekend. Staff were very accommodating despite being extremely busy. The steak was delicious. The best I've had in a long time. Cooked to perfection. We'd definitely visit again.

We ate here on a cold December evening. Lovely restaurant with modern decor & friendly staff. Both the ribs & steak were very good. Nice place.

2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FulfilledThread16, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FulfilledThread16 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FulfilledThread16 for any questions Peter may have as FulfilledThread16 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FulfilledThread16 now uses their connections at Broadway American Steakhouse Utrecht to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FulfilledThread16 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FulfilledThread16 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FulfilledThread16's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
